Open from 9a-11p.
When we arrived, soon after they opened, there was one woman working alone, which added to the wait; she was polite but busy. She had a number system but still seemed unsure sometimes of which waffles went to whom. I didn't receive a number; she just asked my name.
About 8 tables outside with a handful more inside. By about 35 min after opening, all outside tables are full.
A little confusion with our order. We were supposed to get one Liege plain and one Belgian with caramel sauce. Somehow we got two Liege (makes sense with what I paid). Liege was good but a bit overcooked; the one at Le Roi de la Gaufre was better. Belgian was soaked in salted caramel, but good. read more
