I placed a pickup order and received a notification that it was ready at 7:11 p.m. I arrived at 7:20 p.m., only to be told it wasn't ready. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was told it still wasn't in the kitchen. At that point, it had been nearly an hour since I was notified that my order was supposedly ready. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, dismissive, and condescending instead of apologetic or helpful. With so many great dining options at Bay Plaza, there's no reason to waste your time here. My biggest complaint is that the fish did not appear to be cleaned properly. Some of the whiting pieces I received still had tails on and the tail end was not fully cleaned and de scaled.
