We were immediately greeted and asked about the razor blade thingy and they had them conveniently located right by the checkout register. Next we asked about where we could find packing tape and were told exactly what aisle that was located. There are a lot of things cram packed on the shelves, which is great! You can even find things you didn't know you needed! Such a cute, fun store! I was greeted by a very friendly employee as I entered the store who asked how she could help me and the employees at the checkout took my keys and went to work copying them. I needed a couple of other items and the young lady radioed an employee at the back of the store who met me as I walked there and showed me the items I needed. Three days after "delivery", multiple calls with the manager and delivery handler I still had not received the insulation and conduit. Each call ended with "the delivery company has dispatched a driver and it will be there by Three pm I decided to return everything and get a refund. That would been the end of it, but the store manager is refusing to refund the delifvery fee and tried to make me contact the third party for a refund. I refuse to deal with the third party as I did not hire them. 8 days later and still nothing. I will not use lowes again.
