We eat here about once a week and have always had great food. We like spicy stir fry and they will make it as spicy as you like. We always get the same dish, spicy Hunan shrimp. Their prices are fair as compared to other similar restaurants. The lunch special is $10.75 and the All day special combo platter is $12.45. The portions are quite large and we always have half of the meal left over for lunch the next day. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife who are friendly. There is a nice seating area of about 8 tables, but most of their business is take out. If you are in north Shreveport looking for excellent Chinese food, give them a try. read more

The staff is very friendly. The food is cooked to order. I tried a new dish. Dumplings. I got them steamed. They were too chewy. Next time, I should get them fried. The rice was done. The general Tao chicken was just ok. It looked very good. The portion was huge. read more

This is more of a takeout with tables. The food was nothing amazing but it was fine. Eat in your food is served on a paper plate and plastic to go container on a tray. The day I visited the weather is really cold so every time the door opened there was freezing air gusting through the seating area. read more

Ive been coming here for a while but this time it wasn't worth the money. Ordered the curry chicken extra spicy no carrots add mushrooms. Not xtra spicy all they added was a few chili flakes. There was an up charge for the shrooms which is new to me but i said fuck it im hungry. Now normally the curry chicken is yummy but this time it came with HUGE raw peppers and al dente cooked onions. Definitely a veggie person but there was literally no cook time to the veg EXCEPT the mushrooms they were perfect but they were sliced thin. I make stir fry mySelf so I know the ropes. I've sampled a lot of different Chinese places around the Shreveport/Bossier area and I'm happy to say that Beijing has never disappointed me. Their food always tastes fresh and is hot through the ride home. Once when I was out and about town, I decided on an impulse to go to Beijing and grab some food. After I placed my order, I sat and waited. It wasn't a long wait, and I noticed that they prepared their food as orders rolled in. No doubt that's why their food is always delicious. Also, no matter what I order, I add on a box of crab rangoon, and they always ventilate the box so the steam doesn't make them soggy while I wait to eat them. The portions for the price are fantastic, and they don't shell out tiny pieces of meat. I'm able to eat off of one large box of sweet and sour chicken at least three times, being full and satisfied each time. I highly recommend this place for quality Chinese. read more

It's certainly NOT the best Chinese food in Shreveport (Think Imperial Cathay) but it is very good for a small place operated by a young couple who are fairly new to the restaurant business (a year or two ago). I haven't been here much, but the times that I've been since they have opened well before my horrible experience with one of the employees there was crazy and I have REALLY slacked off on going there. My parents love this place. My mind keeps going back to the experience I had on a previous visit. The cashier/cook, took my order then wiped her nose with her hand, okay understandable, but she did the most unthinkable thing and proceeded to put the spring rolls I ordered in the fryer. EWE....GROSS. when I brought it to her attention she immediately said "I'm sorry." Then continue to do stuff with food. I was so out done that I was literally seconds, hell milliseconds from saying keep your nasty food, but my friend convinced me that since it was put in the fryer, prayerfully her germs would be cooked off and the food would be safe to eat. Trust me it took a LOT of convincing to get me to stay there. I'm telling you that if looks could kill, every cook in that establishment would be dead. When people mention going there, I turn my nose up. I hope that after some time...they've learned how to wash their hands. read more
