Where to begin..... So I don't live in Lynnwood and I'm in the area for business needed a coffee on a Saturday morning about 7:30 AM. I was going to work and I saw the espresso shop. It had a big pink neon sign glowing on the window that said open. I drove into the parking lot and all of the windows to the drive-through espresso shop were blacked out. They appeared to have some sort of black plastic placed on all the windows, but could see the glow of colored neon lights come throught the cracks in the plastic. I thought this was strange and drove around to the window, expecting that they would not be open, boy was mistaken. The window had a sign on it that said knock on window if nobody opens the window when you drive up. OK, it was a relatively large window and not the typical window that you would see in an espresso shop, much lower to the ground almost as big as a sliding glass patio door. I opened my car door and got out and went to knock. As I was parked a little too far away to knock. As i reached out to knock the window slid open. A scantly clad barista dressed in a G string and a little tiny bikini top was standing a couple feet from me. Wow!!! I looked around to see if there was a pot of gold, and if I was at the end of the rainbow, as it recently rained being Seattle and all. The young barista said hello my name is Chastity, what can I do for you? I asked if this was a coffee shop she said yes I can make you a coffee is that ALL you would like? Oh my gosh I looked around. This is gotta be some sort of set up. Where is the hidden camera? I must be on MTV punked. The last time a young women like this was this nice to me candy bars cost nickle. My only thoughts were, this is gotta be the local police Department doing a prostitution sting or Chastity is actually a dude. Either way I figured any coffee Chasity made for me was going to cost me way too much one way or another. I left drove a block down the street and bought myself a boring Starbucks coffee. read more

Chicks coffee chicks. Not quite ladybugs... but chicks and coffee. It makes for the best morning pick me up. If you are living on the edge ask the barista what she recommends. Though be warned, girls tend to like sugar a little more than I find acceptable. read more

The owner is awful for the way he has this shop set up. There are absolutely no signs or indications that this is a bikini coffee, and people who don't know the area should not be randomly surprised with this type of experience as I was. The bikini coffees on Aurora are all very clear with their names and/or logos and images that they are bikini coffees, but this coffee shop has no indication: the name is not suggestive and there are no pictures suggesting adult content. Even the bee looks like it would be a normal family friendly coffee shop! I have no problem with bikini coffees, but it should be clear what type of coffee it is so that people who don't want that experience can avoid it. My wife and I visited Beehive last time we were in Bothell. I needed some caffeine, and I thought it would be nice to check out a bikini barista stand. Strictly for Yelp review research, of course. Anyway, the tea was only $3. That's extravagant compared to making it at home, but reasonable compared to ordinary coffee and tea shops, and a real bargain compared to a lot of bikini barista places. The tea was good. What about the bikini barista experience? The barista was cheerful, fit, and dressed about as scantily as possible while still covering her private areas. Unlike the prudish reactions expressed by some reviewers, her scanty clothing wasn't in any way shocking; one could see similarly dressed women on network television, or at a public beach on any warm day. It's nothing one would need to hide from kids. On the other hand, there aren't a lot of places where one sees people dressed that scantily on a chilly April morning. Given the bargain price, the visual treat that accompanied the tea service, and the good tea, this is pretty close to my favorite bikini barista stand. read more

No warning from the outside that this is an X-rated coffee hut. My boyfriend and I had a good laugh when she opened the sliding glass door and we could see everything on display--wasn't expecting that! This place should be shut down! I decided to give this place a shot with its cute beehive themed business. There was another person that seemed to be a worker that was fighting with the employee before I drove up. I went for a morning coffee and I couldn't believe the attire the worker had on! I've been to bikini style cafes and this was not acceptable. She had stripper body fish nets with a thong. When I approached she was very rude and just asked what do you want. Not even showing a menu anywhere , I've never been there before. I was uncomfortable and not pleased with her attitude. And changed my mind to go elsewhere and said thank you. As I drove away she said F** off and slammed the window. I reversed because I couldn't believe she said that. And she said " oh that wasn't for you that was towards the other employee and then she slammed the door in my face. What kind of business is this! Who treats people like that . Total mom fail: Drove up to this in a sleep-deprived-sluggish-needing-coffee-badly-state with my 3 kids in the car!!!! Shoulda checked Yelp reviews first I guess. I actually drove past here again several days later to confirm that I hadn't missed something because there is absolutely NO indication from the road that this is any more than one of those cute little coffee shacks that cover the east-side. It is also the ONLY drive-thru coffee bar on this side of the road for at least a mile. To her credit, the barista hid behind a curtain and called to me to move on so an extra star for that. My transformation into a south Snohomish County resident is complete. I have purchased coffee from a stripper coffee place. Yes, I realize that this particular coffee place is in King County. But in a way, that allowed me to keep a foot in both worlds while I gingerly tested the waters of the espresso & cheesecake harbor. I have to say (and I have witnesses) that I did not realize what I was in for. You pull up and there's this weird sliding glass door there, and you feel like you've parked on the patio and gotten way too close to the house. And you expect to see a bunch of equipment and storage there--you know, ingredients, cash register, and so on, but, instead, there's just open floor. Next to a big patio door, where the window should be. So I start to say "this doesn't even really look like a coffee place, but the sign said th...guh. Seriously?" Yeah, full on lingerie outfit. Lots of tattoos showing, butt cheeks hanging out. Is there a cover charge? Is there a two drink minimum? Is there a VIP mocha lounge? She was nice. She was friendly. She seemed to understand that some people pull in and are completely startled by what they've just involved themselves in, and she tried to make normal-sounding small talk. Which is probably not as easy as you might think when you're facing a carload of suddenly-disoriented folk. Who have all their clothes on. And you're wearing a suit of tanner. But she knew the menu. And had all her teeth. At least the front ones. I ordered the 2-shot Americano, which cost $3, and was a little on the funky/earthy side. That's not really my favorite flavor profile for coffee, tbph. But that's just the coffee they use, I am thinking, not a wardrobe malfunction. I honestly think she must have done everything right as far as prepping the coffee. And I had stripper coffee jokes flowing for the entire rest of the day. She provided more than just caffeine, you see. There's comedy in every cup at a place like this. I've been really bored with my truck lately. It gets good milage but it has no personality, doesn't stand out at all. Given that I just visited a stripper coffee stand on a super-busy road a few miles from work, I couldn't be happier with how nondescript my rig is. And thank god there was no line. I work of a night, and last night I left a little early to catch Starbucks either in Lake Forest park or Kenmore. To my dismay, both locations were closed before 7pm yet again ... For years I have driven past Beehive Espresso, but I had no idea what I was about to encounter since there is no indication whatsoever that this place is a 'bikini' barista. Thus feeling frustrated due to Starbucks closing early yet again. I stopped in for some much needed caffeine before arriving at work. I admit I laughed a bit as I noticed a young lady who was not dressed for WA state weather at all, and I can only imagine the shock that other unsuspecting patrons must have experienced . Thus minus the 1 star, because let's be fair. I really do think people should know in advance and be able to make an educated choice to stop here or not if they do not know not what's about to transpire. It's no real big deal to me, other than my face went a bit red since I had no clue myself, and while I am not complaining. I would say that her outfit did not qualified as a 'bikini', oh my... Price is a bit high, but the coffee/mocha I got was good and helped me wake up, although I didn't expect to WAKE UP like this LOL. I can only assume that the high costs are to help keep these girls who work there warm somehow LOL. Service was friendly and I had a few laughs with the young lady. Then had some more laughs at work with my coworkers telling them about my commute. Had no idea this was a peep-show coffee shack, she also seems to be overcharging for coffee. It's a seemingly nondescript coffee shack on the side of Bothell highway with no hint that it's not a normal coffee place. A near-naked woman in a g-string, see-through top, and heels serves coffee. There's no menu posted and she charges about $10 per coffee, when it says what I got should cost $3-4 online. She also charged my card for $1 more than she stated and did not offer a receipt. The coffee was actually pretty good, though. But not worth over $10. read more

Charged way too much money for the coffees and claimed their credit card reader wasn't working. Wanted cash instead. No menu when at the drive through. Tarp on the roof. The coffee was very weak and I paid 6.00 for it not realizing that this was a bikini barista. Grandpa, who was in the passenger seat, thought it was hilarious and appreciated the mistake, but I left feeling embarassed because my 4 yr old was in the back seat. The barista had some ink on her thighs and he told me afterwords, "Daddy, I don't like tattoos anymore". BUT, I do believe there should be SOME indication that you are about to drive up to a sliding glass door with a naked woman. I've been to bikini baristas before, and this is not that. I handed her four bucks and she gave me this nasty scowl and said "it's five dollars and you didn't even tip!" Stunned at the astronomical price of the coffee, I said "excuse me?" She repeated herself again in the same snotty attitude. I then told her that's ridiculous and that I didn't want the coffee anymore. She said, "no, it's fine, just don't ever come back here!" My past experiences have never inspired me to get on yelp and write a review. I'm not sure of the barista's name but she has been working the last three weeks at the stand and prompted review. My brother was in town to visit and he had heard stories about bikini baristas. So we went... Okay yes awkward bringing your brother to a coffee place where the purpose is to appreciate the baristas' fine work attire. That is not the purpose of this review! When you drive up to the window you are slightly above the knee's height giving you a wonderful upward angle to view the coffee prep... obviously. The barista was very friendly making small chat with my brother (who, by the way, was in the driver's seat!) She looked cute nothing terribly vulgar... but I wouldn't bring your kid here either. As far as what we ordered (if that even matters to you), we got an iced americano which was really burnt coffee with ice. Terrible. But i guess you don't really come here for the coffee. If you are interested, as was my bro, they have a wonderful FB page with photos of all the baristas that work there. Interestingly enough, they have several locations not just this one in bothell. Overall I only gave it two stars because the coffee was so awful and not because there were women half naked serving coffee (they would have gotten a 3 star). I'm not a hater. :) read more

So I am a mom to a teething, sick 6 month old. I slept maybe 2 hours last night, so I was on the hunt for some coffee. Drove passed, and was thrilled. Pulled in i guess incorrect and sat for 30 seconds and no one came. So I pulled forward a little thinking maybe they didn't see me. Then storming out of the back came a girl in her underwear. She yells "your the F*cking wrong way" . So it hit me I was at a bikini stand. I don't judge, whatever you want to do with your life. I turn around and pull back up and she said "what do you want." And I said "do you have a menu?" And she said "we are just like any coffee stand". Well I also had forgotten to eat in the last 25 hours due to the screaming of my child. So I was looking for a warm cup of coffee and food. And due to a new baby, I don't got to coffee stands to save money. So if it doesn't come from a keurig I don't know. AND I WANT TO SEE PRICES, your boobs are not coming at a charge to me. I just said ok I'll go somewhere else. And she yelled "great be a fucking waist of my time" and slammed the window. Look lady, I work in customer service. You don't get to be rude like that. I don't care what your wearing or your life choices. All I needed was a little kindness, food, and some coffee. ALSO, if you work at a coffee stand that doesn't advertise you are a bikini stand, expect some shocked looks. So I pulled down the road to a different coffee stand.
