I was looking at Nissan 2015 Rouge Select S. Upon looking, I told my grandmother I should do CARFAX…read moresearch and he said "no need, I have it". So he tells me this vehicle only has 1 owner he also told me this vehicle doesn't have any recalls, no accidents or anything. Lies! Upon doing my own research on CARFAX reports there are 9 recalls on this make and model, this vehicle had 3 owners and has had an accident. He up lied. Please do your research before making a purchase. Especially here.

Giving one star because I have to so I can leave a review. I would like to give zero stars…read more I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty about a year ago. My daughters first car. Within a couple of weeks there was an issue with the transmission. Called them and they did service it. At that point we were told the car looked good and would be fine. Within a couple of months we had to replace the engine. When we called to ask if they would help repair it they only offered to help us find a replacement engine. After questioning the problems we were having their response was that we did buy a used car. Touche' This car has been a nightmare. Anything and everything you can imagine has gone wrong. A/C, engine, transmission, power window, oil leaks, steering problems, etc. We have put as much money into the car as we paid for the car. This car has left my daughter stranded several times, and at this point we are ready to cut our losses. We have bought many used cars and this has been the absolute worst experience. They do not stand behind their product once you drive it off the lot. I would not recommend purchasing any type of vehicle from them. I have learned always buy a certified used car. Happy Holidays!

really wish I could rate lower!…read more Called to set up an appointment to drive/hopefully purchase a Cadillac SUV, which looked lovely. was told it was in being detailed and would return the next morning. Called, as instructed, in the morning, was told it would be back by "lunchtime" but they would call me. Called about 2:00, twice, no answer, so then called on husbands phone, which was answered immediately by a different person. "Oh gosh, I will find out what's happenin, and call back immediately.". Returned the call within a 4 minute period with a story of how the car was in an accident at the detainers and wouldn't be availabl. However, they had many other cars for me to look at. . . . . BAIT AND SWITH ARTISTS! At least i can bless someone else with my 15k.

I called Butler yesterday (June 11) to see if they still have a 2003 Bonneville. I live in Macon,…read moreGa and told if they still had it this week I would like to look at it. Today I was in Florence, SC for work and thought I would make the 2 1/2 hours from Florence to Savannah. On the way down there I called the dealership to make sure the car was still there. I called them later as I was headed down 95 and it was pouring rain, I asked if they had a bay or a cover part of the lot, they told me no. I decided to drive to the lot as I pulled in a notice bays in the back of the building, again I ask about the bays, he told me the bays were full (one was empty). So I had to look at the car in the heavy rain, they offered no umbrella no nothing. I asked if they had a Car Fax or a Auto Check, he told me he was unable to pull a report. Now to the car, #1 it was overpriced ($5,995) by $1,600 according to KBB, it typical listing price is $4,366. Even after I made a cash offer he was still asking too much. After the typical Doc and Tax/tag fee he was at $5,633. No thanks, they can keep they car from Orr Pontiac in Springfield, Mass. (thanks for leaving the window sticker with owners manual). BTW, that car is rusty underneath, so now I know why you didn't want to pull it in the shop.
