Food and atmosphere is great. The service is always great when you go there. Quick and friendly.

We stopped here for an after the holiday dinner. The is place has specials almost every evening, and on Friday it is a fish and chips specials for under $12.00. When you walk in, you need to scan the entire restaurant to find a cleaned empty table or booth and go to it and sit down before someone else comes in and gets it first. There may be so dirty paces with dishes on the table, but you must wait for a server to clean it up and hope another sits there and moves the dirty dishes to another table and jump your place in line. Well, we were lucky, and there were two tables open and we got there and sat down. Angie rushed by us and acknowledged our presence and said she would be right back. She dropped off menus and while running to the kitchen to enter another order and when she returned, we ordered drinks and our meals and waited patiently for our food while sipping our delivered drinks. It was not too long to get our food, even though the place was quite full. The fish and chips that we both ordered was three cod fillets with fries and coleslaw. The fish was a bit oily, showing that the oil was not quite hot enough to get it fully cooked and not greasy. The taste was good, but could have been a notch or two better. I suspect getting there earlier to insure hot oil cooking would be better. read more

Our server Kailey B was excellant! My wings were amazing and so was the fries. Very hot and very good. The fish & chips that my husband had was good. The fish was just ok but so very nice & hot. His fries were great & the slaw was good also. Did mention Kailey was excellant? This place gets a bad rap on server & food here locally on social media but Everytime we've gone it's been very good. They have different specials for each day of the week. So good & clean The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was the just ok fish. read more

Eat there many time the food is not spectacular. Service is slow staff is short and if they really wanted to speed things up. Bring the check with the food. It would save time and customer would have to wait for the check. One thing that really marks down the service is waiting for the check. read more

Ended up going for a quick bite as it's close to our new home and have driven by it several times going to Publix and usually seems busy. I was tempted by the wing Wednesday special and should have ordered that but decided to try a toasted Italian sub which was just ok .it was kinda overpriced for what it was . I should have got a Publix sub instead and taken it home. The wife got a mashed potato tender bowl with gravy and corn also nothing special similar to a kfc bowl. The beer was cold being the best part. You could tell the place was very busy prior to our arrival as there were multiple empty tables filled with the leftovers .probably half of the place was dirty empty tables and floor was filthy. The three wait staff were busy tending to customers so not their fault. It looked as though they had been swamped but not a very appetizing scene . I would rather spend a couple extra bucks at a nicer place than return here.Our waiter was good. To top it off as we exited the front door there was a rat not mouse in the mulch by the side walk. The rat isn't a dig on the place as it was outside just part of my experience. read more

I ordered the fish tacos 12/19/25. I couldn't bite thru the piece of fish the chef put in the taco. Lost my appetite immediately. I let my Dad finish his burger. Didn't want to throw my tacos back at the waitress. We left and will never go back. Dogshit. read more

I realize it was "Wing Wednesday" but so should the management. Needed more help. Had to wait for a table because servers also had to bus the tables. The wings came out a bit over cooked and barely any sauce on them. The server did a good job considering how crazy busy it was. But we won't be back to this location. read more

The Beef O'Bradys at Mulberry is awesome. We go there every Monday to play Trivia. Thad with Rocket Entertainment Trivia does a great job. The food is always hot and fresh. Terrible food and terrible wait staff. I had the worst piece of rubber chicken Ive ever had in my life. It may have been opossum meat because there's no way that was actual chicken. The waitress was fine to us but very rude to other customers and making fun of them when she walked away. Half the tables were weirdly blocked off to keep people from spreading out. Another horrible restaurant retail disaster in the villages, where some idiot bartender with hair of 3 different colors does not know the first thing about service, especially serving people in a nearly empty bar when they have been waiting over 5 minutes trying to get someone to serve them. Meh With a name like Beef O'Brady's, I guess I was expecting more of a steak house. To me, it was more Sports Bar meets Applebee's. I had the blackened chicken this last visit. We did a carry out tonight and both ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and molten hot cake. When we got the food home it was still hot and very tasty. The French fries were a littlevto salty. At BOB for the first time. I am with my daughter who is extremely allergic to wheat. Looked at the menu before we came to see what GF items she could choose from. There were plenty, only to find out that NONE of them are prepared separately than non-GF items. All GF items are made in the same pans, fryers, grill, etc. This happens from time to time so we always come prepared with a GF meal prepared at home. Here's the kicker, after calling them out of how they prepare their "GF" items, the manager, who also was our server, informed us that no outside food can be consumed here. WTF??? You can't properly prepare GF food and punish those who are prepared for your incompetence. Won't return EVER! BTW our food was OK at best. read more

Went here for a late lunch with friends on a Thursday. I ordered the special fajitas. When I got my order it was so skimpy I could see most of the bottom of the plate. I told the server about how skimpy it was and there was hardly any peppers. He looked at my dish and said I count at least 4 or five pieces. Really! Then said that's the way they make it. Never offered to make it over or give me something else. He was abrupt and rude. He treated the other people in our party similarly. I will never return and will warn all my friends to stay away. The reason I give it 3 stars is for putting the silverware in the food coming out of the kitchen, not a good decision!!! Please roll silverware and give to the guest. I like to inspect my silverware to make sure it is actually clean. I have no idea when it is stuffed under prepared food. Were there problems with our visit? Let me count the ways. First, I ordered a 2/1 beer. My wife and I were going to split that with one each. The server brought 1 large beer saying it was a double. I told him what we were doing and he said he couldn't do that. I asked to see the manager. She asked how she could make me happy and I explained the situation and she said that we would have to sit at the bar to get the beer in small glasses. I told her it would be nice to know that in advance. She said she would talk to our server. Second, I ordered a steak medium. It was very rare and very tough. Third, my wife had broccoli with her dinner that was room temperature. We have lived less than a mile from this restaurant for five years. Until tonight we have never been there. We came tonight only because they sent out ads advertising some of their specials. They can send out all of the specials in the world, but if they treat others the way we were treated they are going to be in trouble because customer service is more important than ads. 2:10pm at 5:39 - Friday. Always loved this place and hadn't been here for awhile. Wait staff and cooks were excellent! Food is now just mediocre. My big catch salad used to be beautiful with mushrooms, black olives and full of great vegetables. Now it's lettuce with a piece of fish. Fish was great though. And my husband's Cuban didn't have near the meat it used to - say about half. Disappointed in what it used to be but overall not a bad experience. We went there last night after golf and it was terrible! The waitress didn't know the difference between a dark and light beer and my husband's Philly steak, which was their special that night, arrived after we had almost finished our meals! I had the gooiest boom boom shrimp served next to plain lettuce. Disgusting. Finally, the chicken wings were undercooked and wet. The waitress was good enough to take it off the bill. As I continue my food adventure in and around The Villages, it was time to try Beef O Brady's per the recommendation of my parents. This place reminds me of several places and seems a bit like it is trying to find itself in the food business. Is it a sports bar? Could be with all the TVs.....is it an eatery? Could be with the large menu and daily specials. Is it a neighborhood bar? Could be due to the friendly staff. Either way, it is fine if you want your menu selection to be mainly fried or fatty food as they dominate the menu. But I mean when you are in the sunset years of your life who cares about clogged arteries. As with all places around here...there is a happy hour (yeah...) which is either really cheap priced beer or 2 for 1. For this particular visit I wanted to watch a college football game. The staff was VERY young and did a good job taking my order and keeping my glass full though I think I could have done without the banter of how drunk some of them got the previous weekend. I ate a salad with chicken on it and was satisfied as well as didn't feel as if I had to visit a doctor due to fat or salt intake anytime in the near future. Not the Best: Ordered the Street Taco's. Was given two taco's with a scant portion of chopped up hamburger cold with zero seasoning covered with blue cheese, a bit of lettuce & chopped tomato underneath. Showed the server & told him cold, he said I can have it reheated, really your going to reheat lettuce, chopped tomato & the blue cheese. I said look like they chopped up a bit of fried burger & server said that's the way we do it. Also asked if there was dairy in the honey mustard salad dressing, server said 80% sure No, we said can you check, 3 of the person's being served are lactose intolerant, he did go back & ask & it did have dairy. Server never refilled soda or tea. This was a place of choice, not anymore. read more

Just opened my take out order of chicken wings. I asked for 10 wings with sauce on the side and crispy. What I received was 10 wings burned and hard as a rock . It appears they just let them sit in the oil and fry to death. The meat could not be pulled from the bone. It just crumbled and fell to the plate. One disgusting meal, won't be back again. Manager should be ashamed. Cook should be fired but it won't happen. read more

The only reason I liked this place is because my server bought me a round and was very polite. (It might have been because my food took forever) but I thought she was very professional. As for the atmosphere-The table was broken and wobbled all over the place, the bathroom was dirty, and he overall staff just seemed under-experienced and overwhelmed. Why would a sports bar not have NFL ticket? I've seen about 30 people walk in and then turn around, because their game is not on. The staff is very pleasant and the food is good pub chow. Shame they don't have anyone to serve. read more

On arrival there was one couple ahead of us, who were seated shortly after we walked in. The hostess came up and said there would be a 10 minute wait, even though there were 3 empty and clean tables. She said that was how the waitress want it done. I asked to see the manager, who said it was a corporate policy so as to avoid overwhelming the staff and having us hAve to wait at the table for service. Went to Beef 'o 'Brady's after golf Saturday at 18:30 with some friends. Waited 10 minutes to get seated, no problem. Nice cold drafts were good. Every one was in the mood for burgers so we ordered a variety. Kitchen was backed up so it took awhile to come out, no problem. Here's the problem, ALL the 4 burgers and fries came out barely warm. Didn't want to complain because you know what happens to your food then. Serving semi warm food is a HUGE health risk. If the board of health ever put a thermometer in our food the place would be shut down immediately. Unacceptable people. Will never return, serving cool burgers is risky business. read more
