Has a family-sized; cheese and sausage pizza with garlic and hot peppers delivered. Wonderful, just could have used more Italian spices

So I placed an order for delivery at 721pm for delivery between 811pm and 831pm. I ordered a small pizza and 4 pizza slices. I first get a call at 804 and say 2 of the slices I ordered were sold out. I substituted for 2 pepperoni slices. then I get a call at 810pm oh im sorry well we only have one deep dish slice left well personally I dont eat pepperoni at all. I questioned why I was not notified sooner I would have just switched to a regular pizza probably would have been cheaper anyways. I was told the regular pizza was already ready. I was told I can order another pizza but would have to wait another hour. I asked can I be compensated for the inconvenience and I was told No becausetheir menu specificallysays while slices last. However on the online ordering site there is no mention of that at all. I asked for the managerbbut the person stated that they were the manager of this location. I asked so I cant be compensated any type of way no discount they said you can get another pepperoni slice. I ask will I get a discount they said no. I can maybe see if I was notified right away but you wait until the other food is ready nearly 50 minutes later. Also when i was notified about the first 2 slices not being available, that meant the other ones was available so they in turn sold that as well. I also pulled up proof from the website to submit I was still told no because it is on their in store menu. This is very bad business but the richton park location will never have to worry about me ordering from there ever again. Just simply ridiculous. They really need to be retrained on customer service and how to accommodate returning customers. read more

Ate pickup here a few weeks ago. Family size cheese and sausage. They tack on extra for sausage; counting it as an additional topping, so the standard price on menu most likely reflect cheese only. To me, this is one the the better locations to order from in the Cook County south and southwest suburb regions. read more

Beggars pizza has always been my go to choice for suburban pizza. Beggars offers a robust sauce , very flavorful, toppings are always fresh and loaded!! Beggars does not skimp on the toppings, a quality I love a lot. Service is quick - they do offer a drive thru pick up window for your order. My negative takeaway is the giardiniera i ordered on the side. It was very very dry !!! Needs to have the juices to go along with it read more

On April 5, 2025, we went to the Richton Park location and ordered a pizza. We then opted to wait the 30+ minutes for our pizza to be prepared. The young man who took our order said we could wait in the dining area for our food to be prepared. By chance, we decided to see if our food was ready. I was disappointed to see that staff was congregated at the order desk and our pizza was sitting on a shelf... nobody bothered to let us know that our order was ready. This is my new go-to pizza place.I love the sauce love the crust everything's fresh I'm never disappointed! This is the 3rd time I've gotten an order that was no where near what I paid for. It wasn't so bad that the pizza was cold the driver said he ran into a lot of traffic even though I only live 10 - 12 minutes away. It wasn't extremely bad that the pizza looked like it had been sitting or reheated. Maybe someone else brought it and didn't want it so they sold it to me. Uggggg. But the worst was the Greek Salad that looked more like a chopped salad the lettuce was brown in a lot of spots and to add insult to injury I got a cup of something that tasted like cooking oil instead of Greek dressing. I called two other Beggars Pizza's in the area who advised that a Greek Salad comes with oil and vinegar and a wedge of lemon . No one said it just came with a cup of oil. NASTY. I could have used some dressing from my refrigerator but the salad that looked more like a chopped salad that a Greek Salad was mixed to hide the brown lettuce and the little pieces of over ripped cucumbers. Calling the restaurant was a total waste. The hostess that answered the phone was honest and professional. The delivery may even though he was late was very customer friendly. The manager was ignorant. He knew he sold me garbage and refused to take responsibility. That's not a manager that's a slug!!!! Ordered from here right as the world was changing. Got a medium sausage pizza delivered zucchini sticks and wings. I paid upfront, obviously the new stsndard in fast food is pay upfront. Why? I was previously upset at not receiving my order however I did find that the manager Manny did place my order for delivery with the restaurant delivery driver as apposed to DoorDash who's driver stole my order. I waited approximately 3 hours for my order, not all fault of the restaurant. It should've been a red flag when. I spend an average of $50 to $60 each time I place an order for deliver from this location. For the 3rd time I got COLD FOOD. They want you to pay for it and they assure you they will replace it so don't do it. I sent the food back and only paid for that portion that was warm. The rest of our order was cold not Luke warm it was COLD. The driver although very apologetic was very nice but paying someone to bring you cold food that you have to put in the microwave is unacceptable. The manager as usually wasn't any help. And since they were busy he could not assure me that I would not get cold food or even get the same food back after he tossed it in the microwave, I don't trust Beggars Pizza, customer service or management. I think I will drive a little further and go to the Beggars in Oak Forrest or make my own. By the way 1 star was too high for dismissive and cold food. Check your food when you order from them before you pay for it. Or just pull a pizza out of the freezer and put it in the oven!!!!! read more

My Experience at this location was great placed an online order that needed to be edited called to edit it done with no problem. My pizza was done when they said it would be and it was delicious. Ordered a large pizza, 6 piece hot wing and a 6 piece BBQ wings. When I arrived to my destination, I noticed the wings were not "hot wings nor BBQ wings", they were just fried wings with a hot sauce and a BBQ sauce small container in the boxes. I called the establishment to inform them the order was incorrect, the wings should have been placed in the sauces. I was then told "well, that wasn't on the receipt". I was then told in order to correct this I had to bring the incorrect wings back for correction. (Really?!? Never experienced that in life but Ok) - I wouldn't be back in the area until the evening of the next day, I was told to bring the wings then for correction. So the next day comes, I bring back the wings, they were counted and then the order was corrected. In all honesty, I'm not even sure if they made a fresh batch or just dipped those old wings in sauce bc when I received the "corrected" order, it was hot as I expected it would have been. No apology given, no acknowledgement of inconvenience. All in all, pizza is good typical Beggars but check your order before you leave! read more

I went here long ago with my family the soda pitcher was lined with grease. The cups in which had pop in them already had a film of grease on them. Complained to management seemed like they did not care at all. Terrible dining experience I never went back. You will get better pizza from Domino's (I am serious.) read more
