I ordered the two for one fried whitening which used to be amazing but recently they changed the kind of whitening they used which is not to my liking. Went here after church on Sunday because my granddaughter wanted banana pudding so I purchased two of them for her along with an oxtail dinner with white rice, potato salad and Mac n cheese. Bedstuy can be really fantastic. When they want to. Some days are off days and I get it but it makes it hard to give this a fair shot if it's different almost always. The thing is on their on days. Yummy, mashed potatoes are divine, mac is great, collard greens, sweet potatoes on point. Fish fried perfectly. Meat tender and flavorful. Customer service can range from ok to great. Not a bad place to eat from. It's just better when it's on a good day. In the co op city location in particular it would pay to be consistent. I ordered for pickup. I arrived 10 minutes past my pickup and I still had to wait abt 5 min. I asked for wheat bread with my order. The lady makes it steps to the counter and because a lady asked for a kool-aid she completely left my bread on the side and started assisting the woman.
