    What can I say? I scheduled an appointment last Friday, They never showed. They did call but I called back . No answer. Horrible place

    Once again, Via has come to the rescue and saved me from having to purchase a new appliance…read more Although the appliances (JennAir) came with the home 6 years ago, they have started to fail. Lucky, Via sent out one of its expert technicians (John P who has come out before for other appliances) quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, made the repair, and had our appliance back and operational. I could not be more pleased (and with the cost of the repair too!). I've been fortunate to use Via to handle repair work in many other of my homes in which I have owned. Super responsive, talented technicians, and a great value for the service. I won't call anyone else for my appliance needs. ..I trust them!

    My experience so far has been horrible with this company. I have Cinch warranty and they use this…read morecompany to complete submitted claims on appliances but since I submitted a warranty claim, Feb 24 and it's April 1 going on my 3rd week without my oven. 1st visit 2/27: service worker came by, checked out the temperature of the oven as the issue was that it wasn't heating up pass 100 degrees said a part was needed and that he will return soonest. 2nd visit 3/9: a different service worker came by, replaced the part that was ordered from the first service appointment. Oven temperature was back working and so I thought was good to go. 3/17: I come home to my entire house smelling like gas, called my gas company and fire department and they noticed that during the repair on 3/9 that the service worker pulled my oven out too far from the wall, enlarged the hole in my wall and caused a gas leak in my home. Was advised to not use my oven until it is repaired. (I attached the photo) 3/23: a 3rd service provider came by, confirmed the gas leak was caused by the service worker on 3/9 and that he will further assistance to get this taking care of. 3/27: appoint was missed, I've took off work 3 times for this matter so far didn't have the hours so I went to work and requested the service worker to call my desk when he's on the way so that I can meet him there. What delays the issue is that you can not contact the service worker directly so I was unable to provide estimate time of arrival, etc. to him directly which caused him to move on to the next claim. Today 4/1: I took off work for the window 12-3pm I am writing this review at 2:25 with no updates or status on if the service worker is coming back today. If I can provide zero stars I would. I also have to keep working with this company as THEY caused further damages to my wall/oven which still leaves me without an oven until I guess I reschedule again?

    AVOID THIS COMPANY! 2 1/2 weeks to replace a fridge/freezer compressor, tech ended up severely…read moreburning the housing unit on the compressor, so much so it is not salvageable! I spent 2+ hours cleaning soot all over the house, from the torch used. Company refuses to issue a refund and owner will not return any phone calls or emails! Had a second company come out and they were appalled by the work that was done.

    Follow up: Mr…read more Appliance still has not given me my 840.00 return, and it is being disupted...they demanded that their technician leave my premises after being on an IPAD (getting facetimed and groomed on how to repair my dryer). Literally technician was on the phone trying to walk him through the repair. I was shocked. When questioned, they asked him to leave my house with no repair done. When contacted by credit card (and they waited until the last possible day to do so, of their 30 day response time), they claim they need to keep the diagnostic fee. This fee usually gets incorported into repair fee. They choose to have him leave when they realized he wa incapable of doing repair...this is picture of him taking dryer parts back with him (first they tried to tell me I kept the parts :). You can not make this up....Have asked /emailed owner to contact me multiple times in past 5 weeks...he HAS NEVER ONCE responded or contacted me in reagrd to the plethora of errors/damages/stealing on their end. Time to give me my money back..Horrific company, personal and professionalism. DO NOT USE.
