Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this place. I ordered a dinner. The menu clearly stated it came with a salad and choice of 1 side. When I ordered the baked potato for my side I was told there would be an up charge. I asked how that was possible since the menu clearly stated the meal came with 1 side. The waitress not manager could give any explanation other than corporate makes the menu and determines the pricing. I asked for the number for corporate and the manager I was speaking with told me she didn't have that number and would have to wait to get it from another manager. read more

Wait staff was complaining in the background about having to babysit adults and generally complaining about what they hated about waitin on people. I ordered soup and half a sandwich the soup was spilt in the plate and made the sandwich soggy. No offer to replace the bread after showing the wait person the plate. My husbands chicken tenders were mostly breading. My sandwich tasted ok except for the soggy bread. read more

Pictures on menu are very misleading and do not match what you acutely get. Yesterday I got an order of a Whole Lotta Steak Nachos to go. Well when I opened the box what I got was a Whole Lotta Nachos,tomatoes and about 10 or 15 small Bits of steak. I called and ask if the manager could please call me back and no call. I sent a Email to the corp. office and nothing. I was going to take it back in today and show the manager but it was lunch time and I have a little more class then that. They are very skimpy about giving you what you pay for and the way it looks the business or corp. office could care less. read more

Stopped here while in area as we didn't want drive through type food. Walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly young waiter. After being seated we were approached within seconds by the waitress/bartender who took our orders. A third waitress also assisted the others. As you can tell service was exceptional! This place was busy too! Tables full of locals and tourists enjoying a late lunch. There were also two long tables with large groups. Yet everyone was being served without incident. Beverages. I had a diet soda. He had some type of 'Rita and it was yummy as I took a sip. Food: burgers were yummy. Mine had provolone, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoe etc., cooked med. His was devoured in seconds so other then seeing some bacon peeking out I can't say much...., served with fries on mine. Onion rings on his.... Out the door and on the road again in half an hour. One of the very few sit down restaurants on 27 on our way home. My kids and fiancee and I all hated the food. The corned beef was rubbery, the boneless wings were dry, salty, and more breading than chicken. Better nuggets could be found at McDonald's. My daughter, the vegan, ordered a salad (one of two options on the menu she could eat) with no cheese and what did she find three bits in? Cheese. 45 dollars for a stomach ache. Would rather we'd have just skipped dinner and eaten gas station snacks. read more

I decided to try this place out and it impressed me. Went with my son he liked his burger and curly fries. It was taco Tuesday, so I decided to order the meal deal. It brought 2 fish tacos with a delicious sauce over them. The fish was fried cod it also brought tortilla chips and salsa in the basket all for $5.65. Then I ordered the hot roast beef on rye bread with a side of rice. It came out perfect and delicious. The place is really clean and the service was superb. I will be back when I'm in the area. For the travelers reading this review and you are hungry I recommend this place. I drive through clewiston at least twice a month. I can't believe I never stopped in. read more

I eat here three or four times a week and normally have great service but this time on 1/31/2016 we came in and sit there for fifteen to twenty minutes with the staff sitting around talking and eating one poor guy was working hard doing his job while the rest where in there own world needless to say we got up and walked out. Not sure if there was a supervisor on duty if not they sure need one. read more

Came in from out of town and wanted a seat to watch a football game... very friendly staff and good food.

Went in during the week after lunch rush. Our Boom Boom shrimp appetizer was generic - not delicious as it had been when visiting last Fall. It tasted like it had been frozen and then heated up. The breaking was almost rock-hard. The bar tender was very friendly and fairly efficient. I ordered wings and requested they be almost charred (I like them very crispy). Husband ordered fajitas. My wings weren't crispy at all and half were not warm. Were they just a re-heat? My husband enjoyed his fajitas. I don't think the manager was there because at least 4 employees were sitting at a table yelling and all playing loud videos from their phones (like everyone else WANTED to hear it? No, they just didn't care). And guess what, curse like a sailor all you want, but it's rude for employees to yell and scream curse words within earshot of paying customers. This went on in the dining room and easily heard from the kitchen. Bathroom was relatively clean. Dining area was clean. Believe it or not we enjoy going there so maybe this was just an 'off' day. Was seeking breakfast somewhere in this one-horse town where options are very limited. Since so many restaurants in this depressed area appear to be defunct, called to ensure they were open. Upon arrival imagine the surprise to see a clean, neat, attractive restaurant versus the shacks alongside of the roads with falling -down roofs and half gravel parking lots. The breakfast menu was a bit pricey. Ended up choosing from the "mini-breakfast"; more mediocre in price and how much breakfast does one need anyway?? The French toast was eggy and not cooked through as much as hubby would have liked. The bacon side dish was cooked "well" as requested. My mean with one egg over medium, grits, and bacon, was cooked exactly as requested. No coffees. Tab came to $12 and change. Eh, not quite worth that, but again, options very limited other than fast food. Service was great, also a pleasant surprise in this town. None of the "hold on a minute" "laid back" Southern attitude going on. Credit cards accepted. Located in a strip mall. It wasn't until after we left and were in the car that hubby informed me this is a chain restaurant. Makes sense as I reviewed their dinner menu, prices compared to Applbbbbbbeeessss. Most of these aren't open for breakfast but this management must realize the opportunity here. Would I go back? Yes...... If I was craving breakfast badly enough! Wow! I've seen these all over Florida and since it was the last night with the in laws at the RV park we decided not to cook. Normally I concur with the reviewers on this site... but close to 4 stars for this place! Not even close! I know that we are in Clewiston and so really what choices are there really? It was between this place and the Dixie Fried Chicken. I wasn't feeling greasy so here we came... big mistake! This place is so dirty and unclean. I got the Santa Fe chicken... mostly iceberg lettuce... iceberg... who does iceberg lettuce these days? My son had the chicken tenders and they looked more like fossilized dinosaur scat! Even at age 4 he realized it looked "yucky" and I didn't make him eat it. I also had the chicken soup and it seemed taken straight out of the can to my bowl. No Thank you. My in laws wanted you all to know they had the the ribs and the Cuban sandwich and it was "excellent" but since I am reviewing I am the one giving stars. I won't come here again. My husband and I frequent the Beef of Brady in Clewiston Fl for breakfast once a month after church. This particular Sunday in addition to our usual order, I asked for a side of corn beef hash(first time ever). To my dismay it came out burnt/over cooked. I proceeded to remove the top layer of the corn beef in an attempt to taste the corn beef from the inside out but was presented with another problem it tasted crispy and charred. I asked the waitress to remove the corn beef from our bill. The manager came over to inform me that he saw the corn beef before it was brought to me and that I had eaten most of the corn beef. Thank God I had just came from church, because this situation probably would have had a different outcome. I informed the Manager that I had not eaten most of the corn beef but did attempt unsuccessfully to eat what was underneath the burnt corn beef. He insisted that I had eaten the corn beef and I insisted that I had not. Needless to say, I paid for the entire meal including the corn beef and still gave the waitress a tip. My husband and I will never eat from Beef of Brady in Clewiston again and I encourage you not to eat there as well. read more

I don't even know where to start, we have been here before quite a while ago and it was good. On this visit it was absolutely horrible, the food was so bad the pretzel rolls were so hard you could have used them as a hockey puck, the curly fries were greasy and luke warm. It is a shame we have eaten at several Beef O Bradys in the past and this one does not measure up. The rest rooms were dirty and it appeared that the servers were more interested in their phones and not cleaning up. Needless to say this will be our last visit to this one which is unfortunate there are just such few places to sit down and eat on 27. We should have gone back to Sonny's. read more

This is the worst "sport bar/ pub" I've ever had the displeasure dining at. I went there for a burger, a beer, and to watch the World Series... Simple right? Nope! First of all why is Fox News on every channel? Who in the hell cares about the news when the World Series is on! I had to ask for the biggest baseball game of the year to be turned on, and about 10 minutes after asking they put it on there huge 28 inch flat screen. I asked to see a drink menu, yeah they don't have one. So enjoy a watered down bud light to wash down your dry, tasteless burger. I stayed for about 30 minutes and would never go back there again. read more
