This review and 5 start rating is well deserved! I came back and requested Cindy who gave me a pedicure last time. Again I had the Deluxe pedicure which comes with salt soak, salt scrub, moisture mask and lotion and of course the usual nail, cuticle care and polish. Gel upon request and additional cost. I called the day before and requested Cindy. I made the appt for 12 but when I showed up, the calendar had me booked for 1pm. Fortunately I was off that day and able to go run an errand near by and come back. When I came back, Cindy was already setting up my pedicure tub. She always looks lovely dressed nicely. Never disheveled. She greeted me and invited me to the pedicure chair she had set up for me. She made sure the water temp was comfortable and offered me a beverage-water or soda. I accepted a water and began looking through the variety of color options. So many to choose from! I also was offered a pedicure menu to choose which type I wanted. I went with the deluxe. You get to select a scent for your salt soak, scrub, lotion & mask. I choose the Honey Tea ( I think lol). Cindy rakes her and pays close attention to detail. She even got into the aide walls of my big toes and removed the ingrown toenails I'm prone to. She was very concerned with my pain/comfort and asked if it was ok several times. Digging those suckers out can be very painful. She did a great job! All across the board she did a great job. She filed & shaped my nails nicely, pushed back my cuticles and removed the dead skin on my heals with care. She also gave a wonderful scrub and massage. I've been coming here frequently to get gel manicures and typically it's done really well. However, this time I have a lot of bumpiness and uneven shapes and one chipped a couple days after service. I went to have that fixed and asked if we could fix the bumpiness, but was informed I'd have to pay $30. I thought that was poor business value since this is not how gel polish is supposed to look and I already paid $55 plus a tip for them a couple days ago. You can clearly see the fixed nail compared to the rest. I'm disappointed since I come here every 2-3 weeks. read more

When I entered tje building, I was greeted and seated right away. I had two technicians work on my nails since one of them had to do another appointment. The nail art came out amazing. They had a binder full of stickers for me to choose from and they did my nails as requested. The only feedback I have was that the buffer stung my nails when they were shaping the extension to my natural nail. Overall, this place does a great job every time I've been here. read more

I was online searching for someone who could do a good pedicure and Tina did not disappoint! I requested the gel pedicure and I forgot the package but it was the package for $50 if I'm not mistaken. They brought me back and started soaking my feet and I caught a nap which was well needed. The vibe was chill and the music was on point. The end result was great. Decided to give this place a chance due to all the review's. Let me say! Loved it. I did not make an appointment, I walked in and waited 10 minutes before being put in a chair. I RECOMMEND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. They were able to assist me because they weren't busy at the time but while getting serviced, it got packed. This place is super clean and staff were super friendly. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. For the pedicure I got the basic package which was an additional $15 I believe. (It was amazing) In total I paid 95$ they do charge 2$ for debit/credit card usage. This place is a little pricey but for what I asked for they did amazing. This is my current favorite nail salon, & I hope it stays this way. I've been to MANY salons, but Phantastic Nails have been the most consistent. What I love is they actually take their time on your pedicures. If you get Deluxe or higher, you will know the difference. I truly appreciate how they understand clients come to RELAX & there is no loud talking between the nail techs. It's very respectful & gives us the opportunity to unwind. I have had one too many instances of nail salons yelling & laughing with each other the entire time...I can't even hear myself think, let alone relax. It can also be uncomfortable when salons do that since we don't understand what they're saying since it's in their own language. They use sanitized equipment & I see them clean often. Please please keep the kindness & quality up! Making an appointment is ideal because they get reallly busy sometimes. However, I typically walk in & get in right away or within 30 min. 45 min was the longest I waited. read more

Excellent pedicure by Jean. He was gentle and checked in frequently to make sure what he was doing, pressure/touch was good for me. I had not been to a salon in several years for a pedicure due to unclean utensils and the tech not paying attention to what they were doing and injuring my feet. This place is completely different! All utensils including for scrubbing and filing were taken out of individually wrapped sanitized or brand new single use packaging. I got the Tornado Pedicure as a treat and chose the orange scent. Quality products that smell so good without being overpowering. Chairs are comfortable and in good working condition with a nice massage built in. As a walk-in I waited about 20 minutes before getting into a chair, but every now and then someone came by to acknowledge me. I really appreciated that. It's a very nice, clean place with pretty decor. Nancy did my pedicure, and she is amazing! She was gentle, thorough, and took her time. My feet are very soft and I love the way my toenails look! What sealed the deal for me is that she oiled my legs and feet as a finisher - I've never had anyone do that before! This shop is in a small shopping center next to the Wing Stop on Craig Road. We walked in and we're welcomed right away. This nail salon is so clean, I was so impressed. We were able to be helped right away. I picked a pedicure that was higher in price but had paraffin wax plus a fresh fruit and eucalyptus process. I was so excited. I have to say I was so impressed. My first time there. Place is nicely decorated. Ladies working there seemed nice. Lisa gave me the menu and was explaining the type of services. I wanted gel pedicure and they had $55, $65 and $70 service. I TOLD her and POINTED out to the $55 service. My last time there because she told me my bill was $70. I learned my lesson to stick to the salon I normally go to and always verbally have them acknowledge the amount. She did a good job but I felt mislead on price. I decided to come here on probably one of their busiest days, Saturday. I called about 5 minutes ahead to see if they were able to get me in and they said yes. When I arrived almost every seat was full but they got me with somebody right away. As I was there, I saw them turn away a bunch of people who didn't make a reservation so I highly recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. Terrible experience, will not be back. Came for mani and pedi for myself and my daughter. They sat us down for our pedicures, the tech started on me first while my daughter just sat there waiting. Meanwhile, as the tech finished my pedicure more time past and my daughter was still waiting. The tech wanted to started in my manicure as my daughter still waited. long story short, I paid full price for my daughter's nails to have multiple people come and go as she waited. Bad business. I received the worst gel pedi painting and shaping. Actually lack there of trying I guess. I came in with some rough toes but excepted to get a shaping and quality paint job. This unfortunately was not the case. All my nails are uneven missed shaped and the paint job shows no effort. It a real bummer to pay extra gel n the quality be so bad.
