Blew a stop sign almost causing an accident, and then started brake checking. He stopped abruptly with no signal or warning and put his flashers on, looking to start a fight. He was cursing and yelling out his window. When I tried to go around him, he started backing up into me, and almost hit another vehicle and a rock wall. We dealt with service technician "Art" and found him to be competent, flexible and pleasant, coming right over on a sunday evening to help us with a small problem.
