To make a long story short, the medications I was given haven't done a damn thing, and here I am now on my way to the ER for a proper diagnosis since these uneducated FOOLS at MD NOW don't have a single clue what they are doing. Absolute waste of $200, and pending a phone call back from them tomorrow they damn well oughta refund me in full for their incompetence, and the absolute hell I've had to endure in the process. Do NOT come here, you're better suited just going to the ER and dealing with REAL doctors. UPDATE: they misdiagnosed me entirely, and had no business giving me the medications that they gave me, including an antibiotic (my infection was never bacterial). The nurses and doctors at the hospital scratched their heads in confusion when I told them how I was treated, they also said "this isn't uncommon for MD NOW" which was rather maddening. Imagine having that sort of reputation from a hospital's POV! They also told me, and I quote "MD NOW basically just puts everybody on the same medications". How pathetic is that!!! The hospital ultimately gave me a steroid, and it began working on DAY 1!!! If you're reading this review, consider yourself warned. It's like choosing between a motel 6 and the breakers hotel. It's a no brainer folks.

I am a nurse since 1964 and have had a lot of experience In hospital and heard many negative reports from many patients!!! Michael took one look at my injury and said you need stitches. Before he started he talked to me explaining the procedure and the use of novocaine shots to numb the area. He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! In addition he ordered a tetanus shot and preventative Keflex because the wound was so close to the bone in the finger!!!!!!!!!! This staff clearly cared about my well being and outcome!!!!!

For 5 days I could not talk & aches, chills, & just felt lousy. I asked the front desk if I would see a doctor & she said yes. A Physician assistant came in. She was pleasant. Asked why I was there & I told her. She listened to my heart & lungs & looked in my throat. Nothing else was checked. If she felt my neck she would of found out that l was in pain. She prescribed an antibiotic but told me to wait 2 days. If I have a virus the antibiotic will not work, which I am aware of. I think the exam should of included checking my nose & ears. If I don't get better see an ENT. That was my visit. Not a good visit. I scheduled this visit online & had an appointment. I hope this goes away & don't need any more doctors.

Cudos to the Boca Regional Hospital Emergency Department!!! I have had to bring my husband here…read morethree times in the last two weeks. Each time, the staff was courteous, efficient and in general "on the ball." Today, there were four people working on my husband all at the same time! They got him hooked up to all the monitors in record time. The emergency rooms are clean, separate and private. The atmosphere is generally quiet. I guess that we are lucky that we didn't have to come here during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking of Covid-19, all the necessary precautions were taken including social distancing and mask mandates. The doctors wore a full blown N95 mask with the oxygen tank hanging in the back. There were no rest rooms for visitors. We had to use one located out in the waiting room. Guess that's one improvement that the hospital should consider. Each time I had to use the restroom, which is frequent for me, I got lost... Parking near emergency is also an issue. Today I just found out that they have free valet parking. So that is a good thing to know for next time...but hopefully there won't be a next time.

I am someone that HATES hospitals, doctors offices, anything and was very unhappy to have an emergency causing me to go to the ER. Upon walking in, I thought wow! This looks more like a designer shopping store than a ER lobby. Saturday 1130 AM and not a single person waiting in front of me. Took about 10 minutes to have Chris come get me and take me to my private room. I asked if there was a bigger gown due to my size, and he went and checked. With a great attitude I must add. Upon changing in my gown, nurse Brittany was in the room within 5 minutes. No joke! She asked me some questions, checked my injury out (which was a nasty one) with all professionalism and great attitude also, and before she good even finish typing it in the computer, Dr Fletcher came in. You figure after all these greats so far, gotta be due for a letdown. INCORRECT! Doc was wonderful. Calmed me down. Gave me a quick answer! No type of these bum docs that are so quick to recommend surgery for everything. He gave me numerous ways around it actually! 5 STARS TO HIM!!! Within an hour an a half I was in CVS awaiting my script, i will co sign this please with everything, especially if you hate hospitals like me! Don't be let down and go elsewhere.

I complained to PA Irina (please note she is a PA, not a doctor even though she addresses herself as such) and left messages with doctor Bach about what I thought was an infection starting to take over. My symptoms were ignored and instead was prescribed pain pills and muscles relaxers. It progressively got worse and I asked them multiple times if I should go to the ER, they advised me to keep coming in for injections and going to the hospital was "a waste of time". Once my fever hit 103 and I had uncontrollable muscles spasms and was in the worst pain of my life (about a week to a week and a half of me complaining that something wasn't right) I ignored their advice and reported to the ER. There I was diagnosed septic with an AFB infection in my spine. I was hospitalized for two months and bed ridden for three. I do not blame them for the infection as it could have been a number of things, but I do blame them for ignoring the signs and instead using it as a way to collect more money with prescriptions and injections. They refused to do an MRI to confirm there was no infection, just went by the look.. but you're not going to see an infection inside the spine without an MRI. I had the surgery in Nov of 2020 and I still have the infection in my spine as it is a process to beat, I will be on antibiotics for a year to a year and a half. I had a PICC line to my heart from Nov to March as I needed IV antibiotics that were over $1000 a week that had to be paid up front along with a very expensive hospital bill for a two month stay not to mention the multiple lumbar clean outs and they had to redo my micro discectomy as well as a laminectomy. My body is completely weak and I have no immune system and am at risk for so much after all the antibiotics and on top of that have PTSD after everything I went through. My life will never be the same after this experience and when I confronted them about it I was basically called a liar.

We discussed possible Botox treatment and he referred me to Irena in the same office . After a consult we discovered my insurance would not cover the very costly treatment . After hearing this I was disappointed but accepted it as there was nothing I could do. A little bit later I got a call back explaining some things they could do to make it more affordable because Irena really wanted to help me and so I'm scheduled for this upcoming week. Not many people go the extra mile to help someone they just met but I am so thankful to Irena and this office for being so caring and helping me when they really didn't have to . I would recommend everyone come and see these caring people . Everyone from reception on back have all been very nice.
