This afternoon I had some free time so I decided would purchase beds for my kids, as they will be staying at my apartment. Walking into the showroom was a pleasant experience. Tom walked up to me and I explained what I needed. Beds and mattresses aren't something you purchase all the time, but I was very happy that bases were available to purchase at the same location. The sale was very simple and to the point I purchased the mattress covers as an upsell, but I decided against the pillows since they were non-returnable. I will being the kids and have them try 'em out to make sure they like them. Total cost was less than $2,000.00, and for two bases, two mattresses, delivery and setup, I think the value was there. read more

Everything about working with Mark was great. He is well versed in products, makes accurate recommendations and knows how to work with people with physical disabilities. He also took my comments and thoughts into consideration and really and truly listened to me. I was rather high maintenance and he seemed really smooth and reassuring. We bought our second mattress from here today and had a great experience again. Steve helped us today with our second one, can't remember who helped us with our first one 2yrs ago. We actually stopped by another place before here cause they were having a "liquidation sale". The mattress there was pretty cheap but the guy couldn't even tell us what was inside it or what it was made of material-wise. Plus the yelp reviews were terrible, not on the service but the mattress itself. Here they are super knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't push the expensive stuff, just the one that makes sense for what we needed it for (our kids). They told us the difference between brands, when to rotate/flip it, how to tell the good ones from the cheap ones, etc. We will definitely purchase from here again and would highly recommend. read more

It seems that conventional wisdom tells us to not trust mattress stores. Another version of the used car dealer. Well, Mark at BedMart must have taken that to heart and decided he was going to do his best to not be that guy. He helped us buy a mattress, it was delivered...all pretty normal stuff. But when the mattress didn't work out, I stopped in to talk to him. Without missing a beat, he offers to take it back and get us a new one. I was in the Lake Oswego store January 2-2021 with a friend. Michael Hogan was fantastic. He spent over two hours with my friend explaining everything. He was real knowledgable on the mattresses and adjustable frames. He spent time showing her how the adjustable worked. He never felt like she was taking up to much of his time. The absolute worst quality mattress I've ever experienced. I bought a queen sized bed for my son about a year ago and it's more like a hammock that a bed. Big lumps in it. The fabric on the mattress is pilled up with bunches of long threads. It sinks so much where he sleeps that the mattress pad won't stay on. I looked on my receipt and there is no warranty in writing on my paperwork. Huge waste of money. My husband and I bought a mattress at another mattress store near Trader Joes and it is stellar. Joshua was wonderful! He did not pressure us to buy the most expensive mattress, was patient while we explained what we wanted and then tested out his different recommendations (multiple times each). What a sweet guy! The turnaround time for delivery was also amazing. We bought our mattress late Saturday afternoon and got our mattress promptly at 9:15 the next morning (on a Sunday even). The delivery guys were also super sweet. They were quick, courteous, and warm. It was actually quite funny, as they seemed as jazzed to deliver our new mattress as we were to get it. I love this store. I moved from Seattle to Tigard Ore. Unfortunately, I incurred a lot of damage from the moving company, including a daybed that turned into a king size bed for guests. I was fortunate enough to talk to Leah Stone at BedMart. I told her that the pop-up mechanism on the daybed was broken. Leah was fantastic. She actually called some vendors who could fix the mechanism and also gave me a price on a daybed pop up mechanism that BedMart carried. Since I figured that the labor and trip charge to get the bed fixed would equal the cost of a new pop mechanism, I decided that I would buy a new pop-up mechanism. We were in the market for a new mattress and visited this Bedmart store. We were greeted by Jesse who listened to our individual "wish list" items and helped us narrow down our selection to beds that both my husband and I could be happy sleeping in. We narrowed down our choices, but said that we needed to come back another day and get a better feeling for the mattresses. The second time we came back we were greeted by Jason who was also very patient, engaging and knowledgeable. Jesse had made him aware that we may be returning to try out the mattresses again. They worked as a team and obviously supported each other. We chose our mattress on our second visit and had it delivered the same week. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress called the morning of delivery to let us know what our 2 hour window was. I asked that they call 20 minutes before arriving and they obliged. They too were professional and very efficient - they were in and out of the house in a flash! Have not seen anyone work so quickly in a long, long time. We had an awesome experience with all the Bedmart employees we came into contact with. After sleeping on the mattress for a few days, my husband said. "my back feels so much better"! I bought from Jesse who was patient and asked questions to guide me in understanding what I "really" needed, not what I thought what I wanted from websites. Made several visits to just lie around on various mattresses from Tempur to the i-series. He was there when I had a question, or just let me lie there and think. Made the best mattress choice yet buying king size Northwest Bedding. A local company, nice to see a big store encouraging local biz. Delivery was excellent, fast and courteous.
