I am impressed with all of the items they check during an oil change. They check all of your fluids from transmission, to coolant and refill your washer fluid. You get your air filter checked along with all of your lights. The tire pressure and in between oil change you can return to get topped off if needed. You have the option of waiting in your car or can sit in the lobby while your vehicle is being serviced. I chose to wait in the lobby to get a look around. It is a typical vehicle shop with the smell of car fluids and not too dirty. Next time I will wait in my car. I use a full synthetic in my SUV and for everything they check I feel this is a great price for what I pay. I will return for service again.

If you live in Georgia, you know the whole song and dance we have to go through every year just to get our tags. I called two Jiffy Lube locations -- one told me their machine wasn't working (hard eye roll, because that always seems to be the case), and the other told me no one was there to do it (another eye roll). I was on a mission to be on time with my registration this year. I wasn't about to pay another late fee this year like I have in previous years (don't judge me! ). So I kept calling around and came across this place. I saw the ratings were good and that they actually had someone there, so I drove right over. I was a little taken aback at first because I'm used to getting out of my car and waiting inside while they do the test. Nope -- not here. You stay in your car, which honestly isn't bad at all. The gentleman who helped me (I wish I remembered his name) was great. He was polite and kind. It was raining and a little chilly that morning, but that didn't stop him. He got everything done quickly, and I made sure to blow my horn once he was inside because there's a sign that says to honk if you received great service lol. So make sure ya'll honk! I'd definitely consider coming here again. I even brought my laptop thinking I'd be waiting forever, but I was in and out and back home in time for my meeting. I highly recommend this location. My car died on the freeway in what appeared to be a simple alternator failure. The vehicle was…read moretowed to Christian Brothers in Smyrna over the weekend. Monday morning they called, and I explained that the battery light came on before the car died. I even told them I had researched it and believed it was likely the alternator. They told me they had to power the battery just to move the car into the shop and would perform a diagnosis. I also asked if they offered a AAA discount and was told yes. Great. A few hours later, I received a repair estimate for over $2,500 including an alternator, fusible link, battery, corrosion cleanup on terminals and wires, etc. I approved those repairs. I did NOT approve the oil leak repairs or suspension recommendations. I was surprised by the "oil leak" because the car never leaked oil previously. I was also told that because the fusible link was blown, the "dash warning lights/odometer issues" would need to be reevaluated after repairs were completed. At NO point did anyone tell me the check engine light was on. It also did not appear in any of the photos they sent me. Since my schedule was busy, I picked the vehicle up on a Sunday after paying over the phone. When I arrived, the plastic wrap from the tow company was STILL covering the open windows and sunroof. That immediately struck me as odd. Why wouldn't the shop remove it after fixing the car? I got in, started the vehicle, and closed the sunroof. Then I discovered: * Windows didn't work * AC didn't work * Radio didn't work * Display screen was black * Check engine light was on * Traction control light was on So after spending over $2,500, the car still had major electrical problems. Frustrated, I left the vehicle there, texted the service department detailing everything wrong, and dropped the keys in the night box. The next day they suddenly claimed the check engine light was already on and "visible in the photo." It absolutely was not, and nobody mentioned it in any call or text prior to pickup. I again explained that I simply needed the car functional and requested a quote to repair: * Check engine light * Traction light * AC * Windows * Black display screen * Radio They then discovered MORE blown fuses and charged another $600. Here's the part that really gets me: if they already knew a 150-amp fuse was blown during the first repair, why wouldn't they check the rest of the fuse system at that time? Basic common sense would suggest lower amperage fuses may also have blown. Instead, that didn't happen until AFTER I picked the car up and brought it back. So now I return AGAIN to pick up the vehicle during business hours. Before leaving, I checked everything myself. Guess what? The radio STILL didn't work. I walked back inside and Steve admitted he never checked it, despite the radio being clearly listed on my issue list. Then they asked me if I had some "radio code." Seriously? For a 2010 vehicle? Why would I have that? They started calling the dealership, and honestly I can only imagine what the dealership thought hearing a repair shop trying to figure this out. Meanwhile, I Googled the issue myself and immediately found information suggesting... another blown fuse. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, they came back and said they found ANOTHER blown fuse under the dash. Again -- why are ALL the fuses not being checked during diagnosis on an electrical issue involving a blown fusible link? At least they didn't charge me another $100 for replacing a 10-amp fuse. Moral of the story: take your business somewhere else. The Christian Brothers location in Woodstock is FAR better. I will never return to this location again. Ironically, the reason I finally posted this review is because they kept texting and calling asking me to leave one. Otherwise, I probably would have just moved on. But since they wanted a review so badly... here it is. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

Nothing against her, because she was amazing but one person can only wait on so many people at a time which caused delays. The oil change and battery fix took around two hours. That's understandable if someone is busy, but the interaction became very rude as things went on. We were told the estimate had been texted to us, but the messages had actually been sent to the wrong phone number. When we asked if the estimate could be printed so we could review it, she said no and told us we would have to call tomorrow to have the number updated. When I asked why it couldn't be printed, she said she had already left the checkout screen. While we were still there, we saw her print something and asked again if the estimate could be printed or emailed. She refused again and told us to call back tomorrow since she wouldn't be there. When my partner offered to give his email so the estimate could be sent, she refused to write it down and said "because I don't want to." When I asked for her name, she ignored the question and instead yelled across the shop to employees, "Get the GMC Terrain out NOW." We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--just a copy of the estimate so we could review a $1,900 repair. Unfortunately the customer service during this visit was extremely disappointing.
