He said the bushings needed to be replaced in 6 months so I made an appointment. He's watching for a possible oil leak. I paid $175 today. The car is safe to drive. He has my business for life. Violated ADA laws and refused accommodations that were allowed by the state and even had provisions…read morein state law to make such services accessible to disabled people. And put health and safety at risk during Covid when it first began in late June. Left me two days without my RV despite knowing full well I lived in it, and refused to allow me to ride back in it while it was on the trailer even though that is allowed by state law for persons with disabilities needing towing services regardless of length of trip or reason for services. Owner knew full well he was in violation but didn't care. I was left to have to hitch rides home which is not just unsafe to start with but during Covid and as a Covid vulnerable person put health at high risk as my mom could not take me all the way to Seattle because she does not live there so I had been dropped off at snoqualmie pass to figure out the rest of the way back. Intercity and interstate transportation was suspended then at the time and wouldn't have been safe healthwise either. Owner didn't care either. Horrible business, and will violate state laws just to avoid extra work and hassle. Even though it wouldn't have been much extra work and hassle. Had all kinds of different excuses to not do it from not being paid enough to saying it went against business insurance which is all BS, business insurance covers accommodations made for disabled people needing services. Smart people: take your money elsewhere. Some of these actions by this business might even be criminal since it did put health and safety of a client at risk. I had contacted a different tow company that was more than willing to make the same accommodations requested. The only reason I didn't end up with them was unfortunately they were unable to make the trip from Spokane to Seattle where my RV mechanic and electrician was located, for two weeks and I didn't have two weeks to wait for them to be freed up.
