The last time the technician told me the ultraviolet light was missing and management would allow him to replace it for approximately $160. As Integrity sold the unit to me, installed it, and were providing semiannual inspections and services they were responsible for any missing items. The tech suggested the previous guy had taken the part as he was known for doing so. They refused to take responsibility and make the necessary corrections. I called the A/C unit manufacturer to get an idea of the cost of an ultraviolet light and was told my unit did not have one. Live, learn, and be careful. It is very hard to know who can be trusted.

Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout.
