We were putting the appliances into new construction, but they were flexible about storing delivered units until their maximum free date, then delivering them to the partially finished structure for later installation in the unit's final location in the house. I am hoping my breakdown service experiences in the future will match their sales, delivery and install services.

An employee (perhaps the same one that lied earlier) said they could not be rented even though they were both there, they had not been inspected and the computer system said not ready to rent. They refused to inspect and check in the lift. So I ended up driving away. So Home Depot lied and told a customer they were available to be picked up today , then when driving in they said they were not available because they had not been inspected. What a pathetic joke of staff. When calling the store to complain to the store manager that he has serious disrespectful staff (I don't appreciate being lied to the wasting my time for their lie) I was attempted to be redirected to the rentals depts.
