Pilgrim Furniture has the least caring customer service managers I have ever encountered. Cheyenne does nothing to help. The Pilgrim furniture service department is worse . The manager ,Allison is a real piece of work. Neither of these "managers" even said "so sorry that every piece you ordered has a problem". Setting up a visit from the service techs to do the repairs was a bigger problem. Both Allison and Cheyenne were dishonest with me in the timing of the service techs arrival. I called a few times asking to speak with the owner- Kevin Vine- but he was already paid so it is obvious he could care less about his snotty, dishonest and unaccommodating managers. I urge anyone who reads this - do not go to the Pilgrim furniture store for anything - ever . Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. I asked her why are all tables except the one I inquired about, recognized the sale. She said "We're not going to sell that table for $150". I guess they announce a sale on "All" specific items, except for those they choose not to sell at the sale price. There's no personality in there, no smiles, no normalcy.
