Changed Dentistry For Me. Dr. Ramos was gentle, professional, and dextrous. Ria the technician was warm, asked me to raise my left hand if I felt discomfort, and highly accommodating. I was given a remote control for the large flatscreen in front of me, all of Netflix at my fingertips. Started with Black Panther, and moved onto Parks and Rec. It was just a routine exam and cleaning, but my life is changed. My teeth are so clean, and I felt no discomfort. Dr. Ramos is putting a few at-risk cavities on watch, but did not push me to expensive procedures that I did not need. I felt like family here. This is my first yelp review ever. That's how strongly I feel about this place. Other dentists will never be the same. I've been going to this dental office for almost a decade! I love my dentist, Dr Mike, who always make me feel the least pain since my teeth are uber sensitive. Every staff member are both professional and friendly. I feel more like a friend when I'm there than just a patient with how we interact and converse. The facility is clean and modern. Parking can be hectic since the parking lot is small and with many restaurants in the plaza but I've only had problems with parking once and I usually go during the lunch hours. Let it be known i love candy and well im paying for it now. Let it be known i love things that are pretty and im picky about that topic, let it be KNOWN I got a excellent smile so it helps me get extra perks in life. For instance i get a Free soda with my pizza slices at a local joint cause the lovely minx at the register cant get enough of these pearly whites. Every once in awhile this heavenly grill locks onto an unsuspecting target and charms its way into someones thoughts. If your on the receiving end of this smile, chances are you will let me talk to you if not more *wink wink* So THANK GOD MY TEETH ARE STRAIGHT! and thank god this girl is falling for the smile, because if they found out i was a sexual tyrannosaurus you think these sweet Bambi's would step close to me? NOPE! My teeth are an asset and i don't just hand over my precious grill to anyone. I need a real set of pros to take care of these polar bear sized molars and these sweet bubble gums. Well if there is anyone i got my full trust with, its definitely bel air dental. Why you say? Well for one, it is ran by not only ultra courteous and beautiful ladies, but also with genuine concern for my dental health. Let me just tell you my mouth has got more crowns then a royal court and i guarantee you there was enough dental work done to me over the 20 years i been around i swear cavities think my grill is a Hawaiian getaway. They made every procedure from root canal to creating crowns a breeze sometimes I forget i had 4 fillings done in a day cause it felt like they only did 1. I get special treatment every visit and i have comfort in knowing these teeth are going to be shining at levels over 9000 and they are so bright you would think i had florescent bulbs in my gums. The technology here is TOP TIER, Ipad 2 got nothing on a digital X-ray scanner, marble top spit bowls and sunglasses. THATS RIGHT SUNGLASSES! I come here for all my dental needs. Staff are super nice and the facility is top notch in terms of technology/class. The Dentists are excellent and I never feel a thing during my procedures, and I've had all kinds. LOL. Root canals, crowns, fillings, extractions, you name it. The best has got to be porcelan crowns and fillings. Gone are the days of the silver ones... Exceptional Dentist and Staff! The dentist really took his time to answer all my questions. This is rare since 90% of other dentists i go to are nice but always in a rush. Prices are great as well. I love this dentist office. I never thought I would say that I love a dentist office but this place is fantastic. It had been a while since I had been to see one and they had quite a lot of cavities to fill plus some deep cleaning. They did such an amazing job. I had to go back a few times to finish my procedures. I never had to wait and they were all very friendly. I was a loyal patient for over 6 years, even though their pricing is more on the high side. I figured the staffs were nice so I never thought about going elsewhere. However, one interaction in July 2017 was the last for me. I went there to have my veneer/crown replace. This was my 4 time replacing a crown with them. They used to have a crown milling machine on site so the process was same day. Now they send it out to a lab which takes at least 1 week. I was ok with the 1 week time frame, but they got my crown's color wrong twice, once it was too dark compared to my other teeth and the other time too light with a 1 week wait time in between. So they had go over to the lab in south San Jose to try to match the color. I had to take a day off work because the time it took to see the dentist, figure out that the color was wrong once again, drive to the lab and try to figure out the coloring, it took almost 4 hours. 4 hours?! for what was suppose to be a simple cement process? So all together, I went 3 weeks with a temporary crown for my front tooth that was much more yellow than my other crowns, so I felt too embarrassed to even smile during that time. When I finally got the crown this last time, they said the color matched and told they told me to go look in the mirror in the lobby because there were more sunlight. I look and yes it looked the same at the time because the sun was setting so the outside light was kind of yellowish so it made all my teeth appear the same hue. It wasn't until I was driving in my car a few day later and looked in the rear view mirror, that I noticed that the crown was whiter than my other crowns, since in the darker cab of my car, the sunlight wasn't too overpowering that it tinted all of my teeth the same hue like how it did in the lobby. I called them and told them about the problem and how they should have known to compare the color in a more neutral place with lower natural light instead of the lobby mirror where the overpowering sunlight would taint the perception of color. They said there's nothing they can do since I signed the form saying that I was happy with the tooth. They just brushed me off after I was a loyal customer for 6 years. Like there's nothing they can do. Even after I never complained about how I had to wear the discolored temporary crown for 3 weeks; how I had to take a day off to go to their lab to try to get the color right; and how they should have common sense to not look at coloring when there is too much sunlight. Replacing the crown on their tab would have cost them $700, pennies compared to what they bring in, but customer satisfaction isn't their concern, so I'm going elsewhere for my dental needs. I'm in my 30's so have many more years of dental maintenance, so they just lost that revenue stream over their bad customer service. Thanks for reading my yelp. More venting than anything for me. My advice is to not listen to their instruction to use the lobby mirror but look at your crown in your car with the natural light and lower light intensity which will help you see if the color matches. read more

This is a long time coming. I have been going to this staff for over ten years. They are truly amazing!. Everyone is so attentive and caring. They treat you as a person and not just another number to add to their business. Staff there are so welcoming and concern about their clients. They're always smiling and ready to help with all your needs. They would never do anything without making sure it was ok by me, or my family. Staff do what is best for me, but at the same time listen to my concerns about what needs to be done. Staff, are conscious of my same gender family and never once treaded us differently or made us feel unwelcome. The doctors are gentle and well experience with all needs.
