    Chinese on Wilson

This place has been around for yearsss. I would say they use to be better. I ordered a small shrimp fried rice (spicy) with broccoli, and it was just ok. It wasn't spicy or much taste. My mom got roast pork with Broccoli and brown rice and my sister got chicken wings with french fries. They both were ok too but also agreed the food doesn't taste like it use to. I know it's just a local Chinese shop, but when you're craving Chinese, you want it to be enjoyable and to not leave you feeling... ehhh. Also, upgrading the inside may help too. It still looks like it did 10+ years ago.

Sesame chicken platter. Huge portion also comes with a egg roll. DELICIOUS

They never disappoint. Coming from a foodie who does not live very close to this reateraunt i travel or order through yelp for this chinise food. Beijing house the top chinise food in their area hands down.

Vegetable chow fun - flavorless, not good. Shrimp dumplings were tasty.

Got wonton soup, shrimp dumplings and vegetable cow fun. The wonton soup was good. The shrimp dumplings were alright - they kinda seemed like steamed gyoza. I wanted pork dumplings but there aren't any listed on the delivery.com menu. That has to be a mistake?! Anyway chow fun had no flavor. You can even tell by the light color that it was lacking sauce. Not good.

Hair wrapped around my boneless chicken. I don't have hair. It's not mine.

The food is great when it doesn't contain hair. I don't have hair. So when I find hair in my food I know it isn't mine. Also paid fifty cents extra for a miserably small container of bbq flavored red oil, instead of what I thought would be bbq sauce. Disappointed.

Wonton Soup broth is extremely yellow like the color of a bum's urine who hasn't drank water in about a month. No good.

Just had my order delivered and I'm really disappointed by what they've provided me. 1) The delivery timing was extremely punctual and the delivery guy was such a nice guy. 2) Shrimp and Broccoli was decent. No complaints there. 3) Ordered a Wonton Soup and... wow. I've never seen wonton soup broth the color of urine. I'm talking homeless man, haven't had a drink of water and can only drink Mountain Dew type of yellow urine. In my experience, wonton soup is supposed to be light, clean and punching you with flavor. Also, the wontons were gigantic! Why? I really ordered my meal from this place because I was in the mood for soup, but I'm hating myself for this decision. I can't speak for any of the other dishes outside of what I ordered, but I'll highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER the wonton soup!

The food was very fairly priced and the portions were huge. We got the pork soup dumplings, pork fried rice, szechuan chicken (which came with white rice), and pad see ew (which though not listed comes with pork, chicken, and shrimp). Everything was solid, but our favorite was the fried rice which had a ton of flavor. I liked the veggies that were in the chicken dish but there were just way too many of them compared to the chicken and I wasn't crazy about the sauce. The pad see ew wasn't made the traditional way I've had it with soy sauce and oyster sauce. It had some sort of orange sauce that tasted closer to a sweet and sour. It wasn't bad it was just not what I was hoping for. The soup dumplings were solid, no complaints there. And the fried rice was great, lots of flavor. Overall, I liked this place especially for the price but I'd probably order different things if I went back.

I found parking down the block and walked over to the restaurant. It seems like more of a delivery spot because there was no one inside sitting at any of the 5 tables. It's a fairly good size space, very simply decorated, mixed with a cool wall resembling a curio cabinet of treasures. I chose a spot in the middle and went to the restroom which was clean and simple. I noticed there were a lot of takeout orders, from delivery services to local folks picking up their regular dinner. I looked over the menu and decided on salt and pepper wings and an order of shrimp. Fried Rice came out first and it was delicious. I even tasted a hint of salted egg yolk mixed into the egg mixture friefried up with the rice that signature crispiness with the little saltiness.... fantastic. The salt and pepper wings were different than the ones i'm accustomed to though the flavor was amazing. It didn't have the fried garlic, peppers, chilis, and onions that i'm accustomed to being in the dish. They were still flavorful, juicy and crisp and I could tell they cooked them fresh. That was much appreciated. I ended up taking half of my food home because I was stuffed.Thank you Msm Ellen and the Crown Garden crew for a tasty solo dinner.

The spiciest, numbing dish we got was probably the spicy hot pot. The vegetables were delicious, like the water spinach, pea shoots, and garlic smashed cucumbers. The sour fish soup wasn't overly acidic like other places. Portions are large and great for sharing family style. A dish that I haven't seen at other restaurants is salted egg yolk tofu. It was very good here.

The pork with garlic sauce was absolutely delicious. This one isn't spicy so it didn't numb the mouth. The mapo tofu was also delicious and a little spicier but still not numbing the mouth. Def better to have it with rice though. The green pepper fish was mouth numbing and honestly I couldn't taste much of the flavor because the combination of spice and the hot temperature of the food was overbearing for me. So if you're like me and can tolerate some spicy but not numbing spicy then I would recommend telling them less spicy. Portions were perfect for 5 people (3 males and 2 females) as we ordered 2 of the pork with garlic sauce, 2 mapo tofus, and 1 big green pepper fish dish. We went on a Saturday at 5:30pm so it wasn't too crowded. Overall delicious and the staff were all friendly and very attentive in filling up our water for our spicy meal. (mapo tofu not shown as we were too hungry)

I decided to try the bourbon chicken with plain fried rice and I was very pleased with my order. The chicken was seasoned just right and tasted amazing. I also ordered a lemonade which came with a slice of lemon inside. I couldn't eat of my food that evening so I placed the rest inside of the refrigerator for lunch the following day. Lunchtime came around so I heated the rest of food for my lunch and the food tasted just as good as it did the previous day. The restaurant's decor wasn't anything spectacular, just plain and simple. I like to look around the restaurant if possible to check out the cleanliness of the business overall. It seemed to be very clean to me......in my opinion. I will definitely be back to patronize Hardee's again for great food and good service.

However, the real negative here is the operations. It is a chaotic mess for the volume they are trying to do. It's not about adding more manpower, it's about streamlining. Tables are sitting empty while people are on the waitlist (not due to reservations), orders are going to the wrong tables, to-go orders are in disarray and have to be re-verified on multiple orders, and it takes a long time to get some water. The Yelp waitlist is useless here - wait was supposed to be 5-10 minutes and it turned into almost 40. All this could have been avoided with more planning, better organization, and training. Kitchen staff doing their job well. Front of house needs work.
