I was told a marathon was impacting traffic, but as a traveler who planned ahead and arrived on time, this is something the company should have anticipated and communicated more clearly. I also spent about $80 in Uber fees just getting to the meeting location, which added to the frustration. To their credit, the guide later connected me with the first food stop and arranged for tacos and issued a full refund, which I appreciated. However, the bigger disappointment was the lost opportunity--I could have booked a drag show or another tour during that time instead of waiting. Customer service tried to make things right after the fact, but better planning, proactive communication, and respect for guests' time would have made a big difference.

I can tell Willy is a genuinely nice & helpful person by nature who has a true passion for this stuff. He helped me one day that I was pretty much stranded w/ a damaged pedal on my way home & fixed it for me w/ no problem whatsoever. The owner & the other bike mechanic also seem like very nice people; overall, very down to earth, respectful, & professional. Good prices & efficient too! Can't beat that! I purchased a Stromer electric bicycle from this store for $7,000. I brought the bike in for…read moreroutine maintenance this past December, and after that service, the bike began experiencing electrical issues that it did not have before. From the first day I picked it up, the motor would overheat and the pedal assist would not function properly. I brought the bike back to the store, and they kept it from December 20 to January 19, nearly a full month, for repair. When I picked it up on January 24, the same electrical issue reappeared within less than 30 minutes of riding. The issue was not resolved. I contacted the store the same day and provided photos showing the issue was still present (I have photos with metadata and records of the messages I sent). I was told they would contact Stromer, but they never asked me to bring the bike back. On January 28, after three business days, I requested an update via text and was told they were still waiting for Stromer's response. By January 30, I still had no resolution or meaningful communication. I then requested, via text message, a defined timeline for resolution, giving a deadline of seven days and stating that I would escalate the matter further if necessary, although I preferred not to. After this message, the dealer responded in writing that they would no longer manage my warranty case, would no longer communicate with me regarding the issue, and that I was no longer welcome at their store. They advised me to contact Stromer directly, despite the fact that Stromer does not provide direct support to individual customers in the U.S. The phone number provided did not connect me to customer support. In their message, this store stated that the initial warranty case had been "fully resolved" and suggested that any further assistance would have been a goodwill gesture rather than a warranty obligation. This does not align with my experience, as the electrical issue remained unresolved and first appeared after their service. Screenshots of the messages referenced above are attached. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

We…read morediscovered Suncycling was less than a mile from our accommodations and had ebikes available to rent. We got in communication through email with Alfredo who answered all our questions and we arranged to rent two ebikes. We drove to the store, got all our gear organized, then parked at our hotel and returned with the 15 minute walk to the shop to get the bikes (the store only provides 30 minute parking). The ebikes were ready to ride and well tuned. We were able to ride to Crandon Park along the great trail on the Rickenbacker Causeway. Left at 12 and back by 4:30. Excellent job Suncycling.

I went in to try and exchange a $30 bike lock that I never used. I brought the receipt expecting a simple exchange and instead was met with a young man with an Afro and a middle aged woman with black hair that told me they couldn't help because it did not have the cardboard backing with the barcode on it. They refused, saying no one would buy it and it was their management that told them this rule and refused to help. I could have gone to any big box store and would have received better service and care. Unfortunately, I will never come back here again even though I was looking to get a bike fitting and considering their services even though it's $250. I'm looking somewhere else!

Hate to write this review but I had the worst experience at this bike shop. Which absolutely sucks…read morebecause I have been to their other location in doral, multiple times, where the customer service is great, everyone's friendly but at this gables location? They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.
