Ewwww! I've driven by this place for years and it just so happened that I needed a latte today at the same time I was passing by, so I pulled in. Ewwww! Shouldn't they post a sign that its a naked coffee place? This was way beyond bikinis - they were wearing string "things" that showed Everything. I'm not a prude, but it was just Ewww. I just wanted a latte. I didn't know what to do. Do I just speed off and don't say anything. Do I ask for a latte? What a dilemma. I asked for a decaf and they said they didn't have any, and that there was a family friendly place up the street. Do people even get coffee there? It looked so yucky inside it just seemed unsanitary - I think the women were sitting on crates or lawn chairs. Ewwwww. I feel I need to wash my eyes off after this experience. As many have mentioned, Beehive Espresso does not give any indication whatsoever as to what kind of establishment they are, which shouldn't even be legal in my opinion. My partner and I drove up to the business one day while we were on a date roadtrip, looking to have a sweet and wholesome experience of trying a roadside espresso stand for the first time. We were rather traumatized when we pulled up to the big glass door, when unexpectedly there was a female employee bending over with her butt fully exposed and facing us, and we immediately bolted out of there. It was a really disturbing experience that we didn't find funny at all. Families, couples, business people, etc. don't want to be taken off-guard by something like this... It is like a coffee strip club, and it's really violating to give no warning. While I think it's objectifying and perpetuates rape culture (whether it's their choice to be employed there or not) and the business should be shut down, AT THE VERY LEAST there should be a clear indication of what it is, and be considered an 18+ establishment. read more

I went by there today 5/31/2017 at around 8:30 a.m. I was taking my girlfriend to work and we wanted to grab some coffee so we stopped here, but to our surprise they were bikini baristas. We know they don't tend to make the best coffee so we decided to leave also because it made my girlfriend uncomfortable. It would have been fine if it was just left at that, however when we were leaving a barista decided to yell out at us and call us "losers" they seem to have no customer service. There is also no way to tell they are a bikini barista and there are a lot of families in this area. read more

Coffee there is mah at best . The staff that works is cute to very sexy . The main problem is theft , I paid for a latte with 3 dollar tip should be 11 total, I was charged 29 , that is a 19 dollars tip. If you go there pay with cash only not card . I was traveling through WA on business about 2 weeks ago and a buddy of mine told me that I had to try out the "Bikini coffee huts" as he called it. I came across Beehive and I must say that I am beyond happy I did. The coffee was really good but the service was better. I pull up to the window and an angel appeared... Hailey I think her name was, she was shockingly beautiful and equally sweet. We spoke for a few moments while she crafted my order and I was deeply saddened when it was done and I had to roll out of the drive thru (a line of cars waiting behind me) Excellent place and excellent service. I can't help but find it funny that most of the bad reviews are from angry housewives who are clinging to what the coffee used to be. If it was so great why would it switch up what it was doing? Or is the aging housewife market not as lucrative for coffee. Don't pay attention to the negativity... go visit beehive and I hope you are lucky enough to meet Hailey but I am sure that all of their girls are pretty too. read more

I always get charged a different price here and the girl who made it was not friendly. She also dumped WAY too much sugar in my coffee. I'm not the type to complain but my experience was horrible! I am basing my review based solely on coffee I received. I did not get what I ordered, which was a twelve ounce, double hazelnut latte at 130. My coffee was very hot, which I was not expecting, so I burned my mouth. Unfortunately, I was still able to taste the very earthy and poorly pulled double shot of coffee. In fact, I'm not entirely sure that my shot wasn't just pulled through my husband's old grounds. His double breve was much better pulled than my latte. The reason that my shot could have been pulled poorly might be because the poor barista was a bit surprised that both my husband and I pulled up obviously didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. Apparently, this was a stripper coffee drive through. My husband I were greeted by the barista's bare buttocks as she was wearing nothing but a bra and a pair of stretch lace thong panties. I have nothing against bikini baristas, or even stripper baristas, unfortunately, the coffee was just terrible. read more

Definitely surprised to discover the barista was only wearing lingerie. Nothing on the exterior suggested this was a bikini barista stand. I won't hold that against them on the rating, but it would have been nice to know. The barista was perfectly nice. The reason I gave them only 1 star was that I ordered a 12 oz quad shot latte, and as far as I can tell I paid $5 for a 16 oz cup of hot milk. I was prepared to forgive the mistake in sizing, but she either forgot to add the other three shots of espresso entirely, or she made a really weak shot of coffee-tinted water and added that to the milk. Regardless, it was more expensive than nearby stands and had absolutely no espresso flavor. read more

Ugh! Swung in here one afternoon to grab my coffee fix with no idea it was a stripper coffee joint (should have figured it out as there is often a line of trucks here). Had my youngest in the back seat too. If you are going to have a business like this, fine, just make it clear to the customer what it is. "Bikini" place with no warning (and I'm not sure I would call the fishnet a bikini) and the coffee was mediocre but worse they are thieves. No prices so I asked the cost when she asked for a tip. $6 for an Americano?? So I said $1 tip. Charge came through at $14. Drove back and she said she increased it because I was rude and didn't tip enough. I can't imagine that is legal? She said to take up the problem with my bank. So I am. Well this was a surprise. I didn't realize that it was a less-than-bikini barista place. But not shocked. My main concern was whether they had good iced coffee. They do. I didn't give five stars because the straw was only reached half way down the cup and the portion was rather small for the price. But the taste was a lot better than the one I got last week from ***$$$s. That was so bad I had to throw it out. The young lady was very friendly. We spoke briefly about her ink but as to her outfit, I don't know what people are complaining for. You can see a lot more skin on TV. Unlike some of the other negative reviews I have no problem with bikini baristas. Agree that it might be neighborly to give a heads up to patrons but that's not the reason for the 1-star. The bad review is earned with plain ol' bad product and poor customer service. The latte I received was overpriced, bitter, and watery. The barista was as apathetic as you can get without being flat out rude. If you pay with a credit card, the barista will ask you directly what tip you want to add and enter it herself - which I found weird and pressure-y. Worth it to keep driving until you hit a better coffee place. read more

I was up in Bothell a few weeks back & decided to stop by this particular stand. When I got to the window i was in a bit of a mood, the barista asked me what i wanted. I think i ended ordering a large latte. During the course of her preparing my order she asked me what i did for a living and i told her i ran an online apparel business (baristaoutfitters.com) and that I had, had a pretty rough day. In talking to her, as brief as it was, i have to say my mood changed for the better once i had left. I guess a bit of coffee & conversation go a long way. read more

Have to agree with the other negative reviews here. We were shocked to discover an essentially naked women inside the coffee stand. So much so that my husband was too embarrassed to order anything. We are not prudes at all but a little warning would have been nice! So glad my kids weren't in the car. A bikini is one thing but this woman was essentially naked. She was very nice, but also very naked. If it's your jam - the coffee was ok. But if it's not, stay far away. read more

However, too often the barista over-charges or -- as happened tonight -- the not-so-friendly barista short-changes me a dollar. Buyer beware. This is a really cute building with a bee motif and beehive looking building in a great location. Looks like a great place to take your kids for a hot cocoa. IT IS NOT. It has nearly naked baristas and no indication of this until you are at the window looking at the barista. Went there today, I'm shocked that a owner of a business would risk their employee's safety. First, she was in a bikini bra and lace VERY VERY BRIEF bottoms. (underwear not bathing suit). Just a few feet away is a tree forest area, very large windows, and only 1 barrista on duty. What kind of safety is that? This is absolutely NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. We didn't know that this was more X rated. No signs would indicate. So we women had no idea. soooooo this stand seriously sucks... i was a barista 3 years ago. either coffee got really bad or their coffee skills just suck. i ordered a 3 shot grande mocha no whip. After i recieved the drink and drove off....whats the first thing i tasted?...you guessed it, whip cream...WOW. and if that wasnt bad enough, with three shots i should have been able to taste the espresso, all i could taste was the ridiculous amount of chocolate, i mean c'mon girls, i know you might be preoccupied with your gentlemen customers but im considered buisness too, just because i have a SUV and a carseat in the back doesnt mean i dont like coffee just as much as the next. stopped in at Beehive Bothell and got the worst Mocha of my life. I think it was made in an instant espresso machine. the foam on top took up nearly half of the cup, leaving me with a "small" instead of the grande I ordered. I ordered two and both were like this. plus the drink was 5$ the most expensive mocha I have ever bought. Nothing special, just a mocha, no whip. Will never go back and I suggest you don't either. read more
