Not very happy, got a 2010 Toyota Sienna in February and a month later I had to replace the windshield because water was pouring into the car. Now today 4 months later I'm back at the auto shop because I have a split tire and they recommend getting all 4 done. So in the past 4 months we are at a tally of 1000! I know it's a used car but seriously! When I called about the windshield they said the would contact my salesman and give me a return call. I never received a call and had to just get it replaced on my own so the water wouldn't ruin the interior. Not a good experience read more

Terrible service department. I have been a long time customer and have always bought my new Toyota's from them, and have referred many friends and family members mostly because of the exceptional treatment I always received from Ron Beheimer. Bought a new 2015 Camry from them and always took it to them for service. When I took it in for a service a few months ago for an oil change, they updated the firmware in my radio, for whatever reason, and it caused my radio clock to no longer display. Twice I have taken this Camry back for this issue and they have absolutely no clue as to what they have done to it or how to repair it. The last visit I was told to come in on a week day so they could get a Toyota tech on the phone to resolve it, and it would take about 2 hours. I took a day off work and took it back and sat and waited 4 hours before I finally went and inquired. The service person was supposed to keep me updated but she did not. They told me they were going to reboot the system and see if that would repair it, as they were unable to get a Toyota tech because the phone systems were down, and it would take another hour. This tells me my car sat for 4 hours with them doing mostly nothing, and when I complained, was told an hour, but I was called in about 25 minutes, which leads me to believe they again did nothing. Well then the shocker, the service person tells me that since Toyota has no record of this ever happening before that I now have to pay for a new radio and labor to install it. I complained to deaf ears that their service department caused this issue they need to resolve it, as It worked fine until they fooled with it. I was told " I don't disbelieve you, but since Toyota has no record of this happening to anyone else we can't do anything". It was obvious that she was done with me, as she handed me the Toyota Customer Care number and told me to contact them. Since they were unable to get Toyota Support on the phone, I am sure that decision came from this dealership and not Toyota. I left as I have a bit of a temper and did not wish to lose it to a service person who quite obviously could care less about customer service, and was acting like I was stupid. 5 wasted hours and a day off work, to be blown off and treated like I was stupid. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Be careful if they want to upgrade your system, you may have the same issue I have, and you will have to bear the cost of their screw up. I have not yet contacted Toyota Customer Care, and I doubt I will. I have a feeling that that's a standard they use to get you out the door when they are done with you. I am thinking about looking into a different option to get this resolved. Good luck to anyone that takes their car there for anything other than an oil change. Response to owner. Your response does nothing for me, and it's a blatant attempt to absolve you from responsibility. I called your service department when that issue happened after I got the vehicle home and reported it. Since it wasn't a huge issue the tech suggested I wait until the next service and I agreed to have it looked at on that next service. The service tech acted like it was just a glitch that could be easily remedied. When I took the car back no one could fix this or had a clue of what to do. It's laughable that the service techs that looked at this agreed that it was the update that caused this, and now your trying to say it was not. Bad business ethics to say the least. Do you think the clock just magically vanished after the update? 3 times I was back with this problem and two of those times it should have been covered by the warranty that was still in effect, if nothing else. Now your stating for this review that it was 12 months later that I came back in with it, and that's just sad and deplorable customer service, and really sad business ethics. Like most dealerships, this one way overcharges for their service. I was told it took a technician an hour and a half to cut two keys and program one key fob. The whole thing should have taken no longer than 20 minutes. Then, I was charged an "environmental fee" of $13. There were NO fluids drained from my vehicle. The only environmental waste was a small amount of dust from cutting the keys. Dishonesty appears to be their policy! read more

My husband have never bought a new car before, and we recently purchased a Toyota sienna from Beechmont Toyota. Horrible experience to say the least. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Not only does the car make multiple noises while in idle, the heating vent also makes a rattling noise (it's a brand new car- it should not do this.) We have had to drive from Northern Kentucky to take it to have it checked out two or three times thus far- nothing has been fixed. The windshield is cracked- hasn't been fixed. Thought we got a deal but has been nothing but a waste of time. I will never buy from Beechmont again. read more

Their service department is incompetent. I had my car towed to them because the alternator went bad. They told me it was just a dead battery then release the car back to me. Two hours later I was stuck on the side of the road again. This time I had my car towed to another local Toyota dealership (at my expense) and that service dept. found the problem ( alternator) . Began doing business with Beechmont Toyota 2.5 years ago. Bought a new car and had a great experience with sales, finance, and service. Happy with service center to date. However, I recently started looking into buying another vehicle so of course I head to Beechmont Toyota because I've had pretty good experiences with them. Unfortunately the past two experiences have been absolutely horrendous! Thanks to sneaky, untrustworthy, pushy Mike from sales. So about a month ago I visited Beechmont Toyota to start my search. Interested in a Sienna and Highlander models. Mike walks out and approaches us. Great sure. He immediately begins probing into our socioeconomic status. Asking about trades, money down, credit. Boy that was fast. I was thinking can we see the inside of the vehicles? Maybe a test drive? Oh yeah sure as Mike jumps in the backseat. Still asking financial questions. I would think he might say something like "how do you like it?". "Smooth drive huh?". Nope. Not Mike. Long story short we cut that test drive short. We get back he ask for details about possible trades. Year, make, model, etc. I disclosed the information and Mike tells me he'd be doing me a favor to take my trade. Then followed up with he can sell it for cash to people with a small amount of money but are in need of a car. Said this isn't through Beechmont Toyota though. Then proceeded to ask how much I'd sell it for. WOW. Way too much, super uncomfortable and awkward experience. We quickly left after that shady business. However, decided to return a few weeks later requesting that person that we have done business with in the past. Here comes fast talking Mike. What do you want with Adam? I have a question. About what? Me- A car. Mike-Okay, I'll let him know. They sit do some quiet talk (awkward). We proceed to walk outside to browse vehicles and wait. Then wait a little more. Then just a little more. Well sheesh I'm not waiting any longer so go get in my car and Mike comes out the door and says "Adam is coming". Then walks out (leave it to this guy) and says "Adam is a Manager and don't sell so he'll just hand you off to me. My heart sank. So Adam came out, couldn't hear most of what he had to say because Mike spoke over him the whole time. I was trying to privately request an honest rep. Because I really wanted that pearl Toyota Sienna Limited! Tried to privately request another rep again and didn't work out as pushy Mike didn't miss a beat. Ask for the keys for 108 the pearl Sienna limited My patience were gone when Mike came out with the keys to 107! It was not a limited, did not have the same features, and simply was not what I wanted nor ask for. But that don't matter when dealing with Mike. According to him "there isn't much difference". Never experienced anything like this in my life! Ended sweetly though. Went to Kings Toyota where they had 87!!! Brand new Sienna's to choose from and had such a great experience... and got my brand new Sienna Limited with 0% interest. AND they paid off my 2015 Corolla. read more

Just prior to our visit, we briefly went to Kerry Toyota and were ambushed by sales reps one of which became pushy and hostile with us when all we wanted was to look around the used car lot. Upon our arrival at Beechmont Toyota, we were approached by Shawn Gabbard, who introduced himself and presented a professional, low pressure approach. He listened intently to our needs and what we were looking for and took us around the dealership to show all possible options. We were fortunate to find our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with under 15k miles! He made the process so easy and pleasant from the test drive to signing the purchasing documents and treated us like family the entire time we were there. The financing team was also extremely easy to work with. We can't say enough nice things about our experience and this exemplary sales associate! Thanks Shawn! Drove Prius in after a jump to replace battery under warranty. I was told during repair that the fuses for the dashboard, horn, a/c and radio all failed simultaneously. Repair bill would be around $2,500 refurbished, and a mere $9,000 for new fuses. Refused to cover under warranty or to repair the damage they caused. They ignored calls from Toyota corporate, and stalled my insurance company inspectors for months. They must really enjoy going to small claims court. read more

This was the first time I had ever bought a new car from a dealership and I had some trepidation for a number of reasons (i.e. being single and female topping the list). My only criticism is that a full ten minutes passed by from the moment that I walked into the dealership to when someone asked if I was being helped. Apparently, there are NEW car salespeople and USED car salespeople designated here. I was very happy with Chris, although he was a designated USED car salesperson and I was in the market for a NEW 2019 AWD Prius. He was authentic and very personable. Our price negotiations could have been a wee bit quicker if he and his manager had listened more closely to my requirements but in the end, I was able to get what I want, they were able to get what they want, and everyone was happy. So definitely an above average purchasing experience. I'll be interested to see what it's like when the car needs to be serviced but overall, would definitely recommend Beechmont Toyota. read more

Horrible service dept- no followup or concern at all for a major safety issue! Toyota issued an airbag recall in June 2015, advising those affected to "wait until notified" to bring in their Toyota. So, I waited, but never received any further notice. Since Beechmont Toyota was where I purchased my vehicle, and the closest to where I live, I called them for an appointment. This was around October 2015. This was a serious recall, as the defective airbags had thus far killed 8 people from metal shards when they exploded. I spoke to the service manager, Don Buescher. He told me the airbag part was "hard to get", and he would have to order it, and this would take "around 2 weeks", and I should call him back then. Ok, fine. I call him 2 weeks later, this time someone else answers. I ask about the airbag, and they tell me "they still don't have them in." So, I wait 3 weeks this time. Then I call again, and yet a different person answers. Now they book me in for an appointment, a month out, and they say, "I'm sure the part will be in by the time your appointment is here". Oh, great. I start wondering if this gets done before my luck runs out and my wife or I get our faces blown off by the defective airbag. Flash forward almost one month. A couple of days before my appointment is due, I call Beechmont Toyota service dept one last time to confirm the airbag part is there, before I bring it in. This time a woman answers, and AGAIN I hear, "We don't have them in stock. You will have to "special order it." Huh?? Uh, Ma'am, I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT...hello? Anybody home there? Why did you not call or email me? Why did I have to call YOU?? Maybe I'm oldschool, but I'm the customer. Wasn't this YOUR responsibility? Have I not hassled with this enough? Have I not been patient and nice thus far? Yes, I have, but NO MORE MR. NICE GUY, eh? Not that I said any of this, but I should have, considering this woman's attitude was snotty and arrogant. She offered no apology, and in fact, acted as if she was doing me a giant favor even speaking to me. What I did tell her was how long I'd been waiting, and that I was concerned for my wife's and my own safety when driving this vehicle. Her response was cold, and just matter-of-fact "We will call you when the part is in". Uh-huh, hangup the phone. Then I realize Beechmont Toyota will never call me, and I also realize, I should have tried a different Toyota dealer a long time ago. So, the next closest dealer is Kerry Toyota in Covington, Ky. I call their service dept, and "Sean" answers. He is cheerful, and says, "Yessir, we have plenty of those in stock". He then books me in for the following week. WOW!! What a difference! I cross my fingers, and wait a week. The car goes in, they replace the defective part, and done in 45 minutes!! Awesome. Kerry Toyota has gained a customer for future service needs, as well as any new Toyota we may wish to buy. Beechmont Toyota gets a future of warnings and bad reviews to friends, relatives, and anyone else nearby who mentions out loud they are looking for repairs or a new car. Note to Beechmont Toyota: Apologies are now a waste of time, so don't bother, unless you want to look even more pathetic. read more

Worst service experiences ever!!! The first time I had an oil change and coolant flush done. (simple service job). They forgot to tighten a bolt which resulted in massive coolant leakage and an almost blown engine. ( I was lucky to accidentally notice a puddle of coolant under the car). I had to spend my whole Saturday at their service station while they got it "fixed". More than a year later I have leaking coolant again and just realized they used a regular steel duct clamp on the hose, not the genuine special Toyota clamp. For the second time when I took my car there for an oil change, they overfilled the engine which they deny. A couple of days later I realized the engine bay was covered with oil which looked like the engine was leaking oil everywhere. I went back to the service have it checked. That's when they realized, the technician "just" spilt some oil all over the place. Again, another couple of hours spent at the service station. But they thought they were nice enough to give me a coupon for a free car wash ($20 worth)... Not to mention they keep harassing me with letters and phone calls to take my car back to oil change, even though I asked them to take my contacts off of their list. read more

Bad experience. I would highly recommend going to another dealership. I went there for routine oil changes and service recalls. I had a good experience up until the last time. I found out I needed to replace my water pump and drive belt. I knew it would be an expensive repair but I was overcharged. They added a $100 charge to flush the cooling system!! I called the manager to explain my frustration and he only offered a $35 credit. I will not go back there and neither should you. read more

Never go to Beechmont Toyota for service! They can't perform an oil change properly. During my last oil change they put the filter on so tight that no one has been able to get it off for replacement. Others suspect they used a machine instead of the recommended hand tool to put the filter on. They can't even attach a license plate straight. The hours, 8am-4pm for service, are inconvenient for people with 9 to 5 jobs. Worst company for quality service. They are overpriced and could care less about you or your car. read more

Every time I bring in my Sienna for service they try to upsell me on their 'lifetime' warranty (read the fine print on that one). They carefully blur the line between the manufacturer's warranty and their in-house 'lifetime' warranty. Be very careful and ask pointed questions or you will end up paying big bucks for things that are not billable under the manufacturer's warranty. The last time I was in for warranty service, week of 9/2/2016, I dropped it off at about 2PM. I called them about 6:30 PM to see if it was done. The cashier told me that Service was closed. She made it clear that no one was there who could help me. She obviously wanted me to hang up and go away. I persisted and eventually she found someone who pulled my records and told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. He was polite and helpful. He told me one tire had a nail puncture and could be repaired and another tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be repaired. The new tire would cost $180. The next day I picked up the vehicle (it was drive-able, no flat tires yet) before Beechmont Toyota opened. It was **unlocked** on their back lot. It sat out all night with all the doors unlocked. I took it across the street to Tire Discounters. where they repaired the nail puncture and diagnosed the 'ruined' tire as a corrosion problem with the bead, which they also repaired. The entire bill for both repairs was $57 with tax. I then went back to Beechmont Toyota to get the key they still held. I asked the service rep why no one had called me the previously day. She showed me an annotation on my service record that she had called twice the previous day. The phone number she called was my wife's cell phone: that phone had no record of any incoming calls from Beechmont Toyota and no voice mail messages. My wife showed the rep her phone. I went here interested in leasing a 2013 Rav 4. The salesman was a "know it all" of course, and after the test drive I said that I was debating between leasing with intent to purchase at the end of the lease, and purchasing out right, depending on what the monthly payment would be. Well. I never received a number for leasing, because, according to them, I would be better off purchasing.(of course). They are very pushy about making their sale. First he comes back with "0" down at 475 a month. I said "no". Next it was "0" down at 410 a month. I still said "no". Then he comes back with "0" down at 350 a month....so the price has dropped by 125 per month???? Do I really look that dumb? Is it because I am female and came in by myself? I said I would think about it. He said that they would contact the bank and call me later in the week....that was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back. I would not come back here or ever recommend anyone else going there. They can find some fool to buy that vehicle for 475 a month, but that fool won't be me! read more

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Beechmont Toyota and there was no follow through after the sale. Not even a courtesy call from the sales rep to see if everything was OK. I was sold on how great their service department is and it's been very disappointing. It's extremely difficult to get a service appointment less than 10 days out. When you do go in for service, it's slow. 2-3 hour wait for routine scheduled maintenance. I would not buy from Beechmont Toyota again. read more

While I am partially pleased with the vehicle I purchased, the process of purchasing the vehicle and ultimately buying the vehicle, I can't help but be quite disappointed in the fact that I haven't even been driving the vehicle for 3 weeks and already have to have it in the shop to have the alternator replaced. If you ran a complete inspection on the vehicle and ran diagnostics, there's no way you can tell me that you weren't aware that there was a problem with it. So "meeting the standards" doesn't include replacing an $200 part before selling the vehicle. Small price to pay to keep the "excellence" in your standards. read more

we have 2013 rav4,it has transmition failure,only 76,000 miles,it is a shudder,shake,vibration ,doing torque converter flex lock up,at 25 to 50 , slow speed,this is happening to so many rav4 that they are extending the warrenty,but they will only put in a new torque converter,so transmition is on you they said.so they want 6,000.00 to fix your transmition that the bad converter caused to fail.this is the only toyota we bought and we will never buy a toyota ever again. Beechmont Toyota Service Department is the worst. 1) Online appointment program apparently does not record text added to a service request. They balked at the written request to have the stuck sun shade put in the down position. This was requested in the online appointment. They finally agreed to do it and it stayed in the down position for one day. It is now stuck once again in the up position. 2) Part of the service was to check the brakes. There is nothing on the service record to indicate this was done. 3) The blind spot monitor was turned off and the mileage for current gas tank level display was changed. 4) "Service Advisor" was a new employee who could not answer questions - not her fault if you don't train your employees before having them work with customers. She consulted ""Gary" about fixing the sun shade and he definitely needs an attitude adjustment. It was not my fault your appointment program does not record all parts of the customer's service request. He did not need to give a lengthy and defensive explanation about issues with the appointment program. All in all, it was a most unpleasant experience and I will not return. I have no confidence in the quality of work and your customer service is non-existent. read more

When Beechmont rebuilt the dealership building, the customer service was first class. But, it eroded quickly. Three separate visits, I waited for the valet to bring my car around, but the rep hadn't given him my keys. He forgot. The third time, I went in and tried to get his attention. He'd look up but would not engage. He was looking at his computer. Another rep helped me. I decided to buy my next car at another dealer. I get it serviced at Beechmont, but I leave it overnight so I don't have to deal with them. There's no other Toyota dealer convenient to us. read more

If you are thinking about servicing your car at Beechmont Toyota, don't. I've never been treated so badly before. They promised a phone estimate before the work would be completed. Failed! They completed items I told them not to and charged me for it. They defaced part of my car saying it was necessary for a recall after I had told them the recall was addressed 4 years prior. And to top it all off, other recall items which were supposed to be completed were not. I have now sold my Toyota and bought a different brand. Good riddance Toyota!!! read more

I bought a very nice used car from them and was not told until I was ready to drive off the lot that there was only one key. After I got home, I discovered there was no manual or service record. I called back immediately and the salesman said he would check the next day with the used car manager. I had to call back two days later and was told they couldn't "find" it. I asked them to check with the previous owner. In the mean time I dished out $130 for an extra key, $100 for a manual and $150 for floor mats. I went into the dealer and asked to be reimbursed. They refused. I own two toyotas and will buy another but certainly not from Beechmont Toyota. read more

The service department is terrible. At best they are rude and not helpful and at worst incompetent. Last Aug. we had our window trim on a 2012 Highlander repaired under warranty. It is in the same condition now so I stopped in today just to show them the problem but I must have an appointment for a service tech. to look at it, even though it is obvious what the problem is. I have to drop the car off again for an entire day for them to assess it & decide if they will fix it and then drop it off again after they order the part. They did not fix it right the first time and were rude back then. Now I must wast so much time and hassle without my car for 2 days again and not even an apology. I called to find out how much it would cost to have work done on my pick up truck and I told the receptionist that I would wait on hold for someone to come available. After 40 minutes of holding I finally got fed up and hung up and called back. When I asked why it would take so long to pick up the phone ask question, she responded that they were short staffed and very busy. So she offered to take a message which I left in detail of the type of vehicle I have and the work I need done. She said she would have them call me back with a quote. When the gentleman called back according to him he had no information about me other than my phone number and said I requested a call back even though she repeated back to me the things I was saying to her. How can I trust that they would do honest work on my vehicle when I can't trust them over the phone? I know the level of detail she wrote down. He was very rude and from his tone didn't care whether he had my business. read more

I've been going to the service department since I got the car in 2008. I felt obligated to keep going, but after my last experience I will not be returning. I took my car for routine service and as soon as I got out of the car they were trying to sell me something. I politely declined and went to wait in the waiting room. After approximately 15 minutes a man came and called my name. I assumed there was something wrong with the car. Then he was trying to sell me a new car and tried to convince me that my car was old and they had good interest rates. Ummm. I just came to change the oil in my car. He cornered me and made me really uncomfortable. Since my car was getting serviced, I was stuck with the salesman. If I knew I would have been harassed while waiting, I would have gone elsewhere to wait. This approach left such a bad taste in my mouth that I am searching for a new service/repair place. Tacky and inappropriate. I bought a Toyota because it was a good car, but this dealership has gone from mediocre to bad. read more

This is by far the best Toyota dealership between dry ridge & Kerry Toyota in Florence. I prefer to drive from ky to ohio just for the outstanding service I have received from this dealership. Chris is my go to guy and even after years of not even being in sales anymore I know I can call him and he will be happy to help me with any and all questions. I regret to say I leased my next Toyota from dry ridge and even though I love my car I wish I would have waited and dealt with beechmont. I am really surprised to see the negative comments on service department as I normally don't make an appointment and my car is ready to go in a timely manner and the service department team is awesome from the time I turn my keys over till I get my keys back. Cant say that about dry ridge first impressions are everything and the female from dry ridge doesn't have a clue on good customer service. Very long story short - bought my first-ever Certified car here, will be the last. Supposed to have 50% of brake life when you buy it, right. Brought car in 2000 miles after purchase for 1st oil change, mechanic's checklist notes brakes are practically needing replaced (in the "red zone" on their diagram). CSR notices & sends me away to talk with her boss. When they bring me back, there's a new mechanic's checklist noting brakes are at 50% like they should be. Five thousand miles later I take the car to my own mechanic and - Surprise - brakes and rotors are shot! Take car back to Beechmont, mechanic & CSR both agree - brakes & rotors are shot. Manager needed to authorize repair at my mechanic isn't there on Saturday, CSR promises to call me Monday morning & include me in a conference call w/Manager. By Tuesday afternoon I've left 4 messages, finally call Toyota Customer Service Line where someone calls the dealer & makes it an official complaint. Manager finally calls & says "many things" go into brakes wearing out. Denies there was ever a mechanic checklist indicating they were nearly shot, ignores common sense that half of brake life isn't used up in 7,000 miles. Again, very long & insulting story short - cost me $182 to get brakes repaired when the car should have just had new ones before I bought it if they were already that bad. So - don't be a sucker. Keep your phone handy & take pictures of everything. If I only had a picture of the first checklist, I'd be $182 richer. Needless to say - never going back. read more

In fully half of my scheduled maintenances the technicians have cut corners and not done things they were supposed to do, such as check windshield wiper levels, put in the proper amount of air in my tires (even when I asked specifically to put the manufacturer's recommended level in and told them what it was). Often they neglect to turn off the "maintenance required" light in the car after performing maintenance and don't give me the itemized list I ask for of what they do. THAT is because they DON'T do everything you pay for ... they do as little as possible to get you in and out. Occasionally I have had a good experience but often the service specialists act unhappy and rude. They have made mistakes on my invoices in which I have had to argue with them to get it correct. I hate this dealership. The new waiting lobby is nice, though. If I didn't have an extended warranty which requires I get my service here I WOULD NOT. Ron Behymer, the general manager of Beechmont Toyota is the reason I will be returning for future service and car purchases. I bought my 3rd car from Beechmont Toyota over the weekend. My car salesman was Brad, whom I would not recommend to anyone, EVER!!! The day after the purchase some MAJOR discrepancies in the paperwork were brought to my attention. I waited until Monday to discuss my concerns with Ron Behymer, as he is not in on the weekends. We discussed our concerns and came to reasonable compromise regarding the major discrepancies in our paperwork. After that he stayed with my husband and I for almost 5 hours on Monday just to be sure that we were happy with our purchase when we walked out that evening. He is calm, compassionate, friendly and accommodating. I see why he is the GM. My relationship with Beechmont Toyota goes back many years. As I said, I have purchased 3 cars from them. I want to be clear that I have never had this kind of issue before with them and no one there has ever given me a reason to question their integrity. But, as we all know, there's one in every crowd. I would highly recommend Chris. He stayed with us on Monday and helped us with our purchase. I would also recommend Kyle, who has helped us with previous car purchases and has been up front and honest each time. Beechmont Toyota has a great reputation for a reason and I believe that reason is Ron Behymer. He sets a great example for all of his employees to follow, and as they say "it starts at the top". I have never had a good experience at Beechmont Toyota (see Bob L.'s review). Same experience. I was there this morning for an "appointment" at 8am after waiting months for them to get my air bag recall parts in. I had to constantly call them to see if the parts were in and get an appointment. I only went to Beechmont Toyota because it is close to where I live. How stupid I was to think that this time would be any different. I checked in at 5 minutes to 8. Was told they would get me in as soon as possible. After "patiently" waiting for 2 HOURS, I asked them to check on my car. I was told it would be another hour. It had not even been brought into the shop yet! Then . . . THEN . . . when I pushed the issue, I saw all the technicians "going to lunch!" That's why I would have to wait another hour?!!!!! Totally unacceptable! My time is important and so is the job I have to support myself! Only when I pushed the issue did they bring my car into the shop. By then I was livid! I pulled my car out of their shop and went on my way. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN FOR ANYHING and I suggest that no one else does either. read more
