I scoffed and said that today's technology and modern security cameras would prevent that from happening, and I'm sure they're more careful about security after his experience and raising his concerns to Glacier West. Well, first thing, every negative review written about this place, was an issue for me, so that saves me time in posting that. I've had my RV broken into 3 separate times.. a battery, propane tank and some tools were stolen over the course of 7 years. Security cameras? Couldn't find any footage, or they didn't have a good angle of my RV...blah blah blah. There are some valid assumptions from not only my friend, but some of the locals close to me, on why no evidence could be found, but I don't want to post anything that hasn't been proven. I'm now storing my RV at Olympic View Storage in Port Orchard. Oh Man, what a huge difference!! Security cameras everywhere and every movement in that facility is documented. All the negative reviews about Glacier West is the total opposite of Olympic View. I now have peace of mind about my property and don't have to worry about what surprise awaits me when I get to my RV after not being there for a few months. My opinion about Glacier West was always pretty low, but it's now even lower after having a first class storage facility to compare it to.

Our washer and dryer were not disconnected for the NTS pickup. I accept that part was on us. What was not on us was how my family was treated. My wife asked if there was any way they could help her find a solution and was met with visible frustration. When my daughter tried to hand them the phone so I could speak with them from overseas, the crew left. I called the office and spoke with Shannon, the office manager, to understand what happened. I did not yell and I did not threaten anyone. I raised a concern about my family. Shortly after, my wife called to ask about an earlier date and was told Evergreen no longer wanted to provide the service, and the call was ended. We were dropped in the middle of a military move with our flight days away. Twenty four years of service and many PCS moves, and I have never had a company walk away from a military family for asking a question. JPPSO found us Hill Moving Services instead. They were professional, respectful, careful with our home, and finished in under an hour. That is what this should have looked like from the start. If you have any say in your provider, ask for Hill. Military families, there are better options out there. Please choose one.

The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". I was a day later than I was intending, I knew I would get charged. But they apparently don't believe in refunding renters at all when they move out. Other storage unit companies will pro-rate your remaining days left and pay you back. But not Attic Storage! That's $250 they're choosing to keep for pretty much nothing. Yay. On top of that, after being gone for two years, I come back to find my storage unit has had rats all throughout it, with tons of damage to my things in my unit. They say they keep the premises clean of rats, but that's definitely not true! Those are two big reasons to avoid Attic Storage, until they decide to put their customers first!

Mice chewed belongings and boxes and drug in some type of food, bringing in the ants. I'm not happy with the condition, the business practices, or the customer relations. I actually have nothing good to say after how I was treated. The photos I took speak for themselves. I've spent $1350 for mice to chew up my belongings and shit everywhere.
