I hope Corporate sees this review and holds the employees accountable for the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I just called in at 8:07pm on Saturday, Dec 20th, 2025 so hopefully they can tell who was answering the phone and who the manager was at that time. I placed an order for 2 large pizzas for $11.99 each for delivery. When he gave me my total he said it was $44. When I asked how the price doubled he said it was the delivery charge. I live less than 3 miles away so I said I'd go pick it up. The Packers vs Bears game is on but I wasn't about to pay nearly $20 for a delivery charge. When he gave me my new total for pick up, he said it was $35. When I asked how 11.99 + 11.99 + tax was adding $11 he said "that's what the screen says". At this point I asked to speak to a Manager. After a 5 minute wait a young lady picked up the phone. I asked if she was a Manager and she nonchalantly said "yeah". When I asked her name she said "why do you need my name" "Because you're the manager on duty and the person of authority and I'd like to know who I'm speaking with". She hung up on me I couldn't believe it. I almost went up there but I had to remind myself they're probably kids.....and the Packers vs Bears are playing . I talked myself off the ledge but I won't be ordering from this store anytime soon. I immediately called the Mokena location 815-242-2020 where they have a call center answering their calls. 2 x large $11.99 pizza with delivery totaled $31. I like this stores service and calculators because than the store on Lagrange. Save yourself the trouble and some $$$$ and call Mokena. read more

I ordered from here yesterday and got the $10 up to seven toppings large pizza. They also had a deal where you can get the garlic bread bites for $2.99 They do have better deals in the app then when you order for carry out, so I do suggest using the app. The food was good, I had no complaints. Everything was seasoned very well, and the crust had a garlic flavor. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was a little bit busy so I did wait about 35 minutes between ordering and picking up. read more

Always accurate. Best dominos in the area hands-down. This is our go-to always for a quick and easy late night pizza. Well managed.

I am a pizza connoisseur so don't prejudge me please. I know the difference between a great Chicago style pizza and an alternative. I gave 4 stars because this is an alternative. They have good discounts, decent pizza for the level or category and they have great customer service. I don't want to be disrespectful but Dominos is to pizza what McDonalds is to burgers. Get my drift? So keeping this in mind here are my thoughts. I had not had a Dominos pizza in over 20 years. I was stuck on the top level pizza places to my error. There is a time and place for Lou Malnati's and one for Dominos. So in the past month or so I have had Dominos three times. Why? Because they are fast, not bad tasting and fun. I have to stress that their prices are ridiculously high for their quality of pizza. And I have never received any codes for their emergency pizzas. So beware. The manager named Nicole at this branch is a total disgrace. Mistakes are bound to happen in providing a service so that wasn't my issue but the way she went about rectifying her mistake was utterly disgusting and I couldn't believe she was the actual manager of the branch when she proclaimed it. Messed up my order, was very rude and snarky upon me calling to complain about what I paid for plus tips as well. She tried to blame me for her mistake and also told me to "just eat it" even though what I ordered is not what I got. The black lady with braids who took our friends order is very rude and snarky. We told her to give us a second because we were pulling up our app, she the walked away to get other people's food and the went over to eat while we were standing in the front waiting for her to take our order. She then ate her food answered the phone and did not wash her hand. She knew we were waiting for her but she still did not come over. The then went into the back and started cussing. We have been standing here for 30 minutes waiting for then she took another person in front of us. Then walked away and didn't take our order. I placed an order for pick up got there and they gave me my food. I got home and found out they didn't get everything. I called them to let them know they told me to come get it and that they forgot to give it to me. I told them they have to deliver it and they said it will take an hour to get it. I waited for 4 hours and no show still didn't get my order. I called them and spoke to the Manager name Michael he was ex rude and very disrespectful on the phone. This is my first time visiting a Domino's store for pick up in years. However, this is a Domino's that went all out pulling out all the stops. It's not a dine in experience but there is lots to catch your eye while you wait. A big flat screen tv with something playing for the adults and a series of Domino's images on the wall to capture the attention of the children. Nick (driver/cashier) rang out my purchase of a variety of sauces because I had a gift certificate for my sandwiches. He answered all of my questions and even told me about the mix n match deals on the purchase of two sandwiches for $5.99/ea instead of $6.99 when you mention the deal at the time of your order. Riding home with these sandwiches is torcher because they smell like heaven. I can't wait to get home and eat. read more

The customer service and overall attitude of the staff is amazing! I've mostly dealt with Angela and many times, Tony. They both really care about customer experience and go out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied, every time. I placed an order from this location, BIG MISTAKE!! I'm half way from another one but decided to go here instead. My pizza had some wrong ingredients on it, that I had not noticed until my second slice =( So when I called instead of being apologetic the girl made it seemed like it was my fault for eating it. I believe the situation couldn't been handle differently than making me go back to the trash can to get the piece that I vomited out by then. I ordered a pizza and when I arrived home and I opened the box i noticed a slice of my pizza was missing. I called the store and the Manager started laughing when I told her about it. I drove to return the pizza in 0 degrees temperature and the manager told me that she will "give me a refund if I admit that I ate the piece". I was appalled that she called me a liar. She said she was related to the owner and had me call the owner. The owner told me that he told her to say that. It took him 10 minutes on the phone before he decided to refund me for the pizza. Never in my life has something like this happened to me and I can't believe the manager berated me and tried to force me into a false confession and that the owner was the one that told her to say that. read more

Don't usually write reviews for chain places like this but the speed of delivery of this place is awesome-- pizza always hot. And they always get my special order of "extra sauce" correct. Somebody is running this place well. read more
