Gate are left open during the day because of keypad problems. Went to get my RV during a 3 day weekend gate was locked and keypad didn't work for the 3rd time in 10 days. Called customer anti-service and received no apology was put in hold while they checked to see if my bill was paid. They came back on the line and told me nobody would be able to let me in for 2 days. If that wasn't enough I spend my winters making sure my RV is rodent free since the county drops off abandoned RVs full of garbage and rodent infestation. You're better off leaving your vehicle on the side of the road as far as security and maintenance goes here. The security lights are on a timer that isn't set right or doesn't work. Most winters my RV sits in the pitch black until I call and they fix the lights. For all these benefits you get rewarded annually with a hefty price increase. They do paint the buildings and the pavement though. I will be searching for a new storage facility. This one has the warmth and customer service of an ICE detention center.

He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

I was a day later than I was intending, I knew I would get charged. But they apparently don't believe in refunding renters at all when they move out. Other storage unit companies will pro-rate your remaining days left and pay you back. But not Attic Storage! That's $250 they're choosing to keep for pretty much nothing. Yay. On top of that, after being gone for two years, I come back to find my storage unit has had rats all throughout it, with tons of damage to my things in my unit. They say they keep the premises clean of rats, but that's definitely not true! Those are two big reasons to avoid Attic Storage, until they decide to put their customers first!
