He never answered my calls describing the problem. He never received the message was his excuse. I was forced into using another company costing me hundreds of dollars. No reimbursement did I receive. The job almost finished, his response was your next on the list for completion so my dishwasher was never put in correctly. Waiting long enough I had to hire my own plumber. He did not use his professional staff but rather a crew of a father and two sons. Poor workmanship.

Luis emailed and called me within 24 hours and I was immediately impressed. Not only did he listen to our needs and budget, he took the five minutes (that the half dozen other fabricators I visited didn't take) to realize that it's a small kitchen by looking at our layout. He recommended a solution to fit both our needs and his -- to use a remnant, at a better price. We visited within two days and placed a deposit on the spot after a great meeting with Luis and Steve. These young men are committed to their new business and it shows. They committed to our template first thing Monday, and understanding the urgency of our timeline, turned around the installation by this afternoon. Communication was frequent and professional. At no point did I feel like we got a leftover (though we selected a remnant) or that we were rushed (instead we were made a priority). Both Luis and Steve went over and above multiple times during this project, and I find that exceptional at a time when we seem to be making excuses for quality service or product. Steve and his helper with skilled with installation, and he took great pride in his work. Our renovation has been months of a very frustrating roller coaster. It's a passion project for my husband, and he wants it to be a quality product when we're finished. It's been a rough road with some disappointments, but this isn't one of them. Genuinely, working with Luis and Steve has been one of the highlights. I wish I had another project I could partner with them again. Maybe a winning lottery ticket will let our paths cross again? Sheryl was very helpful in the quartz counter selection process and even steered me towards a different flooring coloring than I had in mind based off of my cabinet/counter selection. I ended up heeding her advice and it worked well. Backsplash, hood range, and flooring were done by others. Advanced handled my under cabinet lighting that is not shown in the pictures but is now shown in a new video I posted. It looks fabulous. Bree was very helpful in the process and was able to offer a suggestion for pantry space that I did not have prior. My kitchen is not the largest and my footprint was not going to be changing. That was a game changer for me. I now have the space I desperately needed because of the design she worked up. I could not be happier with the service and quality that Advanced supplied. This was a big output of cash for me and I feel I received my money's worth. We had a Dekton countertop installed 3 weeks ago. This was from a complete Lowe's kitchen order. All they used was epoxy for the repair. I was told via email and on the phone, this was normal wear/tear and that we didn't buy the warranty. Our fault for not buying warranty and even going with this product - SOL. Two lessons from this experience; 1 Dekton sucks and is not as durable as advertised and we should stick with Granite or other product. 2 - Ilkem doesn't care about their customers. Before you buy from Ilkem, check other reputable countertop vendors. Disappointed at Ilkem and Lowes.

I don't live with kids and take care of things really well but I'm very disappointed that the handles have now rusted causing me to purchase a new set.

Would return our calls and emails. However once we closed the sale he was impossible to get a hold of. He also measures wrong so our one drawer doesn't open the whole way due to the layout of the wall oven. They sell you kits that you have to pay for and then your contractor has to cut apart to make work. It took them over two months to get us our refund on an item we returned and they refunded the canceled the wrong items. I would recommend buying elsewhere. It has been nothing but headaches working with Ira and just cabinets. We are still owed items that we where supposed to get in the beginning of June. Still waiting and it's now September. We did get a shipment but it was the wrong item and is now a headache to return.
