Great little bar. Stopped on the way to Letchworth state park. Good beer at a good price and reasonably priced food too. Service was great for a small place.

A friend of mine told me there's a random but awesome brewery down 20A with great beer and a cool rural atmosphere in someone's garage. Sounded a little sketchy at the time so I didn't make much of an effort to see this place. Sure enough I was driving with a car loaded to the brim with camping gear when we spotting a flag waving with the beautiful word "BEER" on it. It dawned on me that this was the brewery my buddy was talking about so I slammed on the brakes and pulled into the driveway. Camping trip was postponed an hour or two. I'll admit, it's a tiny bit strange. You're basically pulling onto someone's personal property. But none of it was confusing. There's ample parking and you know exactly where to go for the brew. The bartender was very nice and welcoming. There are dogs walking about all over the place. The property is stunning and has a great view of the windmills. There's an outdoor patio. Plenty of seating but space is limited. There were two small parties sharing a single table. I was shocked at how many beers were on tap. It was definitely more than a dozen. Lots of wine options as well. The Amber Ale and Mango IPA were two of the best beers I've ever had. I even took a growler of the mango with me on the camping trip which everyone enjoyed as much as I did. If you like beer, dogs, short road trips or a great view - this is a must visit.

I can't believe we haven't been to or heard of this place, which I learned today has been open since 2017. The beers were delicious, and we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. We loved the Tiramisu stout and the Farmer's Juice IPA. We hung out in the back with our pup and had a wonderful, lazy afternoon. We will be back soon.

Stopped in to check this place out. Very nice and much larger than it appears on the outside. Lots of tables and several seats at the bar. We chose the bar and were greeted by a busy but friendly worker. She was happy to assist us in choosing the beers we wanted to try for our flights. I chose the winter ale, a regular IPA and a NEIPA, as well as a lager. The winter ale was great, hints of spices, regular IPA also very good and what you'd expect from an IPA. The NEIPA was much more subtle than expected, not hoppy at all. I didn't really care for the lager because it had a sour aftertaste. The food smelled and looked great, but we didn't order any this time. Lots of great beer and cider choices, and they change their menu regularly. They also had several choices of canned beverages to go. Will be back, hopefully when it's a little warmer as they have a nice outside patio that's dog friendly!

I noticed this place on the way to Hunter's Creek Park yesterday. My friend and I stopped here after our hike. We each ordered a flight of beer. They used plastic cups, instead of glass. I'm not sure if they always do that or if it's their current practice because of the pandemic. I ordered their Adjustable Turbine beer, their Lunation Belgian ale, their Bessy's Best milk stout, and their Muddy Russian Imperial Stout. I loved their two dark beers but the milk stout was my favorite. Because of Cuomo's rule, you have to order food, if you want to drink. They have an great-looking food menu. If you're not that hungry, you can purchase a small bag of chips, dried fruit, meat sticks, or some pretzels. They have pretzels that taste like a stout beer. That's what I purchased. They also have other kinds of craft beer pretzels. (Pilsner, beer cheese, and IPA.) The inside at the brewery is nicely done with great decor. My friend and I sat on their patio relaxing. They also had a large party tent up. Other patrons people were hanging out under there and seemed to be enjoying themselves. The employees were really nice here. I'd love to return soon.

Stopped in while out and about for NYS Maple weekend. The Maple Amber Ale was the perfect end to a themed weekend drive! Cozy, friendly and informed staff made our visit enjoyable. Plenty of taps to find just the right beer to suit your taste. The outdoor patio will be awesome to sit & sip when the weather finally breaks. We'll definitely stop again when passing through Wyoming county. Live Local!!

Come and drink. Great stop off of 20... Worth every minute.

Blink and you miss this place just off of Route 20... But stop, have beer, grab as bag of chips and enjoy. Good small brewery with a constant stream of good beer choices on tap. They also keep a rotation of seasonal beers rolling so it is nearly impossible not to find as beer you will enjoy.

Windy Brew is all too fitting of a name for this rural brewery. The rustic atmosphere, friendly owners, and great tasting beer keeps us coming back for more. There's something for everyone as there is always a wise variety of beers. Windy Brew stays on top of the season and rotates their fruit beer and cider with the season. Highly recommend the, "PTSD IPA!"

Brand new and awesome! At first, thought it was someone's house, but the barn structure to the side is great space. Dog friendly, people friendly, and the coolest thing is that not only do they have their own beers but they also have multiple guest taps reserved for home brewers so they can showcase their beers.

The bartender was the only person on the floor and she was very friendly. Her service was great and we enjoyed the pop punk collection she had playing the whole time we were dining in. We ordered some drinks and for food we shared a chicken club on sourdough and a Reuben. The food did take quite a long time to come out even though we were the only ones who ordered food at the time. The chicken itself was ok, a bit bland but had some good toppings and was well toasted. We had fries with this sandwich and it was very well fried and it came in a huge portion. The Reuben was ok, instead of the tangier russian dressing I'm used to this one was more straight mayo based so the flavors weren't what I was expecting. The marbled rye could have been buttered a little more when toasted as well. The amount of meat that it came with though was great and quite hefty. Both sandwiches also came with coleslaw and a pickle spear. The slaw was vinegar based and cut through the heaviness of the meat. I wish the pickle was more crispy though. All in all, a relaxed spot for lunch with good drink but ok food.

Happened on this place by accident on a Sunday drive. It is a stunning place. Very pretty,…read moretastefully decorated. Looks like a family fun Brewery. They had a board game wall, 2 air Hockey tables. An area with local items for sale. Looks like they hold farmers markets, and events in the weekend. The place was very elegantly decorated, like it was professionally done. But for a 5 Generation family, I would have liked to have seen their Ancestors, history, maybe some family heirlooms as decorations, farm equipment, etc... They had an upstairs, not sure what that was about tho. When we walked in, we saw a sign that said seat yourself, so we did. Then we noticed we could order by Q card, so we did. No hostess. The menu was really small, small plates, appetizers, cookies and milk was the dessert. It was an odd menu. There were a fair amount of kids. Which was nice. It really is set up to be 100% Family First.. It was very large, lots of space for kids to play inside and outside, safely, while adults enjoy their time. Lots of space between tables. So still good for intimate settings too. Really well thought out space planning. I ordered Burnt ends with Mac N Cheese, in a Habanero jelly. It was the only spicy item on the menu. My BF ordered Chicken Fingers, because they didn't have a burger, hot dog, steak, i wondered if upstairs was where they served full meals instead of small plates. Worth checking on before you go. I didn't notice the upstairs until we had already ordered. The menu was lacking. I think it would have been nice if they had a hostess to greet newcomers, and explain the run down, and show them how it works. If there was an area for full dining we would have liked to have known. We also would have been able to see a menu before seating. After ordering, I left my BF seated and went to see what types of local items they had for sale. I ended up buying a jar of homemade Maple cream, from the owners parents. They were a really sweet couple. They were the ones who had told us they had been there for 5 Generations. Being a history buff, I got excited and said I bet you have some great stories. I seemed to have embarrassed him, a bit, because he smiled and changed the subject. ‍ A server came out, and informed me, they were out of burnt ends, with the Habanero Jelly. They asked if they could put pulled pork, with Bbq sauce on top of the MAC N Cheese. I agreed, but was actually super disappointed. It was the only item on the menu that had some kick to it. I just didn't see a reason to look at the menu again, since it was so small. I wish we had just left, because my BF didn't like the menu. I was not getting what I wanted. Obviously, this was not a place for us. The chicken fingers were good, they were big, coated well, tasted like they may have added a touch of cornmeal. But they were still just chicken fingers. They do offer a variety of different sauces on the side. The Mac N cheese was much better than expected. The cheese was white and creamy. The pulled pork was basic sauce, it was cooked perfectly, and had some big pieces in there, and wasn't just stringy. Their ordering system is basically contactless ordering. The new way of the world. Ordering from your phone. Which is something I actually like. But a hostess is still needed. Whoever set this system up, did a terrible job uploading the menu. I wanted a drink with Vodka. The only option was"Vodka drink" when I pushed it, it said I needed to go to the bar. They had a couple of cocktails premade, but all with whiskey and gin. When I asked the female Bartender if they can make a Martini. She looked up at some guy, and waited for him to respond. But I quickly jumped in. Before he could say anything. I just asked if she could make one of their signature cocktails they have on the menu. But swap out, the gin for Vodka. I just wanted to keep this moving forward. They said no problem, and were very nice about it. Then I asked them how to order it at the table. They told me to order the gin drink I want, and they will remember to swap it out for me. I was impressed they got that right. For such a vast space, with high ceilings, the acoustics were amazing. It wasn't loud at all. Even the kids seemed to play quietly. When I finally sat down. I saw my BF looked miserable. My own nervous system had been feeling off too, and was a bit unsure. But everyone was super friendly. It just felt like we had an odd amount of super polite attention, that others were not getting. When I took a hard look around, I realized everyone there were dressed similarly, were polite, composed, quiet, having fun, and smiling. They looked like they all came straight from the same church. That's when it hit me, this is a community place with deep roots. They probably don't get many different types of people here. I live in a rural area too, but we are a diverse group of color, culture, and art. It took me a bit off guard.

In the summer there is also a small patio to enjoy your beers and food. Menu wise, the variety of dishes include classics like a burger and poutine as well as pasta and a vegetarian banh mi. There is also a small kids menu as well. Drinks menu wise, there is a large list of beers to choose from as well as a small list of wines, ciders, and non-alcoholic options. I had a party of 5 (4 adults and 1 baby) dine at Counterpart Brewery recently. Staff were accommodating where there was a high seat available for the baby. The space is spacious although in some areas it may be harder to fit a stroller through, but either way the space is very kid and family friendly (we saw many kids and families during our time there!). Service was great and the staff were friendly. The menu is accessed through a QR code via your phone which is at the table. My party ordered the following: - Fried chicken sandwich (b&b pickles, pickled jalapenos, cabbage slaw, and sriracha mayo) - $17 - Porchetta sandwich (slow roasted Italian pork, salsa verde, crispy crackling, arugula) - $17 - House cut fries (old bay, malt vinegar aioli) - $10 - Peach Chardonnay cider from Niagara Cider Company - $10 - Grilled jerk chicken plate (grilled pineapple, house cut fries, red cabbage slaw, cilantro) - $27 I tried the fried chicken sandwich and the porchetta sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious! In terms of the fried chicken sandwich, the chicken (which was dark meat) was tender and juicy. The pickles and slaw complimented the chicken well where the sandwich didn't feel heavy. The overall sandwich wasn't spicy even though there were jalapenos and sriracha mayo. The porchetta sandwich was also great as well which was served on a ciabatta style bun. The pork was tasty and the salsa verde added so much flavour to the sandwich. The crispy crackling definitely added some textural contrast to each bite. Overall, a great place with delicious eats and friendly service! If you enjoy beer they have a great selection to choose from. The place is also very family friendly with lots of parking outside. A must try if you are in the Niagara Falls area!
