I ordered a bouquet from Bell for my mother for Valentine's Day. I didn't realize that the delivery address was out of their delivery service, so they used a partner company to make and deliver the bouquet. The bouquet arrived but was completely different than what I ordered. The original bouquet was supposed to have lilies, a mix of roses, hydrangeas, etc, and cost $75. We ended up with half-dying assortment of 3 roses and 2 carnations. I called Bell to figure out what happened and talked to Chad, who explained that they used a partner company. He was apologetic and quickly offered to send a replacement with one of their couriers even though it was out of the area. I appreciated the quick response and their owning up to the problem. They were always friendly and easy to deal with. The replacement they sent was beautiful and exactly what I had imagined. I would absolutely recommend that you go with Bell for your needs... just make sure it's in their service area to get their work! read more

I wanted to get my mom a small gardenia bouquet for her vow renewal and this place hit a homerun! 1) I didn't realize gardenias were so expensive and they worked with me to make this gardenia bouquet beautiful and a bit more affordable. 2) The two weeks before I needed it we were very busy and Andrea worked with me over email so I didn't have to make a special trip. She sent me a visual estimate so I would know what to expect. A huge help! 3) Most of all, Chad, saved the day. I had read the hours wrong for Saturday pick up and we were having my son's first birthday that morning. The best customer service ever and the quality of the flowers is beautiful. I ordered a last minute floral arrangement to be sent to my friend's house, not realizing that she was headed out of town that day. Not only did Bell Flowers contact my friend to let her know, but they also rescheduled a delivery for the day she came back into town with a fresh arrangement. Their customer service reps also kept me in the loop as all this was happening so I didn't have to wonder whether or not the flowers were delivered. I never expected to come across a florist willing to assist so much with a wedding. Bell did our ceremony and reception flowers as well as decorate our cake. We worked with Andrea who was wonderful. She replied to every email quickly and answered all Of my questions. We had an issue with the size of the church flower holders. Not only did she call the Church, she stopped by to measure them in-person to ensure that they looked great on the day of the wedding. She did all of this without even involving me, which to a stressed bride, is very valuable! The flowers were very reasonably priced compared to other florists in the area. Lastly, the bakery changed the cake design without notice (removed three or four layers of pillars) and Bell had to change their decorating plans on the fly at the reception hall. The results of a last minute change emphasize the talent and skill their team has and the thoughtfulness and care they put into their events. read more

Bell's recently delivered a dozen, yellow, long-stemmed roses to me, and it was such a pleasant experience I am compelled to write this review. The driver called to see if I was home and said he could not leave the flowers outside because it was too cold... I tried to convince him it was OK, but Bell's cared more about beautiful flowers than the ease of just leaving them out. When I was home and received the delivery, the roses were perfect, and so beautiful! Later that day, Bell's called me to see how they were, and sent me a very pleasant thank you note too.
