Overcharged for changing spark plugs, 18 hundred dollars! Charged for 6 hours labor to change the plugs! Repaired CV joints and 45 days later my front tire came off while I was driving! TAS was the last people to have their hands on that tire! They did not take responsibility nor showed any sympathy or concern and instead said anything could have happened in 45 days to make the tire come off. What happened is the shade tree mechanics that work and run TAS did not tighten the lug nuts! That's what happened! Stay clear of these shade tree mechanics and the poorest excuse for management I've ever delt with! Buyer beware! read more

Our car journey took us to six {yes 6} car repair shops. Only two diagnosed our problem correctly. TAS repair was one of the two. We brought our car in and it is fixed. COMPLETELY. In addition they give you a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on parts AND labor, who does that anymore. Definite peace of mind here. they have the knowledge, management know how AND a warranty. $50 alignment is pretty cheap. Free WiFi in their waiting room. The couple that runs the place seem pleasant. I showed up when they were busy and was told to return in an hour. Once I returned I waited a few more minutes before my vehicle was worked on. It only took about 5-10 minutes for the alignment and he test drove it and even aired up my tires because the TPMS light was on. I didn't ask him to do that but it shows that they try to take care of customers. Also there's a friendly little dog that just lounges in the waiting room. It doesn't bother you unless you want it to. Checked in on Yelp for a $5 discount. Will probably return with some of my other cars. Hopefully they can work on a lowered car. read more

Was recommended by several people that this company was not only fair but very reliable. This was so far from the truth, I drop in midday for an alignment service and was told there would be a wait, not a problem what was the problem was the amount of disrespect I received from the Black technician. I wish I knew his name but it wasn't displayed neither did he inform me. As I am not a mechanic he told me that my car was actually driving correctly my steering column needed to be aligned. after waiting 2 hours he returned my car to what seemed like a waste of. 75.00, so not only was the car driving worst, but as I questioned him he became very combative, dismissive, and argumentative when I was just trying to get an explanation. I asked for him to ride with me to show me what he was witnessing he was already in a defensive mode and started to school me on the proper terms as If I should have known the proper verbiage when getting an alignment. I asked for him to return me and my car so I can be on. my way. He hurried back with no car for me and vehicle, open the door with securing my car with brakes, and walks off I will recommend all my friends that were going next weekend not to visit this establishment. Wife and husband owned shop with better average prices, and friendly customer services. They did breaks and rotors $200. Most places pepo boys, mavis, Dekalb tire all charge $350-400. Save your money and go see these two lovely people. read more

Found out I needed an alignment and found this place on Yelp. I stopped by and they were pretty understandably busy so I went to run some errands and gave them a call back about when would be good to come by. The girl who works the desk told me I could come back around 4 and get my alignment done which is really awesome because they are generally first come first serve and get super busy. I came back and also asked if they could do an oil change which they were happy to do. I got my alignment and oil changed for only like 80 dollars and they were super nice, efficient, and got it done in under an hour. They also took a look at my wheels and everything as I had been in an accident and made sure it was safe to drive. They let me know a couple things I might need done in the future and I really appreciated the honesty and the advice without pushing me to get extras done on the spot. After I left the girl at the front desk sent me a text to let me know how much the repair likely would cost and that just to keep an eye on it. I really appreciate this as I have been through a lot with my car already. Highly recommend for honestly and integrity. read more

Took my lowered car there with custom alignment specs and they had no issues getting it to the spec requested. Took about 2 hours from dropoff to pick up as they had another car before me. Watch while your car is being worked on and get a real computer printout explained to you . Check your tires if they are not wearing right or too quickly take it here.
