Immediately after going through the wash, my car was still visibly dusty and had streaks left on multiple areas, indicating the wash was not completed properly. We turned around right away and returned to the location to address it, but the manager (white guy with earrings) refused to offer a rewash, refund, or to give us his name. I understand that policies vary by location, but I expected at least a courtesy rewash since the issue was identified immediately after exiting the tunnel. The lack of resolution was frustrating given that the service was clearly not completed as expected. I hope this location improves consistency and customer service moving forward.
