A very nice salesperson walked us through the options in the store, none of which fit the bill. She brought us to her manager and we selected one from the online catalog to be delivered straight to our house. We chose self-assembly to get it sooner. During assembly the bookcase sides were damaged because the screws protruded too far. We called customer service the next day and they opened a case and had us upload photos. We got our damaged bookcase taken away (including all the cardboard packaging it came in) and a new bookcase delivered and assembled on site. The delivery/assembly men were great! Fast, efficient, friendly, and took their shoes off outside the door! Our new, functional bookcase is here and beautiful - 2 weeks after first ordering.
