Had a regular pest guy, came by like clockwork every month. Took care of the outside perimeter, inside the house, including the garage. Kept his eyes out for Sonoran desert weirdness (like termite mud tunnels, arachnid nests, beehives, rodents, etc). I was happy to pay him whatever he needed because he took care of our home the way I'd do. Unfortunately, he lost his mind and moved to Phoenix, so I needed someone new. Premier had good reviews, so I gave a call. First time was complicated; I left a message at the office, and, after a coupla days, I followed up. Talked with a nice guy who gave me the cell phone number of the tech in my area; I needed to call him. Odd, but OK; he came by and told me how Premier works. Thought we'd agreed that he'd come by every six weeks, letting me know in advance before he shows up. Eight weeks later, I'm calling him; no reply. Reach out to the office again, and it's the same thing: Call a different tech's cell phone and schedule directly with him. Once again, he comes out, I think we're agreeing he'll be there every six weeks, he leaves. It's winter; not a lot of bug or critter activity, so I don't notice that it's been nearly four months since I've seen the guy. I log into my account at Premier's website, and see I'm right: He's not been back. On my account dashboard, there's a place for future visits, but there's nothing scheduled, and there's no way for me to add anything. So, I've gotta go back to calling these guys. Why would I do that? I'll pay their (not inexpensive) fee on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, but I need to chase them? At least three times I've told them I'd like to be on a regular schedule, but it's not working. I picked Premier because their reviews were good and they're veteran-owned. Unfortunately, I value reliability and have to find someone else.

This has happened 3 months in a row and my calls and emails go ignored. Despite great pest control, the billing department is causing me to terminate my account. Amendment to review. I spoke with Debbie at the local office. Apparently the problem was with the "800" call center. She resolved the issue immediately, corrected the misinformation given by the call center AND flagged my account so future calls go to the local office. So, between Debbie's amazing customer service and Juan's courteous and detail-oriented work as the Technician, I have resolved to stay with the company.

We called this company and the owner of the company (Erik) came out right away to take a look. He was very efficient and explained this extremely well. He was able to return a few days later and get the work taken care of in about 3 hours. My mom is quite elderly and has trouble understanding things, but Erik explained things well so she was reassured. He had a great way of dealing with her (and me). I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. He wasn't pushy or hypey. Did a great job - high quality. Great to work with him. We purchased the 5 year plan which was quite reasonably priced and will use him again when it's time.

2 traps were placed by the attic entry NOT by the HVAC where the mice droppings were discovered…read more The contract says 4 to 6 traps. You need a young, slim guy to place the traps. The HVAC is an awkward place, but even I have been there and I'm 82, so there is no excuse. The contract says 2 or 3 outside traps. I only got one. The guy was supposed to see me on Fri AM 12/20 but didn't show or call. I'm probably wrong but this doesn't look like an adequate job and certainly not worth $425. I've been a customer since 4/22.

He arms us with a wealth of information to keep our home protected and critter free. We've used other pest control services in the past but have never encountered a nicer, more patient technician than Don. I had a problem with a pest in my home, which the previous service was clueless on how to control. They couldn't even figure out what it was I stopped in to Truly Nolan, and the manager determined what the critters were, and told me how to find the source (weevils in a bag of beans in the pantry), even though I was not his customer. I dropped the old company and hired Truly Nolan immediately. I couldn't be more pleased. Don, the technician who services our community knows his stuff, doesn't rush, explains everything to me, and is very friendly and patient. I don't know about any of Truly Nolan's other offices, but the manager in Catalina and Don are top notch.
