It only happened after I got a oil change through them so I'm not sure what they did to it or if something may have happened on its own but the guy was very rude and dismissive either way. Then this... received the text from them about recommended service items. There were many so I decided not to have any done so I could check them out before doing anything. Text stated brown/ muddy brake fluid and recommended a flush. My picture certainly doesn't show brown/muddy. Also stated metal in the power steering fluid so ran a sample through a coffee filter and no metal there. Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Did say that brown/muddy "may" have been a little much. Bad taste in my mouth over actions and words used. Not going back and not recommending them anymore. So sad because finding a place to trust anymore is tough. Thought I found it.

I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes. They did a great job on the brakes and for a little less than I expected, and then walked through the rest of the issues, their urgency, and broke down the costs of each in case I wanted to tackle them one after the other. The facility is clean and welcoming and they have a waiting room you'd actually want to wait in, with clean furniture that doesn't look like it came from someone's living room castoffs.
