After MONTHS I called after hearing nothing from them and they informed me that they had towed my car to a absolutely unacceptable and horrible "tow yard" (if you can even call it that.) please for the love of god do not take your car here. I now owe money to a tow yard that I would have never had my car towed to if I had been given a notice (which I am legally entitled to.)

Don't waste your time or your money it's better to just pay a dealership level mechanic to do the work.At least there is accountability when they do the work.
