Had a termite problem that was getting worse. Call First Inspection and they came out and Identified the problem and gave me an honest and fair price on the termite treatmite treatment. After the treatment they told me it would be a couple off days until I saw the activity gone. Nope....it was the same day that I saw the results. Amazing. Decided to hire them for pest control. Wow! What a professional and customer service oriented business. Travis and crew did an amazing job with our home insulation. We had multiple projects going on at the same time at our home and Travis worked with and around the schedules of the other contractors. Travis kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by this company from the get go. I made my appointment with the owner, Travis, Who was incredibly warm and personable, and made sure I got an appointment for a termite inspection in a very short timeframe. His son Brandon and another worker came over today for the inspection. They were so knowledgeable and professional. They cleared the house except for the tiniest mud tube on one of the columns in the backyard. It was so small - maybe an inch long, and hidden by the plant in front of it. They had to pull back fines and dig in the dirt a little to see it. I have no idea how they didn't miss that. What I was most impressed with was the honesty of this company. Brandon told me that he didn't think it would be worth it for me to have the entire house treated, and showed me how to manage that tiny bit on our own. They knew how anxious I was about having termites and they would have easily been able to sell me expensive treatments that we didn't yet need. The first thing Travis said to me when I contacted him was that the bees might move on their own, so I didn't need to hire him yet (although he said he could come out that day if I wanted him to). Over the next several days, we exchanged emails and pictures, and he walked me through doing some things on my own before it was finally necessary to have him come out and remove the bees. The bees were vacuumed up alive, together with the queen, and transported in a cooler with the truck A/C on, to be released in Oro Valley since they were docile honey bees, posing no threat. read more
