While I still love the arrangement and it was stunning when it first arrived, I do have a little update: I got my flowers Wednesday night and by Friday, many of them were wilting. I had another arrangement of flowers that were 4-5 days older and they looked like they were all from the same day. The other thing that is tricky is watering the flowers in the wooden box. There is some cellophane paper around the foam block to act as a guard, but since it isn't totally sealed, the water leaks out the bottom of the box and all over the counter. Still love my flowers and think they are beautiful.....just wanted to add these two comments as an FYI. read more

It is easy to find a florist who throws together brightly colored flowers without much thought to quality or design, but this florist goes the extra mile to make sure every piece is stunning, artistic, and cohesive. They clearly take pride in delivering the best possible product. With one arrangement, the owner personally called me the day it was scheduled to be delivered and asked if it was ok if he substituted a certain flower. He explained that he had inspected the flowers at the market that morning and determined that one he had planned to use was not of acceptable quality, but he wanted to make sure I approved of his substituting with another flower before he did so. I so appreciate him making sure that I got the best possible product and that I knew exactly what would be included in the arrangement. William was responsive, really understood what we were looking for, and told us to expect an estimate within a week. That was 2 months ago. Terrible customer service. Bill gave the impression he did not want to take the job presented because he wouldn't be able to get the high price he gets from other jobs (even though he agreed to particular terms at the beginning). He would change terms last minute and under a time crunch was very slow at responding. Because of this we never got to see his end product (which I'm sure is still beautiful). If he did not want the job, he should have been upfront and we would have completely understood and went elsewhere. Instead, he left us scrambling to find another florist for our event with very little time to recover. read more
