This location is close to home so it's convenient that I don't have to go far. However, the speed of the kitchen is very off putting. My family of three came in on a slow Friday night and it took over an hour to receive our food. The waitress was sweet and kind, but didn't check in often. The inside of the restaurant was updated and cared for. The menu was a little sticky and definitely could be better wiped down. This is a family restaurant so be sure to expect to see and hear the kids in the restaurant the whole time you're there. They have plenty of televisions around the restaurant that anyone can enjoy something on. The food itself was good! Portions were good, and I enjoyed the selection of the 10 meals for $10. Not a crumb of salt or a drop of vinegar flavoring. They sent me plain, flavorless wings that were way over cooked for extra bonus. I ordered a Manhattan before dinner. It was the worst Manhattan I have ever had. Definitely was watered down. A Manhattan is bourbon and vermouth, so 100$ alchohol. A little disappointing. The artichoke dip - while tasted okay - was microwaved in a styrofoam container. You could tell because the container was melted a little in a spot. Chips were good. Salsa was from a jar, but also good. Boom boom shrimp were okay - although the breading just basically fell right off. Served on a bed of shredded lettuce, which seemed strange and made me have to dig for shrimp. He ordered the garlic steak sandwich...which the cook messed up and didn't put on the Cuban garlic bread. I ate at the restaurant yesterday, July 31st, 2023. Ordered boneless bourbon wings, which is one of their new sauces. And it was delicious. Loved it so much that my husband and I planned a date night tonight and order the same wings I got yesterday. Now the bourbon wing sauce is very low on the scale for heat which is really all I can eat due to a disease I have. I cannot handle super spicy anything. Which is why I loved them so much. Twice, they gave us the wrong sauce on the wings. The first time, they said they served us siracha honey. So my husband drove back and switched them out and the second time he came back with the same exact wings it looked like. So, I called and just asked for a refund because at that point I was just so pissed off. The manager had the audacity to sit there and act as if I was either lying or in the wrong. It is not my fault your kitchen staff cannot replicate a wing sauce two days in a row. Also said he watched them toss the wings in the sauce and showed my husband the bottle of the sauce which was darker than what was on the wings in the box they gave us mind you....That would be your employees fault. Shame on restaurants these days and how incompetent people are. He also has the audacity to tell me I ate Jamaican jerk wings yesterday...because we took a picture of the left over wing I had from last nights dinner, next to the bs they gave us today to show how even the color of the sauce was different. I can't say enough how amazing this location is! We are here for an out of town sports tournament. When our games were delayed due to rain we needed somewhere to go for our players and all the families to eat and wait! We called before they opened at 10:30am on a Thursday to let them know a party of 39 was en route. The employee I spoke to on the phone, Rob, immediately said no problem and welcomed us without issue! When we got there, they had prepared a section for our large crew. We had exceptional service, amazing food, great timing and lots of positivity from the staff. The restaurant filled up with their regular lunch service while we were there and the servers, Danielle, Krysti and Brandi, never skipped a beat! The kitchen staff did a phenomenal job pushing out all the food and our drinks stayed full the entire time. I went to eat with my husband here for the first time and I gotta tell you that for a Saturday night it wasn't full which i thought was great no waiting long. When the food came out it smelled delicious and was still sizzling I ate one of my shrimps and it was so salty I had to spit it out, I made a taco out of the chicken and the beef and just added lots of lettuce, cheese and sour cream to try to mask that salty taste but no I couldn't it was salty as well. I was attending a meeting. and apparently the meeting room was booked for a group that was coming in directly after us. However we were not informed by our waitress, this led to our meeting being interrupted by a very hostile customer who was the one that had booked the room. I feel as though better management skills could've been utilized and I will not be back because of this unprofessional behavior. Since the remodeling this place has improved remarkably. Today our waitress was Kaitlyn H. She was friendly, polite and professional. I have eaten here several times in the past, but will not return. I was recently diagnosed with a food allergy. When trying to discuss it with the waitress, she obviously was not paying attention. She brought me a dish that was what I am allergic to. When I told her that I didn't order it, she argued with me. She finally took it back. The second thing she brought me had the same problem. My wife and I frequent this restaurant quite often. We like the food, staff and the atmosphere. It is a sports bar but is not like any other we have ever been to.
