Fate brought me in contact with Lisa, whose kind diligence and energy, sustained my quest over a couple of days until she found the perfect car for us in size and comfort: physically and financially. There are many steps between saying "I'll take it" and driving it home. Vaden is highly competent in guiding new buyers through those and leading a new buyer to that drive home. On December 6, 2025, I contacted the service department regarding a safety concern I had. While driving down the interstate 2 days prior my windshield wipers stopped working during a thunderstorm. I advised the service department that I did safely pull off the interstate and check wires, fuses, etc. and could not get the wipers to work. The wipers were non-operational for an entire day and night. I purchased this vehicle brand new, and this is not the first time the wipers cut out while driving in the rain...ps my vehicle is only 14mos old! I took my vehicle to the service department on December 8th (next business day) to have the wiper issue diagnosed and was advised that it would be difficult to diagnose the issue without it being present and that due to the high volume of service requests it would take 24-48hrs for a service department member to be able to run the diagnostics. It was agreed that the service manager, Amanda, would speak with her service techs and see if they, or anyone they worked with, had encountered this issue before. Amanda stated that she would call me back. It is now February 12th, 2026, and I have not heard a word from Ms. Amanda. I broke down and took my vehicle to Vaden Chevrolet Pooler to have an oil change, the wipers diagnosed, and to address an airbag light on my dashboard. ** *The previous oil change I had inquired about the same airbag light, and was advised the vehicle was fine*** Long story short is that I still have no diagnosis for my wipers not working as they "were not able to replicate" the issue during service, and that an airbag module was damaged by the front passenger seat heating element. I was advised that because the seats were not factory installed the module would not be covered under warranty, and I would need to pay a $199.00 diagnostic fee. HERE'S THE THING... I purchased that vehicle, brand new, from the lot with those seats installed in it by the dealership prior to me even looking at the vehicle!! I am now driving a vehicle where the wipers may... or may not work during a rain storm, and the airbags may... or may not work during an accident because I cannot afford to pay for something that I did not cause... for a company that claims to "treat everyone like family" I sure do feel like the family outcast! read more

A brand new , zero miles, 2024 Chevrolet Silverado completely malfunctioned. This is the 5th time, the fourth time, they had my truck for months, I was told my truck was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. I was also told that my paperwork was not ready and would be emailed to me later on that day. The young lady at the desk asked me "Was I driving my truck today?" and I paused and looked at her with a blank stare....why would she be asking me this??....i replied "Yes, I need my truck." I drove 5 mins up the road to get on I95 and as soon as I accelerated my truck sputtered and would not go faster than 25 miles per hour. Mind you this is the exact same thing it has been doing all 4 times! Scared out my mind, I immediately pulled over and put my hazards on. This is beyond crazy...I felt like I was going to die, not to mention how incredibly unsafe this was when the speed limit is 70 miles per hour. It took me 45 mins just to return my truck back to the dealership. When I got back, no one cared or even gave me an apology. Now I'm getting the runaround again. I am completely loosing my trust in Chevrolet, as currently I still own 2 Chevrolets. I was promised it was going to be fixed, not to mention everytime it is there, I have to reach out to them first. I reach out to them just to see if there is any update on the vehicle. Everytime my truck has been at the Chevrolet dealership it has been well over 3 weeks each time, and this time mysteriously I couldn't have a rental car. Over 150 days total my car has been in the shop since I bought it. Their overall unprofessionalism reflects when you try to ask for a reasonable explanation. They get all tied up in their own lies. My patience is being tested , and the principle of it, this is a really bad experience! We are deeply disappoint with the levels of service we have been getting with the dealership. I dropped off my 2025 Chevrolet truck on a Monday for a front bumper sensor that has moved out of place making the cruise control inoperable. I had to pay for a rental because Vaden said they can't verify if it's a warranty issue yet. On Thursday it hadn't been fixed, and Marrianne refused to fix the warranty issue until I signed a document stating that I would pay for repairs if the tech deemed it necessary and not under warranty. I went and picked up my truck. This is the worst "service" that I've ever encountered. I then took my truck to Rincon Chevrolet where they fixed it under warranty in a day, and gave me a loaner vehicle for a day. read more

Very Disappointed with Vaden Chevrolet Service Department I had an appointment today at 10:00 AM for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my ignition key checked because it gets stuck and will not turn completely off. I arrived early, at 9:20 AM, and was immediately told I would need to leave my truck for two days. I explained that I had made a service appointment -- not an appointment just to "see a representative" -- but the woman at the counter insisted that was all my appointment was for. I took the day off work specifically to get this service done, and to be told something completely different when I arrived was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I left very upset. An hour later, I received a call from someone at Vaden Chevrolet asking about trading in my truck. After what had just happened, that felt incredibly disrespectful and only made things worse. I told them clearly that I would never deal with this dealership again. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here. I've also brought my truck in multiple times for ongoing issues with Apple CarPlay shutting down, and the problem still has not been resolved. I've tried to give this dealership several chances, but the lack of communication, organization, and customer care has been consistent. I truly expected better from Vaden Chevrolet. Fraud!!!! College Daughter had brake calipers replaced and they quoted $5,000 to repair "holes in engine". Took Jeep to three other mechanics that reported engine was completely fine. Jeep was 4 years old snd less than 48,000 miles. I have proof of fraudulent estimate and other mechanics. Filing complaints with BBB, attorney general, and corporate. Disgusting!!!! read more

Against my bettrr disrespectful place afterrhe Service Manager Amanda called me. She openly admitted that the dealership had failed at its job. Shevoffered for me to return to the dealership so that I could change my SUV'S oil and provide a tank of gas all free of charge. I explained that I did not get off until 4p and was working in Savannah. Amanda leftvthe dealership prior to my arrival There was a bad accidentbon 95N causing serious delays. At 5: 30p a person by the namevod Skylar called me inquiring if we were coming. I asked who "we" were that he was referring too, and he stated he was not told my name or that I was offered any free srrvices or gas. I recorded both conversations since they called my cellular phone so that I would have proof of the conversations. I was infruriated because I was told that they would not take my car. These people are unprofessional and truly liars each of them. I have called GM again to report them again. I pray that each involved have an experience such as this with their cars. Stay away from the service center! I purchased my Vaden Nissan in Hinesville. I purchased the extended warranty, 3 for 1, AUL technology warranty and Assurant Maintenance program. I've used the maintenance program, at Vaden Chevrolet, to get my oil changed and tires rotated when it came due. Everything has gone fine....until today. I dropped it off and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later they called and said it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it would be $121. I tried to explain I had purchased coverage, but Kandice Carpenter walked off in the middle of my explanation. She returned and told me I could speak to the Finance Manager, but it was going to cost $121. The finance manager was no help. He only said the full synthetic blend, $121 and two and a half hours was normal for any oil change. I tried to tell him I would not have agreed to the oil change if I was told it would cost $121 up front. No apology. No excuse. Just that $121 was the price of an oil change at Vaden. I'm not 100% sure performing a service without explaining the cost up front is legal, but it is unethical. Luckily, I also pay for an attorney and will have them take a look at Vaden's actions. Hopefully Toby Howard becomes aware of what her team is doing and makes the necessary PIP adjustments. Bottom line, do not trust Vaden Service and Finance employees. They are unethical and when they are wrong it will only cost you. read more

This place sucks. I want to give them negative review but I can't unfortunately. Had engine issues and dropped it off told $199 for diagnostic fee. Came back 4 days later with a fix cost of $3700 for camshaft and a few other internal parts. Was asked to give consent to work on it so I did as I needed my truck back asap and then 2 days later I called in to check where we were and the price now was over $9k. They said the breakdown to verify was the 3700 and the fix is now over $9k. I asked for new engine prices for the 5.3 to see what other options I had and when that quote was given to me it was upwards of 14K when the engine cost on GM website is 6K. 8K in labor cost is wild. Was also told I would have to pay for the breakdown of the old engine as well which pushed me up to 17K and some change. I was forced to agree to do just the camshaft for 10K and a week later was told I needed to put a 50% deposit down before work could get started. Now another week later I asked for updates as we are now 3 1/2 weeks in and got a response of we had bearing issues and you need a new engine. Looking at what the price would be after they admitted fault but won't tell me a price or a timeframe for this as everything is backordered. Refused to get me a courtesy car or rental car through them so I have a $200 extra per week bill while I wait on a fix. Have been lied to and told the wrong info since day 1 and I still don't have my truck back. This place is ridiculous and needs to get put out of business. read more

I am leaving a two star review because as far as the salesman and finance guy they were great! However, after going through the process to purchase a 21 Tahoe from them, meaning my credit had been ran and was told what the monthly note would be, I was then informed that the coolant valve needed to be replaced. The day I planned to drive down, under the impression this was being fixed, I was not informed until I was an hour from the dealership (I live 4 hrs from here) that the truck would not be ready once we completed the paperwork. They were gracious enough to provide a loaner. It took them a week to fix that issue and once I was told it was finished we drove back down to pick it up. I was very transparent with my schedule and when I was coming down due to the drive. We did not even get ten minutes up the road from picking the truck up and the check engine light came on!!! To say the least, I was furious!!! Again, The sales guy we worked with was very nice and got us what we wanted, and the finance gentleman was fantastic to deal with. My biggest issue is not doing a full inspection of the vehicle prior to listing the vehicle is ready to be sold. Had the inspection been completed prior to listing for sale, then all of these issues could have been repaired and we could have avoided all this extra drama. read more

Vaden Chevrolet Pooler BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please read this review before buying anything from this dealership! I bought my vehicle 2021 Ford Explorer XLT from Vaden of Pooler on 12/30/2024. May 28, 2025 (5 months later) I brought the vehicle back to Vaden of Pooler for the transmission shifting really hard. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told by my salesperson that I would have a rental car ready for me when I got there. Of course, they didn't have a rental car ready, not even going into. Fast forward, Marianne in service department was who I was dealing with, and I was told by her after it sitting in their shop for 9 days with very little contact that it was not a transmission issue (NOT TRUE). So, we decided on June 7th, 2025 to go in and see what actually was going on with my vehicle because at this point, I couldn't get anyone to call me back or pick up the phone to answer my questions. Everything we had been told was BS. When we got there Marianne proceeded to tell us that they ended up finding a leak coming from the transmission pan and that my vehicle was on the lift checking it all to make sure they had fixed the leak. My husband was VERY upset as we were told on the phone nothing was wrong with it so he spoke with the manager Amanda still nothing but BS. We got the vehicle back that day and we were told we just owed $145 for a filter they replaced that wasn't covered under our warranty. I didn't even have my vehicle back for a month and it started doing the same thing again but worse this time. I called them to bring it back in. SO, back to the shop it went at the beginning of July. When I got there to drop off Marianne told me I wouldn't be getting a rental vehicle unless I wanted to pay for one. That was an absolute disaster, and I will NEVER deal with that woman again! My salesperson helped me and told me he would get a rental to me by the end of the day. The rental that was dropped off to me had no tag on the back, so I was pulled over with my children in the back and almost went to JAIL over a tag the dealership didn't put on the car!!!!! Absolute nightmare at this point! Then I get a phone call from Ford July 2nd, 2025 saying that my vehicle had been dropped off for warranty work and wanted to know what was going on. I wanted to scream, but I knew it wasn't their fault Vaden can't communicate! My car was at Ford from July 2nd-July 30th being fixed. The transmission had to be pulled disassembled to replace park pawl rod, park pawl and rear planetary. They replaced input shaft seals, seal to front pump, valve body, transmission fluid pan gasket and transmission filter. Now mind you this wasn't even a month after Vaden in Pooler had it and said it wasn't the transmission and I had paid them for the filter replacement that Ford did as well with no charge!!!!!! Told to come pick up on July 30th, 2025 by Ford. Went, picked up and vehicle was back in the shop at Ford on August 5th, 2025 for a whistling/popping noise coming from the front of my car. Was told it was just air getting in between the covers under the car no biggie. Well now we are in March 2026. My vehicle was back in the shop on March 12th, 2026 with SAME transmission issues and now being told that popping noise is the suspension and needs to be replaced and I need to pay a $250 deductible just to get it started under warranty and may have to pay more depending on what the warranty covers! My husband went a met with John Ringer Manager and was told he would make it right and put me in a different car with same payment to come back on March 23rd, 2026 @ 5pm. We showed up John wasn't even available at first and then after 30 mins of sitting there waiting on him told my husband he didn't tell him that! So again we were LIED too by a MANAGER! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM OR SEND ANYONE I KNOW TO THIS SINFUL PLACE THAT STEALS PEOPLES MONEY AND SALES JUNK CARS with NO REMORSE! Awful. From out of town and took our 2018 Tahoe there and before anyone even looked at it- told us worst case- it likely needed a new transmission at a cost of 9k. Told us they had no tranny guy available but based off behavior we described that was assessment from GM. Paid $200 for assessment and was told that we needed a new transmission at a cost of 12k. Yes- 3k more!!! What???? Are you kidding? Oh and offered to have a salesman speak to us. So buy a new car??? How dishonest and so disrespectful to price gouge us. Dishonest and taking advantage of out of towners. Called our Chevrolet dealer in NC and they quoted us $6500 for new tranny - same exact service and HALF the price. Told me there was a traverse on there Lot in Pooler GA and I even scheduled a time to meet them the day prior only to find out when I get there an hour away that they sold the car I was coming to see several days prior. Eric Jones's is the worst salesman I've ever met, he lied about the truck being at a storage lot when it was at vaden of Hilton head, Dan vaden had it listed for 23000 and some change, I ended up paying 270000, and some, he promised that was taxes and registration fees, he promised there's nothing wrong with the truck but after I bought it the next day the sunroof leaked and it's also cracked, I've texted him and it's been almost a month and absolutely no response, there mold in the truck and he definitely knew about it, he told me when I bought it he had to wash it himself, he never mentioned it's leaking and the next day I text him and he hasn't responded read more

They are good at selling vehicles. Normally, I would not leave bad reviews because I understand that everyone is human and mistakes are made. Our new truck, which we had brought in for service, suffered a significant scratch on the rear passenger side. The damage extended from the rear tire well to the bumper, marring our brand-new vehicle. I remained calm. The manager came out to take pictures of the damage. They told us someone would contact us. Two weeks went by, and no one contacted us. I was finally able to get a name for the insurance company and claims agent, who I was again told would contact us. Another four weeks went by with no follow-up. I then contacted a manager, who assured me someone would call me back the same day. Three days later, there was still no contract from the dealership or the insurance company. Our patience is tested, and on principle, this is a very bad experience. We are deeply disappointed with the level of service we have received. He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and tried find a comparable match. When it was time to sign the paperwork Billy from finance went over everything in detail and did speed through the contract. They didn't try to add on any unnecessary features. I have detailed receipts proving the inept "service" Vaden gives a loyal customer of 10+ years who has spent nearly seven figures on both business and personal vehicles. As an example of the inept, frustrating and down right unprofessional ways Vaden operates without going into too much detail is, but not limited to: Being hung up on by service/sales department at the Pooler, GA location. Being given horrible attitude at both Pooler, GA and the Beaufort, SC locations. The Pooler, GA location using a completely wrong phone number and email address that they never updated to try and contact me considering I had just bought a brand new truck on March 22, 2024. Refused to take my money for a diagnostic. Blamed a radiator crack on accident damage that never happened. Called way after business hours at 6:47pm but never answered my return call the next day. I made an appointment for one thing and was told when I got there I'd have to leave it for two-three days and I was not going to receive a loaner vehicle. Not caring that I live in another state and needed to get home. And last but not least I was a personal item was stolen out of my vehicle from someone servicing it and not once did a superior reach out to me or help with the police report. Well after a great first experience with Vaden, I decided to try them again. I had a recall on my car for a faulty passenger airbag. I went in to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. They are well booked and could only schedule me in about ten days. God forbid, that I have an accident before then! So, I scheduled it and was informed that I could not be assured of the appointment time - that I might have to wait all day for them to get to the car. What! Why do an appointment! What a JOKE! I always come here for maintenance that I can't do myself and I've never had any problems. Everyone in the service department are always very courteous and professional. The waiting room is very spacious, clean, and always stocked with free snacks. I recently had my left wheel bearing replaced so I had to leave my car there overnight. Once when I got my car back, everything was where I left it on the inside and my car felt brand new on the road. I definitely recommend this business for maintenance or if you need a new car. read more

Bought my truck in 23. Have had a rattling issue since I bought it with what is believed to be the exhaust valve. Multiple attempts to have it corrected between Brunswick and Pooler service departments. Finally located issue and supposedly had exhaust valve swapped in July 24. Was given a rental at no cost to correct the issue, which still rattles exactly the same. With that issue, computer module recall, and now the coolant intake valve is bad causing truck to have reduced acceleration which is a safety issue, the dealership is all of a sudden unable to provide a loaner or rental to have issues corrected. Unacceptable on a 70,000 vehicle to have as many issues as I have and no attempt at making things right from a customer service stand point. Have had consistent maintenance at only Dan Vaden locations except once at another Chevy Dealership in N.C but have had nothing but problems. Would never recommend putting yourself in a position to not only purchase a vehicle here, but rely on them for any type of service. read more

Purchased two vehicles from this location. A brand new one and a used one. This is about the used one. Spouse bought a 2015 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ back in March right before the pandemic got bad. The vehicle had 121000 miles on it. Was told everything is in working order, blah blah blah, good to go. No one ever mentioned to us that the Transmission was no good. Now I noticed the vehicle shook a few months back but was told it was the tires. So bought brand new tires with rotation. Still shook. Took the vehicle in to Mike Reed Chevy here in Hinesville, told me I needed a brand new transmission. . . . I'm furious! So, I call Chevy Pooler where the vehicle was purchased. On the phone with a sales rep and he goes and tells me "here's the thing, if the car can be fixed by the new owners we sell it, if it can't be fixed it goes to scrap." So, here I'm thinking that they knew that this vehicle had a bad transmission and sold it anyway. We came to Chevy thinking they were a reputable business and not like those Mom and Pop side road car shops. We went to Chevy because of the brand and how Chevy portrays itself working for the consumer. Also found it strange that the Sales rep we spoke with told us to "call them first before contacting a lawyer about the lemon law." Was also told by the Chevy Maintenance personnel that before a vehicle is sold it has a 27 point inspection on the vehicle. Guessing to make sure everything is in working order. Absolutely disappointed in the way this was handled at Chevy. And how they knowingly sold a vehicle with transmission problems. Knowing it will have to be replaced. AIRPODS PROS STOLEN. Also a lot of our change from our console was stolen as well. Immediately after we got our car back we told them they were stolen and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Very frustrated and were always busy when we tried to call to receive an update on our car. Very unsatisfied with this experience. Update on review: they called me and took some information and then never called me again. Nothing was done with anything that was stolen. Called & emailed multiple times before having to actually go to the dealership (after a week) just to get simple questions answered. Brought my 2013 Chevy Camaro in to re program the ECM THERE WAS ONLY 2 codes before, now there are 6 they told me the day before there was only #5 misfire, the day i picked it up there was also #6 misfire, then said it would be an additional $650 just to diagnose the problem then they will let me know how much the repair will be, I already paid $140 for them to program the ECM! When I called them they said they knew about the transmission but sold it without telling me because they knew it could be fixed for 4500 dollars. Visited the dealership over the weekend looking at a two vehicle package. Not necessarily Chevy people, but figured we would give them an opportunity to earn our business. Long story short, we informed the dealership that we had already gone through the same process at two other local dealerships, we initiated a credit check to ensure they knew we were serious, and told sales man to give us the best price. The numbers that he came back with were completely outrageous, and before he would even go back to have his manager work the numbers he wanted us to sign his offer sheet as a sign of "good faith" perhaps?!? From there, the salesman attempted to convince my wife and I of what vehicles we liked, and the sales manager basically told us we need to conform to their process, and that he wouldn't work the numbers without a commitment to purchase at that time. I informed him that the other two dealerships didn't require this of us, and I was basically told that "they" Coastal Chevy are special. At this point I've wasted as much time as I'm going to with these guys, between my physical visit and this review....but...IF you want to be pressured into making a rushed decision, if you want to be talked over by the sales manager, if you want to be told how and when to spend your hard earned money...Coastal Chevy is your place!!! On a positive note, I walked out of the dealership secure and confident in my decision...I'm picking up my '18 Yukon Denali and my '18 Sierra this afternoon over at Critz GMC in Savannah. ***THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER WITNESSED***On the third of August my mother whom is Georgia public school retiree went to purchase a car and was publicly humiliated by a number of staff. She was at the end of her purchase after putting her down payment on her car waiting for her banks check to clear. I told my mom to make sure she ask did her car of choice came with a second key . So she went back in the dealership and came out with the most unsettling look on her face. She said a certain staff member would not include a second key and that "if she wants one it would cost her $500 or $600 more dollars." My mom is on a fixed income and had spent her savings to make that purchase. So I went inside the dealership with my camera because at this point I felt that documentation was Necessary. I asked a certain finance manager why were they charging my mother so much for a spare key. His words were not customer service friendly and he called other staff to come escort of out and told my mom she can find somewhere else to buy a car. One of his staff got less than 5inches in my face during COVID with no mask threatening me that if I wanted to fight that he was ready then another staff said that your mother shouldn't be in here asking for free s***. Me and my mother both have been traumatized and it's taken me 3months to relive this experience to write this review. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to step foot in that place. They acted like a pack of wild rabid dogs. If they would treat my mom like that I believe they would do the same to any customer. I went to Vaden in Pooler on April 21,2021 to look at a vehicle, I wanted to purchase at a later date. I was approached by Mike Carter, Aka Coach. I said to Mike that I just wanted to see where I stood as far as credit rating so that I could make a decision on what I could purchase. Mike ran a credit check and said to me that I qualify. We began to look at a few trucks afterwards Mike said that he could place me in a truck today. I wanted to wait until the end of the month also, I wanted to do a trade in. Mike then asks how much do I owe on my current loan? I specifically stated, i don't know for sure but I owe a 'rough estimate' of $6k. Mike said ok, I'll take care of that part, whatever you do... DO NOT make your next payment. Mike also stated we will set up an appointment for next week to take of the previously stated perks. Mike stated that his supervisor/financial asks, why do I want to want to wait. When I qualify now? I stated that's when my check would clear so that I can purchase. Mike asked me, how much do I owe on my trade in (2912 GMC Arcadia) in which I rendered my keys to Mike. Then, the financial guy mentioned a few perks in hopes that I would proceed with a purchase. The perks were; no money down,( which later I had to put 1k for a down payment). All black running boards, and Rhino liner for the bed of the vehicle which would roughly amount $1700. So we proceeded with the final paperwork to purchase that day. The finance guy, then told me that I needed 1k for a down payment after he had me sign a statement stating NO MONEY DOWN.( the financial guy did not give me a copy of this signed statement). I provided the 1k via debit card. We finished all necessary paperwork. The deal was completed. I drove my new truck home. On, Friday, April 24, I received a text message from Mike stating, he hopes I'm enjoying my new truck. He did get in touch with institution that financed my trade in and got the payoff. We used what you told me you owed. It was actually $1017.00 more that you stated. So, a difference of $1100.00, give me a call when you get time. I called as soon as I read the text message. Mike let me know that it was going to be a problem. His boss is having a problem with the numbers and trying to decide who pays the balance, me or Vaden. I didn't hear back from Mike until I called back on April 26, 2021 at 2:07 pm. After talking to Mike, I asked when can I set up an appointment for my stated perks for my new vehicle. Mike stated 'I meant to call you to talk to you about that but I didn't know how to tell you. I asked what? Mike said that I have to come in and discuss this with his boss, Josh W. Moments later, I arrived to speak with Josh. Josh stated, " I would have to pay the remaining balance of the trade in. I said to Josh that this is unacceptable and not professional, the lack of communication between your people and my lien holder is no result of my problem. Your people failed in their job by not seeking the accurate amount before selling me the vehicle. Josh then berated me by saying, " you're gonna have to pay this money". I stated your guys dropped the ball on this deal. Josh then said, "we're NOT giving you your perks that was promised to you. I said to Josh, " then give me back my trade in". Josh aggressively said, that ain't about to happen because we don't have it! I then said to cut me a check for my trade in and you can have this new truck back. Josh said 'that's not going to happen, either!' I'm Not going to do that. Josh continued by saying if you're not goi go to give us that money, the perks costs around the same amount ($1017.00) and we will just call it even. I did not agree to that, I walked away. If I could give 0 stars for the service department I would. The sales side is good but I would NOT recommend the service department. I witnessed the absolute worst 'service department' customer service yesterday that I have ever witnessed in my life. I guess we should have read all of the terrible reviews before purchasing a car from here and trying to be a loyal customer by having service performed here as well. My mom was treated horrifically yesterday. My mom got 4 new tires 2 weeks ago, nothing was wrong other than she was told she needed new ones. The right front tire (1 day later) was reading 29rpi while all others were 36. She returned the car and they said nothing was wrong and added air. A few days later the same thing happened. She returned the car and we insisted either fix it or give her a new tire. The service guy we dealt with was unprofessional and rude. He said that it was a valve and they fixed it. He said for her to sign the paper and pay $59.99. We said no way. That was something they did to the tire. He told my mom she did it, maybe hit a rock " or something". We said no way and she is not paying that. After he continued to be degrading and rude I called my brother to join us. It was 2 women dealing with this man. "The manager" came over as my brother arrived and said he would "comp the cost" this time like he was doing such a good deed for us. Then the service guy tried to get my mom to sign the service work, stating she owed $59.99 and said for him to "release her keys" to her she must sign it. We stepped aside as my brother "took care" of the rest of that business. That transaction should never have happened. They tried so hard to take advantage of an older FEMALE adult who just wanted them to correct the problem and was even thinking of trading her car in for a brand new one. She will never step foot in that business again. We will look elsewhere for her new car. All the man needed to do was talk kindly to her and be respectful. She is 75 and the sole caregiver to my 77 yr old dad with Parkinson's/dementia and her 95 yr old mother who is going blind and deaf. Maybe that guy should think about what other's may be dealing with before being such a "rude" is the nicest word I have for him, person to someone. read more

Was car shopping and were ready to make a purchase. We were putting 9k down and somehow, a 14,5k car turned into financing an additional 10k. The sales guy was actually not bad, but the finance guy and gm lied to our faces. This was not our first time buying a vehicle but apparently it looked that way. I understand they make money by financing, but told us we had to buy a $2700 extended warranty for the bank to give an apr that wasn't amazing. that was the first lie. Then told us the $500 doc fee was legally required. That was lie #2. Lie number three was when the GM told us he took off all the extra fees and lowered our payments. All he did was extend the life of the loan to get payments down. Every time we'd ask for 5 minutes to talk they would come back in about 3. Me and husband walked in this dealer due to viewing a 2019 Silverado that caught our eye online. The moment we walked in we were received by Aaron one of the sales representatives. We told him what we wanted to see and also provided him with an idea of what we wanted/looking for in general. There it was the truck me and my husband dreamed of one day purchasing it was THE ONE!. Lorenzo one of the sales managers literally made it happen for us he went back and forth with us. We wanted to make a deal of course a good deal a reasonable one, and sure enough we walked out of this dealer with a dream and goal reached come true! These guys here will bust their ass for you. There is two things in life we hate and thats people wasting our time and messing with our money these guys did neither one that's why they earned our respect they made it happen kept it 100 at all times.
