Moved back to NE OH from Oviedo and just tried our closest Beefs. Oh gosh, nothing like our Oviedo Beefs. I begged my husband to take me tonight as I have been hankering for the cheeseburger wrap and what a disappointment it was! I'm an oldtimer and I live 30 mins away from this Beefs and travel there 3 or 4 times weekly because I really enjoy the ambiance. The girls who work there as well as the owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. If you want to watch a specific game, they'll find it and put it on any screen you want ( they have about 25 TVs) The bar customers are really socially graceful and it's easy to engage in friendly conversation. It's one of the best bars I've ever been to ( if not THE best). Some of the negative reviews here are most probably from competitors who are trying to unfairly trash the place. I came here with friends and family and my small nephew brought a bag of Mcdonalds in the restaurant. The manager burst in and starting yelling not to bring outside food. He was very rude and obnoxious. The food was just ok but the attitude of the manager ruined any good experience eating here. Will never eat here again. read more

This is a cute local family place in east Oviedo. The service has always been good to me, and while the food is average, the prices are great and nothing can beat the little video game area where the kids can play and stay out of your hair while Mom & Dad have time to chat. read more

i am so happy to see this place still giving us our friendly service we come to love, my family and I enjoy going here after the high school games. The host are always nice, the tables kept clean, the food is always good. Be sure to get there in enough time however, as the weekends here can get very crowded and busy especially as the little league teams and cheerleaders gather here after many of functions. This is a great place to meet other parents with same interest and to just have a drink. the prices are amazingly affordable and you can also order in advance and pick up. Food is subpar, nothing special. Salad is like the bag lettuce at the grocery store, the fries must be frozen out of a bag. Way too expensive too for the quality and quantity of food. Servers act like they are doing you a favor by letting you sit at their tables. Talk about attitudes. I am shocked this place is still in business. read more

We are frequent customers of Beef's Oviedo. We were there for dinner this week and I accidently left my wallet on the table. Not acknowledging this until the next morning I was in a panic mode to say the least. All my credit card, ID, everything was in there. I called the restaurant around 11am and Amanda answered. I asked her immediately if they had found my wallet, and she describe it to a tee. I am assuming my server turned it in, Jamie and everything was still in tack. What a great feeling of honesty and integrity. I don't feel that this would have been the case anywhere else. Very warm and caring staff as well as ownership. Never again. The server was completely incompetent. We came in and the server took our drink order, took about 10 minutes for her to bring us drinks and even though we were ready to order, she said she would be right back. About 5 later she minutes later she came by and said she would be right back, they just seated a table in her section. She came back about 5 minutes later and said she needed to cash out another table. Roughly 5 minutes later she came to take our order. Our appetizers came out about 25 minutes later, top was warm, bottom was cold. So, it sat in a warming window for a while. Dinner came out 2 minutes later. After cups being empty for about 10 minutes I flagged down the server. She got my wife's soda, and went said she would be right back with my beer. 10 minutes later she told my the keg was out and would I like something else, I said yes. She put on the order and watched the bartender take the half filled beer from the old keg and top off the glass with the new beer. The manager stopped by all the other tables with the exception of ours, knowing that there were problems. It wouldn't make much of a difference complaining to the manager, our complaint would not fix this places ills. The only thing that might fix it is people reading this review and not going there. DO NOT come here if you have any allergies or food issues. Corporate website showed a good breakdown of nutritional info, BUT it was worthless. Management and kitchen was clueless and followed no safety practices to even partially provide for a safe meal. They had no comprehension of how to not cross-contaminate types of foods that they declared not containing allergens that are life threatening to some of us. read more

Place is unreal. My brother in law and I went there for a football game. Got a seat in front of the game we wanted and they have not your fathers root beer. Great place if you love football. They have each tv marked with the current game and the game that'll be on later. read more

Went in for the Monday Hamburger night. Ordered my burger, let's face it, they're not thick burgers. Asked for it to be cooked well-done, it wasn't, sent it back and my burger was microwaved to get more cooked. Don't cook the fries, just put my burger in the microwave and off it went. The waitress (TaraR) stated the cook put my burger on the grill. This waitress wanted to argue with me and I just stated everything was OK. This wait staff person was pretty much a smart a**. Normally come in with friends 4-5 times a week, not anymore. I relocated from another state and this really stunk! The manager should have made an attempt to speak with me but NO. At other restaurants, the manager brings your food to your table when there was a problem. Yes, I could have asked to speak with a manager, but I prefer to speak with someone who has more than a grade-school education. Sorry for the people who think this place is great, it wasn't a great first impression. read more
