I've been coming here regularly for pedicures and full sets/fills, but after my last visit, I won't be returning. The nail tech I had showed very poor customer service and had an unwelcoming attitude the entire time. why I wont be coming here also is because when this occurred at the register nobody else came to question anything to the nail tech. I came in for a builder gel fill and asked for a clean, square shape, but my nails came out thick, lumpy, and uneven. It felt very rushed, like no care or attention was put into the work as you can see. On top of that, I was charged the same when I had got the same exact services last time but this time it was a fill. So i dont understand why she was charging me the same . They add extra fee for French tip. which I got last time the only thing different was the color and it was a fill. This is what she gave me. Like if she couldn't do my nails the way I wanted them why accept to do my service and then charge me like if I got a full set of builder gel when It was just a fill. The quality didn't reflect the price at all. When I'm paying for a service, I expect professionalism and good results, not to feel uncomfortable and leave unhappy. I asked for the deluxe pedicure, which was a lot like the regular pedicure, except it had an extra long massage, which is what I was looking for. The price listed was $45 which sounded about right for that pedicure - literally nothing extra except a longer massage. Then I noticed the menu said that gel polish was an extra $18. Since when is polish not included in the price of a pedicure? I asked the nail tech to make sure and she replied "that price is correct, $63 " I was blown away at this price!! at any other salon, I could pay $63 and get the pedicure with all of the extras! And to top it all off, the massage was just a normal massage - nothing extra long or special. it wasn't a bad pedicure, it's just so overpriced compared to every other salon I've ever been to. And that "extra massage" is completely bogus. I won't be back. read more

I tried this place for the first time and I thought about walking out the second I sat down. I've ever been in a situation like today so I just sat down and stayed instead since I didn't want to be rude. The lady that helped me seemed nice but the hygiene is absolutely scary. All the tools she used were inside a plastic box with no type of liquid or anything to disinfect the tools with; she just used them and put them right back in the box with 0 care. God knows how many clients she's done with the same tools. Maybe I'm wrong but all the places I've been too had a small blue bag with the tools for each client and I've never seen them just being placed with many other things to be re used right after. Some other lady walked in right after she was done with me and she just took the moving cart to work on her, that was pretty rough to see. I don't advise anyone to go in there, it's pretty gnarly. read more

I went to get a mani and pedi, the place look run down and it was dirty. When I called in to schedule an appointment they said no one was available for 45 minutes so I figure I'll just walk in instead, the place was nearly empty 2 customers there and 3 other employees just sitting there talking shit and cracking jokes. I went to pick my color and nail lady tried to have me change my color multiple times and when I showed her my design she first said she couldn't do it then she rush through the gel process and nail design because she wanted to go home and go party with her friends. My gel coats were uneven and my lines design was thin and thick not even and she didnt even fix my uneven filing on my nails. The nail station had the previous person's nail dust on the table and the cubicle bowl was cloudy and the pedicure bowl water was cold when I told the lady she dismissed me. I'll be taking my 160 dollars elsewhere. read more

Communication is very important. I told them I wanted a French pedicure with a design. I asked if she knew how to do designs. She even took a picture of my previous design. Not once did she give me a price list to choose or ask. I had to ask and tell her which price I want. Not once did gel come up until she tried to put the lamp on me. She tried to argue with me that I had gel on when she removed my polish. Then when we established I don't do gel, she gave me my French. She said wait to dry before the design. She left me waiting for over 30 minutes. I had to ask another person. She came back. I asked about my design. She said she couldn't do a design without gel. That bs because I always get a French w/design. So I will not be going back. First & last time. read more

Not sure what the lady's name was but she did a horrible job and charged me like she had also done a manicure too! I asked for color change on acrylic! My fingers were burning because she was going so hard on them when filing the nails! She did not do a manicure and I was still charged $55 for a color change???? My cuticles are horrible and sore, they burn because she was very rough on them! I complained a couple of times to her that she hurt me! The staff is very unprofessional too, because her and another lady started arguing in front of me and other clients about who was going to take a new customer! I went in on Monday but my nails feel so tight and hurt from how horrible of a job she did! Started going here because it is a convenient location near my home but it is not worth it. read more

Please don't go here... I came to get my daughter's nails done for her birthday she left crying because her nails were bleeding the whole time and she was afraid to tell the lady to stop... I also went to just have a simple removal of gel polish and left with burning fingernails. It was so extremely bad I almost went to urgent care and dipped my fingers in milk because I was in so much pain... It was so bad that when I returned to my normal nail technician to my normal appointment she refused to do my nails because she explained that they basically filed into my nerves and gave me "ring of fire on my nails" They are still extremely damaged. I bring my mother in here and even after this lady up sale'd this pedicure on my mom needed callus removal for her heels ( my mom is handicap and doesn't walk on her heels ) also stated she needs gel so she can leave and doesn't have to wait for her nails to dry.
