As a walk-in, I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, but I ended up waiting about 30 minutes as people kept coming in and the manager seemed to be running around trying to keep up. When I finally sat down for my pedicure, the gentleman working on my toes seemed very rushed. I noticed the gel polish was applied thick and looked uneven, but I tried to overlook it. He then offered me a manicure with a gel French tip, which I accepted. I assumed I would be moved to a manicure station after my pedicure, but instead, another technician came over while I was still trying to relax and enjoy my pedicure and massage. She grabbed my hands, appeared annoyed and in a hurry, and quickly filed and painted my nails. I immediately noticed the French tips weren't even measured or painted consistently. The most disappointing part was the quality. I paid $150 for the services and left a $40 tip because I try to be generous and appreciate hard work. Unfortunately, within just two days, the gel polish completely chipped off one of my toes. A few days later, the gel on my fingernails started peeling as well, and now another toe has chipped. For the amount I paid, I expected quality work that would last. Instead, everything felt rushed from start to finish, and the products or application clearly did not hold up. I was kind, patient, and tipped well, but I will not be returning.
