So some things are not a great deal on Saturday but if you're willing to risk it and go back in two or three days, then the price is cheaper and it's a great value, although some things are still a great value even on Saturday (think protein chips/drinks/bars and coffee)!!!! The line at 10am on a Saturday will let you know how serious some of the regulars are about getting the best quality stuff right after a shipment comes in! Ohh wait, there's more! That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. I said excuse me do you have a rolling cart, this was too heave and big for a carriage, she went and got one and walked away, I felt bad that he had to do this by himself because at that point my shoulders hurt so bad, an elderly couple was there to get one also, my husband offered to help but the man was so mad, he said this is our last time coming to this place! I wrote corporate twice and called the store to talk to a manager on Tuesday, his name is Paul but he wasn't there, the girl took my info and said I will have him call, I think she was shocked as well what we went through, she was very pleasant. I will never shop at this tore again, and furthermore what kind of manager doesn't follow up with a complaint! If you don't have the help a customer then I suggest you take all the signs down offering help, we spent close to 400$ on 2 rugs!
