We looked at the boxes, decided which ones we wanted and a worker came over and loaded them in our van. We didn't need to load anything. I paid the lady on her phone and she texted me a reciept. They also have a large variety of product and I have no complaints but that may be because I don't wear my feelings on my sleeve. Just know if you do go they are geared more towards the contractor. My contractor bought 20, 5 gal Dwarf Italian Cypress from Matsuda's for $900. After planting the…read moretrees immediately, they started to dry out within 4 days and die. They are on a drip system. In addition they were filled with bugs include some cocoons. It has been approx 2 weeks and all but 3 are dried out and dead. So they have some kind of disease. Talked to Masuda's and they will not suport the replacement or refund of any money. I would not recommend anyone buy from them. They sell bug invested plants and NO SUPPORT!! This a horrible company and does care about customers! I would NOT purchase anything from them in the future. I bought 40 of the same trees from an online vendor Tree.com and all of them are doing well. I didn't purchase the additional tree from them again because I was trying to finish the job sooner. Now I'll reorder additional trees from them and I'll be out an addtional $1000.

We drove out and checked out the plants and then were able to order plants and schedule delivery on phone/text. Armando is the owner and we were assisted by Alondra who was a delight to work with. We saved a substantial amount of money. They delivered our order for $40 while a local nursery wanted $75 for the delivery that would under 5 miles. Very happy with plalnts and service.

I don't know a ton about peach trees, but I'm not feeling great about the purchase or the explanation I was given. I wasn't expecting to swap out the tree months later, but I wish there was a way to compensate me for the false advertisement. I wouldn't have bought the tree if it wasn't going to do what I was told it would do.

They sell tons of giants pots and has an indoor shop with cute gardening knick knacks. I've purchased many cute household plants from them. I love that the space itself is decorated to give you ideas for your next project. It's a nice stroll thru paths, gazebos, and ponds/water structures. There is an annual butterfly event when the butterflies migrate and stop by the Secret Garden's many passionfruit vines. During their summer events, there's rotating vendors. I actually found my favorite coffee from a pop-up here, which now they have a brick and mortar shop downtown, Burnside Coffee. Whether you're looking for ideas or cute plants, the Secret Garden has it. Sometimes it's just nice to stroll around their grounds. Not only are there a bunch of plants to choose from, the owners there are super kind and helpful! I went to buy bonsai trees for my mom's birthday and there were tons of options. I asked the lady for advice and she was able to help me narrow down which plants were best indoor, which were best outdoor, and how much they were. As others stated, prices aren't listed so you have to ask the owner how much the plants are, but they are fairly priced in my opinion. The owner was also helpful when it came to giving advice on how often to water the plants, where they should stay to get the best light, and answered all our questions. I ended up getting a ficus (left) and a juniper (right). When our ficus wasn't doing so well, we brought it back into the nursery hoping for answers on how we could better take care of it or plants like it in the future. Not only was she able to examine it, trimmed it, and showed us how to water it, she even went ahead and repotted a new one for us! We weren't expecting to even get a new ficus, but she went out of her way to find us another ficus, teach us how to take better care of it. This is one of the best shops I've ever been to as they truly care about their plants and their customers. We were just expecting to receive advice on how our ficus was dying and we ended up getting a new plant to start our journey again. No matter if you're a beginner or an expert, definitely give this place a go for some good service from the owners and some pretty plants!
