Not only did I not get the information a week before closing when it was too late, she had told them the opposite. She informed them to clean out the house. I lost many items as a result. I spoke with the seller and they had been asking for my information the entire time as well. They were neglected the same way. I called to try and sort it out with Gordon, the owner, and he was short and rude. "I'm not giving you a dime so do what you gotta do." Basically hung up on me. He didn't ask one question or show any concern about his agent and her poor performance, lack of professionalism, false information or neglect. All about money. Real professional.
