I feel as if this nail shop is very biased towards Asian and white women when African-Americans come in, we have to wait longer and if we do need multiple things done she's only able to do one thing. This is the second year coming to this nail shop here in North Las Vegas and I really hope that Miss Tracy and her attitude towards African-Americans will change. The man that's inside of the shop is absolutely wonderful. He was fast professional, and if he was able to do eyebrows, I'm sure he was going to do them after sitting for an hour getting a full set. I was informed I had to wait another 30 minutes to get eyebrows done when there was nobody else in the shop with me and another African-American woman who's getting a pedicure. It seems that the shop will stop doing my nails to do eyebrows for an Asian lady, but when I just came to get a full set in eyebrows, I have to wait 30 extra minutes after waiting an hour. I feel as if there is no room for discrimination in North Las Vegas.

During my pedicure today, the technician cut the side of my foot and then simply put super glue on it. There was no real explanation or proper care for the cut, which was concerning. Safety and sanitation should always be taken seriously, especially during a pedicure. I also asked for a sunflower design and showed a reference photo. The technician said she could do it, but when it came time for the design she said she could only do one flower. I agreed to that as long as it looked like a sunflower, but the result looked more like a daisy and nothing like the picture. When I mentioned this, she became upset. I asked for the design to be removed, and after that she was very rude. I'm sharing this because I've had good experiences here before, but this visit felt careless and unprofessional. I hope the owner or management sees this review and addresses the situation, especially regarding customer service and safety, so other customers don't have the same experience.

- Directly before entering the shop with my husband I saw a woman (presumably getting her nails…read moredone) turn all the way around to look at us. Okay, odd.. commented about it to my husband then shrugged it off and went in. - Didn't take long to be addressed (just wanted a pedicure) but when I was told to pick out my color I felt a bit rushed. Literally every nail salon has given me ample time to browse through their color options but here it felt like i needed to make my decision quickly. I asked the gentleman who addressed me first to "give me a second" like twice because i was trying to figure out which shades of their red matched my hair + other things (literally less than 5 minutes). - Finally choose my red and get over to the chair where the gentleman gave me their Service book and filled the bowl. Barley up to my ankles. In lukewarm water that went cold in 5 minutes.. I was then left for 15 minutes to i guess decide what i wanted or wait for someone to come over to me? Sat down at 3pm and after that wasn't looked at or addressed until literally 3:15 on the dot. Yes I COULD have tried getting someone's attention but everyone seemed to have tunnel vision every time they walked by and I'm not super confrontational. + I expected it to just be less time as with literally any other salon despite business. - I guess someone finished up so I was next in line? I was asked which service i'd like to go with and the woman immediately got to work. She DID however ask if the water was fine and turned it up for me bc i was begging internally. She didn't really speak but neither did I so.. that was fine i guess. I'm not too impressed with the work either, it's literally just fine lol but i still tipped a little. - That night my left big toe started throbbing and was in pain every time i stepped.. so.. let's hope everything is alright with that. I don't want to overthink or jump to conclusions.
