The customer service for this location sucks! they don't greet you, They don't ask if you need help with anything and they pretty much act like your invisible, I had to literally wave one of them down so I could get them to open the fitting room up for me after I had already been standing there for 5mins. It's always two or three girls working and every time I go there it's the same thing. Their so busy talking about who boyfriend is doing what and what club they wanna go to, they don't have time to practice good customer service skills. When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I should have known how this visit would unfold when I saw the "handwritten sign" notifying patrons of the store hours and mannequins in the window dressed with items the store doesn't sell. The last time I visited I was told they had been painting and weren't officially open. So my question today is, "Why is it so hard to keep an 8.5-9 shoe size?" The saleswoman had the nerve to tell me that the shoe I requested had been restocked but she only had "small" sizes available. I'll continue ordering my Free People shoes online. Forget about supporting local businesses. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular (which I was) and she pointed me in the direction I was already in. She was NO help in her pink dress and sneakers (you'll remain anonymous). Here's my opinion, when women such as myself are shopping for "flats" and you're a contemporary woman, no one wants a kitten heel. My late grandmother would have loved them.
