We (3 of us) arrived early and they took us right away. We got 2 gel nails and a manicure along with 3 pedicures. Awesome!! Friendly!! Gracious!! All the technicians were wonderful. The vibe was great!! I had a painful ingrown toenail and it's not hurting anymore. read more

I really hate to post negative reviews but this one is going to have a silver lining. Lol! The Nail Remedy salon itself is very clean & convenient right on the corner of Cheyenne & Decatur. There were about 5 very busy technicians working & getting calls for appointments (no walk ins) etc. I will ask for one of those girls next time. I think that my tech Taisha, was just learning the ropes etc & skipped a few important steps, as far as I am concerned. #1.) she didn't soak my hands or try to clip ANY rough & hanging cuticle skin . 2.) she NEVER had me wash my hands prior to polishing. I like to use a nail brush & scrub thoroughly before my polish is applied. I should have advocated for myself but I felt bad that Taisha was new & still learning. The total for Gel manicure and Gel pedicure was only $95 before tip. Also they only take cash or Zelle which is pretty strange. Give the girls a chance. I think the prices are lower cuz it's cash (or Zelle) only. I hope this review helps you... read more

Literally just left the salon and had to leave a review! First of all there were 4 of us wanting to get two pedicures and two manicures at the same time. I had booked two appointments but wasn't able to make the other two for the time we would be there. We showed up a little earlier than appointment time to see if we could all be squeezed in. They accommodated us and were so helpful with making sure we could all be serviced. They are super meticulous and do such a wonderful job whether you're getting detailed designs to relaxing pedicures. I'm really glad I found this salon! Thank you to all who took care of us today and I can't wait to come back and have this be my regular salon! read more

Super happy I found Zan and the Nail Remedy when I searched gel x nails on tik tok! I absolutely love my nails and cannot stop looking at my hands! I love that you can set up an appointment online and I also love how close they are to my house. I plan on coming back with my boyfriend for pedicures and also told my grandma and aunt to check the shop out. The music playlist was really good too! I don't like to leave a bad review but I wasn't in the mood to give feedback while I was there. I have a flight to catch and just needed to find a solution ie another place to get my feet done. I think my technician was so sweet and personable. I just didn't care for her work. I am currently sitting in another salon getting a pedicure as we speak. And I'm looking at the cuticle removal and I'm like what did she even do!? I think she created a nice experience but the quality of the work was below standard. Just some steps missed with the cuticles, she scrubbed my feet too hard to where it was painful, didn't polish to the edge of my toenails, and the skin around my toes were dry. I was horrified. Grateful I used the checkin to get a 'deal' for the pedicure. Otherwise I would have been fuming mad paying full price for this service. read more

Ummm not sure if this even matters. Found this place from reviews....pulled up at 4pm. Only to be met with a shop that is closing like literally . I walked in one chair and guys removing furniture. Was meet by a guy sitting in a pedicure chair and he basically laughed me off when I told him I found this placed based on reviews. This place is very unprofessional. I went in on Saturday to get a full set of gel x and a pedicure. I paid $120. By Monday I was missing a nail. By Tuesday the gel on my big toe peeled off and THE GEL UNDERNEATH WAS NOT CURED. IT WAS STILL WET. I called Wednesday to receive a refund since it's very difficult for me to find time to get it fixed. I spoke to a man who I'm assuming is the owner. He said he'd speak to the nail tech and call me back the next day. It's now Saturday. I have no nails on. No one has reached out to me. I've been calling and calling for an update And I've been getting the run around. The wife that works there said that things were "taken care of" but couldn't tell me what that means ? Wtf does that mean ? Save yourself from contact dermatitis and save your money. read more

Made an appointment via their booksy app which was the way they set up their services. I show up 15 minutes early, and once I get checked in they told me my appointment couldn't be found. I showed them the appointment I made, and for some reason their system appointed me someone who was not in that day (Misty). So they refused to get me in unless I wanted to wait for another time. Why would I book an appointment in advance to be told to come back later? Totally pointless to have a service booking app if it doesn't even work properly. Now I've wasted my time. Not to mention the app has you pay in advance so now I've got to deal with calling my bank to make sure my payment doesn't go through. read more

They were busy but managed to soak off my nails I had on and actually give me a gel manicure that was desperately needed. This location has a lot of positive reviews and was super excited to check it out. Got an appointment same day, and got Bre ( Capricorn necklace). The entire experience was super rushed. Another girl was sat 10 mins before me and was still getting pampered when I left. I felt like Bre cut short all the pampering plus was constantly on her Iwatch. She also did not scrub my dead skin off my feet. And I notice the lady next to me was getting it done. Overall, i think I got unlucky with the lady I got, she doesn't take her time and skips steps. read more

Destiny is awesome. She did a really great job with my nails. Mind you I never get my nails done bc they always felt too heavy and I'm just too active. But she was great. She gave good conversation but the only thing was it took 3 hours to get my nails done. But the time she was ready to do my feet I was like just paint them black. So if you don't mind a wait she's gray. And you get 20 off if you check in on Yelp! read more

As a Yelp Elite I always come here to find my next service or meal. Of course, it was no different when I needed a place to get my nails done. The service here is great! Kasja did my manicure and pedicure. She honored my request not to use the machine on my cuticles and spent a little extra attention on my one problem area. I only wish she had cut my side cuticles as well. If she had done that I would have given it a five. I had to ask for an extra service so having a menu would be helpful or if I am supposed to scan directing me to that. She was friendly and made conversation which I enjoyed as well. Also, I watched them cleaning their stations before they left but as I was looking around behind the chairs could use some love. I didn't see anyone mopping but maybe that is done at another time. The vibe is good. I enjoyed the music and it is nice and bright in the salon. I believe one of the technicians was quitting because she packed up ALL her stuff when she was done. That was definitely weird as a customer, didn't seem like it was on good terms. Give them a try! I'll be back but I'll be requesting my side cuticles are cut as well. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They are very unprofessional for one. Two the lady told me for my nails and length it would be 90 out the door, as soon as she finished shaping the nails she told me it would be 150. Like how do you go up on the price 60 more dollars so I told her I wasn't paying that so can we do white French tip, she then canceled the appointment because I didn't want to pay the 150 and pay less. read more

I never felt so pampered and taken care in my life. The spot was just a random visit as I saw the flashy logo. I didn't expect much, but was invited with warm welcomes and did not know the next few minutes I would be invited like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. I got a pedicure and and trust me, I wouldn't have even imagined how much of a difference one service could make. It feels nice to have a day off while enjoying great company. Made an appointment the day before and was lucky that she had an opening bcs she's really busy. She's in the shopping center where Bank of America is at on Rancho and Craig. Misty is also inside a bigger salon and I believe her room is 5, go towards the right and down the hall in the right side after you go into the salon. She was very nice and has a bunch of nail samples to chose from. I had a Groupon so she let me use that with no issues, I just had to pay an extra $5 bcs I got an art design. I'll be back as I have one more Groupon for a gel manicure. read more

The owner said it wouldn't be a problem and made a comment about how I wanted something basic and tried to talk me into another color. I asked to see the bottle and pointed out that it was indeed the wrong color. He then said he was out!! I picked another three times and he said he was out of all the soft pink and continued to tell me the color I was given was PINK!! He refused to help and kept telling me these were less basic.... I almost started to cry... he gave me the silent treatment up until asking me to leave a good review on Yelp! The audacity!!!!!! I'll never be back! I'm disgusted and disappointed that this happened and that he tried to make me look like a difficult customer the entire time even raising his voice at me! All for basic soft pink nails

Luis was his barber, and I showed him 5 pics of what I wanted for my son. He asked which length in the back and I specifically said to keep the length. He was getting a fade but we wanted to keep the mullet he has been trying to grow out for almost 2 years now. He cut the whole thing OFF! The fade looks great, so at least there's that..but the one thing my boy loved the most about his look is gone. I would have said something but what can you do, glue the hair back? Depending on your vibe, you can reserve tables, hang out in the VIP seating area, or just stand around the floor and enjoy the live band performing. The energy was upbeat, and the place was already packed and buzzing even as early as 9 PM. My only real complaint was that the music was incredibly loud. It is turned up so high that you absolutely cannot have a conversation with anyone in there without screaming, which is something to keep in mind if you're looking to chat. Overall, it is a great entertainment place with a fantastic vibe. If you want a lively spot on the Strip with great music, this is definitely worth checking out!

Got to barbershop and the line was 20 deep. Ruh Roh. It did end up being 40 minutes wait but we made friends in line (ended up all hanging out inside). We almost gave up to back to ski lodge but decided to not be quitters....so glad we stayed. Love the decor. It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

My barber Cesar moved to this store a few years back, and despite me moving to a house in the North West of the valley, I am still happy to make the drive here for his awesome and friendly service, and for the overall experience. I highly recommend him, so ask for him by name if you are booking or doing a walk in! The interior really is very cool, great to have a true barbershop feel to enjoy rather than the bland and clinical interiors of most modern chains or shops. It's fun looking at all the decor, including some of the more fun items on display, it all just adds to the overall experience. It's also reasonably priced, though be aware this is a cash only establishment, so no cards, but they do have an ATM. Overall, Good Times Barbershop lives up to its name. It is always a great experience coming here and I highly recommend this business.

I walked in for a milky white French tip this week but a lady with blonde hair told me that my nail beds were "too dark" for the style when I showed her a picture of what I wanted. This a French tip where the base is milky white instead of pink or neutral. I've gotten this style before and it has nothing to do with the color of your skin, it's simply a different color polish. I thought maybe she couldn't understand me so I showed her a picture of someone with darker skin that had it and she told me that she'll do it but she'd have to charge me $5 extra dollars and that she's not taking it off if I don't like it. What? I ended the service there and walked out after paying $50 for my half done pedicure. I went to another nail salon that said "of course we can do that" immediately. Over time this nail salon has improved their pedicure chairs and the inside looks really nice but the people there don't stay on top of trends and can only do basic styles.

I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.
