They will not refund without you paying $20-$40 for mail label. They sell irregulars, 2nds, rejects, broken products. They mail products which do not look like photos. The return policy is a scam and do not fall for it. Check the Better Business Bureau and web reviews. Dont get scammed. and my Visa Card not help because I could not prove I returned items. Bed...Bath...and BEYOND!!! I've shopped at this store for years. I've taken great Umbridge in collecting their 20% off coupons as well. I love the fact that they never expire! Over the years I've found that their products have lasted me a considerable long time no matter the item. I've bought bed sheet sets, candles, pots & pans, towels, and numerous other kitchen, bath, and bedroom items. I have not had a single customer service related issue at any of the locations I've shopped at in Georgia, Maryland, Maine, and now Florida. It goes without saying they have a good thing going with the people they hire to work there. I will continue to shop with this company and you should give them a shot too! read more

This is a great BB&B. Everything is clean, organized and stocked well. It's not very often I come in for anything specific because their prices are usually on the high side. But, I do come in every now and then to browse and usually walk out with a thing or two I happen to find on a great sale. I've been wanting one of their micro-dry bath mats for quite a while now, but I didn't want to pay $30 for one. Last week they had a few of the colors marked down 50%. I purchased a light blue one that matched my bathroom perfectly. Unfortunately, once I got it home and in place, it only took my husband stepping on it once with his shoes for me to know the very light color wasn't going to work. I still had the receipt, but had removed all the tags and thrown them away, so I really didn't think they would let me exchange it. Not to mention it was already dirty. I called and spoke with a manager, Corey, and he told me it would be no problem to exchange it or get a refund. I went back the next day and exchanged it for a darker color with no questions asked. Easy peesy. The only problem I have with this store, and the reason I took away a star, is because trying to find someone to help you while you are shopping is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Once you do find someone, they are always nice, friendly, and helpful. But finding that someone is the problem. Also, I've only seen them have one register open (the one at the customer service desk). This usually isn't a problem because they aren't very busy, but the other day there were 4 people in front of us and one of them had a huge cart full of stuff. They should have opened up another register. Still think this is a great BB&B and this is the one I'll continue to give my business to. PS: I also found a great shower curtain for $4.99 (regular $29.99). Score! read more

Purchased an air fryer on July 14 and when I paid for it the card swipe machine wasn't working right, so the clerk asked me to cancel and try again. So, I did and the second time it finally went through. After checking my credit card, the next day, my card had two charges on it. So, I called and after explaining the issue, told I would be receiving a credit on my card in 7-10 (working) days! Today is August 1 and still no credit! Called the store twice and the last time talked to a fairly rude arrogant person. In the meantime, I returned the fryer! I have shopped at BBB for years and also a rewards member, but after this experience, I'll be shopping elsewhere! After all, it was their fault and their error, so why should I have to wait this long to get a credit? Really disappointed in the way this has been handled! read more

This location is very clean and the staff here are super friendly. I went in for a shoe rack and they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. The lady that was helping me was very nice and super friendly. I told her that I was in the military and just moved here. She was thrilled to help me. She looked up the shoe rack I wanted and told me that she would give me $10 off the item and she would wave the shipping fee since I was military. There needs to be more people like her in the world, people that go way beyond what they're asked for to help you and make sure you're happy with what you're getting. read more

I feel like this is one of the smaller BBB stores I've been to (I haven't been to other Jacksonville locations yet) but they have a wide variety of items. I came in to buy a new Aeropress but found myself browsing the rest of the store. Staff was INCREDIBLY friendly! Often they would stop in their tracks just to ask if I'm doing okay, needed help, or a basket for my items. It was quite impressive actually haha. The store was very clean and organized. read more

Update : BBB always provide excellent customer service. Went to BBB to get an adjust on an item I purchased. The cashiers were friendly. They were unsure of how to do the adjustment. The manager did the adjustment. He was friendly. I love Bed Bath & Beyond. I never had a bad experience and their staff is always courteous. read more

Damn, wassup with you all today Walked into this place and SARAH (with the long reddish/auburn hair) whom was at the register doing absolutely nothing looked my way as I walked in and proceeded to look away. I proceeded to say "good morning" anyway, in which she looked up at me in my face and snubbed me (once again) and without a word, looked back down. Sarah, sweetie you need a refresher course on customer service, because your skills are sub-par (if that). I don't go into bath and beyond frequently, however if I ever need anything they carry I know where NOT to go. Went in to get a clearance item that was on sale to my disappointment it was sold out. I guess the manager John saw my dismay and checked and found out it was still offered online at the discounted price offered to order it for me and have it shipped free. I like this store but it could be about 6 aisles big for me. I shop here for a couple of reasons only. The kitchen stuff actually the stuff that Restaurant Depot doesn't have. I have walked around the store once. They have some really nice stuff and 75% of the stuff I don't need. I like their knife collection and the thermometers. Sometimes even pots and pans but they are really proud of this stuff. So stay here please and I'll keep buying my here's and theres. read more

This is a nice location that is always well stocked and the employees are very helpful as well. I have never had a problem having them special order something, finding a gift registry or returning something I didn't like.
