The carpet was fluffy and so clean, I'll never go back to renting a rug doctor. Due to the nice work with my carpets, I also had him clean a white couch that needed refreshing. Not only did it look refreshed...it looked brand new like when I first purchased it. My spot cleaner just doesn't do justice compared to professional cleaning. In addition to carpet cleaning, Carlos is very connected to the community and has helped me several times with additional help and resources...quickly. For example I had an issue with my sink drain, all plumbers around were busy for at least a week. We called Carlos and someone was at our door within a few hours to fix that and install a new faucet.
